Best chinese takeaway in Torquay but now its unfortunately had to close. Such a shame as great food.

It was tasty food plain chow mean was a little dry but never the less was very good service was great staff were friendly atmosphere wasn't much as was no music playing but it's a takeaway not a restaurant would eat here again.

Stunning salt and pepper king prawns, Singapore fried rice, chilli and blackbean. The satay is the best I have ever had!!!! Great value. Will not go anywhere else. Thank god we found it after the local went down a bit and the prices doublef

Wow 🤩 just had a fab takeaway for two in Torquay from Red Dragon 🤗 second time we have tried them recently and both times did not disappoint! We had: Prawn Crackers BBQ Spare Ribs Spring Rolls Quarter Duck Pancakes & Accompaniments Singapore Chow Mein Great service, good size portions, amazing fresh cooked food, excellent value and highly recommended 👌 both stuffed 😋

Food was well below par. Cheap and unpleasant. If ordering from here make sure you have plenty room in food waste bin. Would never order from here again

Really good food and great service I made a late order and thought It was delivery but went through as collection so I phoned and they brought it anyway even though it was late Really appreciate it and the food was delicious! Will definitely have again next time we are in Torquay

Wow, best chinese I've had. Food was delicious and arrived piping hot. The delivery driver was really pleasant and friendly, and I must say the man I spoke to on the phone, couldn't of been more helpful. Thank-you Red Dragon for such a delicious meal. Would 100% recommend.

I really don’t want to tell you about this chinese takeaway as it will take me longer to get my next takeaway from here but I feel compelled to as a way of thanks to the the cooks for a lovely generous tasting Chinese meal. This was our first order here but won’t be the last.

Ordered a Chinese from here twice recently and both times the food was lovely. Quick delivery, great portion sizes and tasty food. The bang bang chicken is so good. I highly recommend.

Expect generous portions from Red Dragon, now our first choice Chinese take-away in Torbay. Sometimes, even with glowing reviews on Trip Advisor, it is possible to be disappointed. Not here! It's quick, reasonably-priced, good quality Chinese take-away food and plenty of it. To get best value, don't over-order!

Had a takeaway from here and the food was so chewy it hurt my teeth. The sauce was so sticky it was nauseating. This has to be the worst Chinese I have ever had.

by our aesthetic friends who recently moved to this area from London. With that background we simply had to try this Chinese takeaway now that they have reopened following a long period of closure due to current covid19 palaver. It was well worth the wait and is now top of the list for Asian takeaway. Not the usual bland flavours so often associated with UK Chinese food!

Absolutely disgusting, the spicey crispy beef was soggy and tasted like sweet and sour, the sauce was also thick and sticky like gravy. The prawn toast was hard and rubbery. The duck in orange was actually pineapple not orange. The BBQ sauce was thick and bright red and tasted strange and the noodles tasted like they were cooked in dirty old oil. I tried calling the restaurant for a refund for over an hour at least 30 calls and got no answer at all . So now I've had to put in a claim with justeat to get my money back. I went here based on other reviews and I've never been so disappointed. I will never be ordering from here again.

Best Chinese Takeaway in Torquay, you’ve tried the rest! Now try the best! After trying other Chinese takeaways in the bay, Red Dragon is definitely our favourite. Very reasonably priced, freshly cooked and hot food. It’s nice to be able to see into a clean kitchen whilst you wait for your food. The staff are always very friendly.

Takeaway delivery was good, promt and food good.

Have ordered from here regularly food quality is consistent unlike a lot of places .Well recommended, the chips aren't always brilliant but other than that best chinese I have found.

First time we tried the red dragon , as our usual Chinese was closed , will now use red dragon , price was brilliant food was hot , beautiful flavors , my new place !!

Recently moved down to Devon and this was the first Chinese I had. Safe to say I haven’t looked elsewhere for Chinese since. Vast menu, so definitely something for everyone. Good portion sizing at an affordable price. Taste alone is 10/10. Highly recommend.

I ordered the set dinner for one and it was gorgeous. The food was quickly prepared while I waited, it was piping hot, plentiful and delicious. I will be back!

Place looked filthy especially the floor! Chef dropped a spare rib on the filthy floor, picked it up and put it straight into the fryer! Very poor!

Sonny and his team have a hidden gem in Torbay for a Chinese takeaway, if ever I won the lotto, I would employ him as my personal chef, have mentioned to him on many occasions to open a restaurant......he knows who I am... Every week since we been living here

How to write another excellent reviews for this place after having the beef and green peppers black beans sauce last night best I’ve ever had FIFA so take tasty in September if I didn’t know better I think it was fFillet steak

So far I have only tried chicken and green pepper black bean sauce and special fried rice both surpassed expectations can’t wait to try more tonight

Disgustingly mannered delivery driver, didn’t expect to give me my change, then when I asked for change, he was surprised and said, and I quote “usually people aren’t bothered about their change” and When I said I am, he said “usually I get tips, well obviously not this time” not mate obviously not.

Terrible service! Waited nearly 2 hours for food, tried calling store and nothing. Disappointed

After trying nearly all the chinese takeaways in torquay and only having one favourite, I decided to try this one tonight for a change.

Best Chinese take away in Torquay by far, have been a customer for over 2 years and not been failed once. The food is great, plenty of and Fresh!! Wish they had a restaurant? Value for money

We've ordered from here a couple of times now since we moved into the area. The food is brilliant! The delivery times are about the standard amount of time you'd have to wait no matter where you ordered from so that's not a problem. But the food is well priced, the portion sizes are great and it tastes really good. We'll definitely be ordering from here whenever we fancy a takeaway!

Our normal Chinese closed for a few days so being takeaway night tryed a new place. We did not know what to expect but we were more than happy. I had sliced duck fried rice with BBQ sauce on. Wow best I have ever tasted. I even phoned and told them.

The Red Dragon is our favourite Chinese take-away in Torquay- why? Well, the quality of the food. The menu itself is what you would have seen a hundred times before but the food is not 'standard'- the king prawn dishes have plenty of prawns, the sauces are tasty without giving you a 'salt attack', and the crackers are very fresh. Portion sizes are good and delivery tends to be prompt. Will be making our next order pretty soon.

The food is ok, but just had to wait one and a half hours for it to be delivered, got pissed off waiting and spoilt my meal

I am just thankful i ordered a cola with my meal to wash it down with. Gonna be touch and go with the toilet for the next couple days..... Would not recommend to anyone.
