food not good and took over an hour to get to us

Worst ,and poorest quality food I've seen Beef and black bean ,tasted like beef gravy, double fried hard chips ,yum And terrible egg fried rice, The thing is you use a place like once after Awful food ,never again 99% ended up in the garbage were it belongs see also 5/7/2024 you've just been fined for poor hygiene ,dirty / filthy kitchens and poor quality of food hygiene £3000 fine should've be 5 times that ha ha ha

About 15 mins earlier than the 1st estimate, lovely and hot, plenty of food and a friendly delivery driver. The mushroom sweet and sour balls were divine! And even a complimentary fortune cookie included. How cool is that?! Thank you, we will definitely recommend this restaurant and use again.

Arrived 35 minutes early! Lucky someone was in but I was at work so was cold by the time we sat to eat it not good when you’ve spent £40

Crispy chilli beef was bland like cardboard. No chilli what do ever. Special fried rice and chicken chow main tasted the same. Liked the pancake rolls but won’t be ordering again. Hardly touched the rice, noodles and chilli beef but visiting family tomorrow so they can try it hopefully they will like it so it doesn’t go to waste. Gutted first Chinese we have ordered for a very long time. Don’t have money to waste on food that’s not liked.

Good food, warm on delivery, I'd happily order again.

Delivery time was stated as 45 mins, it took over 3 hours for the food to arrive after I had contacted the restaurant on several occasions. I was told by the lady at the restaurant that I could have a full refund when she rang me back however they have subsequently told just eat that they refuse to give me a refund. This is not the first time food has been late .

Food was lovely but very late unfortunately

I got the food I ordered within a reasonable time, I ate the chow mein fist , then I ate part of the ommlete, I was disappointed as the omelette was swimming in the sauce from the chow mein, the bag also had about a ladle of the same sauce to be tipped into a sink.i couldn't eat the cracker, also swimming in sauce, the chips were not swimming.

Tried delivering to wrong house, wrong postcode, wrong town. Food taste was great but was only warm when arrived. Will try again next time.

Order was fine,but just eat are terrible I ordered my food at 18:15 and got it at 20:35 and rang the takeaway and spoke to them but just eat gave the estimated time for delivery on the app and tracked it and it said it was delivered and to enjoy my meal when I didn’t have it so I rang the takeaway it was ordered from and they were still preparing it as the info was delayed from just eat to the takeaway SO FOR ME JUST EAT IS NOT A GOOD APP FOR ME SO I WILL JUST RING THE TAKEAWAY PERSONALLY AS IT

Arrived way too early, ordered for 6.15 and arrived at 5.45. My husband wasn't home from work and so by the time we got to eat it, it was cold and stodgy and most of it went in the bin!!!!!

App said it was delivered 15 minutes before it actually was, but was still yummy

Food was just about edible although very greasy. Delivery shocking! delivered over an hour late no communication except when I contacted them, and that was after already waiting 1hr15 , no apology not even free prawn crackers or part refund for inconvenience! Had to wait nearly 2 1/2 hours and they can't even be bothered to apologise!

Quality is dropping compared to previous orders. It might be time to break the loyalty and try elsewhere sadly

Very good chinese, one of our favourites in the bay, food arrived quickly and still hot. Only slight issue is the ribs were all small cut offs so not a lot of meat but still tasted great.

Late delivery and lied that it was due to bad weather. Slight drizzle outside that's all !!!! Refused any money back.

The food was very good but the total time was over 90 minutes from ordering which includes 15 minutes over the 20 minute delivery window.

Best Chinese we’ve had in a long time

Chewy chilli beef not crispy at all . And the noodles were black and tasted burnt . Don’t go here it’s over priced and poor quality .

80% of the food was not cooked very nice at all the CRISTY chilli beef was more like SOGGY chilli beef NEVER AGAIN !!!

Late delivery and the delivery driver was walking back down the road with my order when I answered the door.

Food took 1 hour 30 minutes from time of order. Arrived cold. Soggy chips, Chewy "crispy" beef. Really bland Chinese and definitely won't order here again.

Most of the order was really tasty. But unfortunately the duck was a real disappointment, ordered half a duck for £20 looked like a quarter and was already chopped up into small pieces, definitely not worth the money

We love the food from here and always delivered hot and tasty. The preparation and quality from here is excellent.This is our go to Chinese restaurant when we decide to have a home delivery.Well done to all the staff.

Disappointing meal ,very dry,meat was dry and tasteless, not the usual high standard.

Amazing! The chop suey was full of a variety of vegetables and perfectly cooked. The plain chow mein has the most delicious smoky flavour, I also love the satay sauce from here. 10/10 the best Chinese takeaway in the Bay!

Our favourite Chinese takeaway in the Bay! Always tasty and fresh with lovely generous portions. Our children love the fortune cookies too. Wish I could afford to have takeaway here more often, but we always look forward to it when we do.

Absolutely awful food. No flavour all meat especially the pork was so tough.

All but one dish was cold. ( Late delivery). Prawns in a dish that didn't have them listed on site.First time ordering so won't order again.

Chicken satay was with curry sauce. Not a peanut in sight! More of a chicken curry on a stick. Quarter duck was more of an 1/8th of a duck. No longer as good as it used to be sadly. The only enjoyable bit was the hoisin sauce.

Just had a really great Beef Curry and egg fried rice. Not had one as good in a long time. There was a lovely lady on the desk and I will definitely be going again. The beef was really good and I also enjoyed the tasty onions in it. Can’t praise it enough it was really yummy.

Friendly service, collection was ready on the exact time, ordered food and was dealt to collect in 30 minutes. Portion size was good for value. Was yummy!

Used this place whilst visiting Paignton, collected a take away, was really delicious friendly staff, quick service. Would recommend we had 2 chicken curries and a sweet and sour Cantonese style chicken.

Hands down the best Chinese in Paignton, the salt and Pepper chicken is so good and the bbq sauce is better then golden dragons, the portions are really big as well

The delivery address was wrong and the delivery driver appeared to be annoyed even though this was explained to them
