The best restaurants serving Chinese food in Harrow London

Worst food ever! Tasteless!! I have never been so disappointed. Atmosphere and service is lovely but the food has no taste. 1/10 for food taste and over priced. 3 starters and a coke came upto £34.

Have been a here a few times now, food is really good, they have a lunchtime menu which is exceptional value for money.

Visited this place on Sunday, had a lovely evening with my family. Food very nice, first time had indo Chinese. The manager is very very nice, so friendly and welcoming. Definately coming back again for food and service..

I am sorry to say that since the previous owners left, this takeaway restaurant has gone downhill fast..big time! Their food was far too salty and the portion was tiny for the amount of money that you pay for it. This was the worst Chinese meal that I have ever purchased. Disgusting! I won’t be buying meals from here in the future. ☹️

We visited the Ilford and the East Ham branches multiple times and honestly the taste and quality of food over there were quite better than the Harrow branch. We visited this place with same expectations but the taste of any dish did not match with other Shravana Bhavan places mentioned above.

Total rubbish now. Used to be good with original owners. Since the new owners took over everything was getting ridiculously cheap quality and prices shot up a few times. Owners are money greedy. A round table for 2 they sat us 3 down and had a cheek to say we booked to eat there. Now we go to Imperial China, Watford. It’s like how TOC used to be years ago

Disappointed to say the least. Ordered at 5.33pm, was told an hour for delivery. Called again at 6.40pm, told driver had left and was on it way. Called at 7pm, they apologised and called the driver and he said 5 mins. 7.11pm driver called to say he is outside. We realised he wasn't were he was meant to be. He was rude when I asked him questions as to where he was, he then shouted 'I wasn't talking to you' down the phone after I said excuse me. Eventually found the driver and he was just as rude in person. On checking the food, I was missing an item. Called the store and explained about the driver and missing an item, they were very apologetic and said they would get the missing item out to me. I refused as I had wait 1hr45mins for my food. Got into the car and drove to the store, again store were very apologetic but I had 3 issues with the order I wasn't happy to accept their apology so collected the missing item and left. This was meant to be my sons birthday meal, but unfortunately it was ruined by the delay and then the food was luke warm and mum (me) leaving to get the missing item. Shame their old delivery driver was amazing so kind and polite. Needless to say I will think again before ordering from them.

Terrible food, food quality is really poor and bad. Terrible service avoid. Order online, food is late over 1 hrs. Try call restaurant more then 10 times to get the answers. Avoid this place.

Very friendly super awesomely customer service with lovely tasty delicious Chinese food to enjoy, prices are not bad yet remember to have cash if buying under £10 and their food are reasonably priced as yummy as they taste in variety of choice to select from and you can get there by bus H14, Bus 223, Bus H9 and H10 and find them on the Pinner View.

Card minimum is 12 when a meal is averaged for one person around 9 pounds The food is great however the front of house is so rude, She is always in a mood, always speaks with a disrespectful tone as if shes doesn’t want to be there. I’m a regular who like their food and my most recent encounter was the worst she dismissed me showing me the palm of her hand saying “I’m tired of listening to you”after I told her that I come every week and order the same food. why does she feel the need to get the last say!!
