This style of Chinese food (Sichuan cuisine) is very spicy! Had the signature dry pot. Mouth-numbing. Note service charge is not included, so tip is discretionary. Wish more restaurants would do this as eating out is becoming so expensive.

First time ordering as the reviews were so great. It did not disappoint. Not the usual Chinese flavours that I thought it would originally be but learned it was more of a schezuen vibe. Food delivered was hot and fresh. The chilli chicken was sooo good. The fried noodles could have had a little more seasoning. But overall a very pleasant experience and will definitely be ordering from here again.

A very impromptu trip whilst on a work trip to harrow … I had my 3 yr old with me and hubby.. amazing food lovely servers .. she even removed the phone from my kid and said focus on your food and he ate! At the end of the meal she gave him a badge and a free j20 juice …really recommend good quality food and lovely service x

Absolutely delicious Sichuan cuisine and excellent service. All the dishes we had were lovely, but of particular note was the fish fragrant aubergine, the refreshing fungus and the red braised pork belly. Easily the best Chinese food in this part of London, highly recommended. We were impressed that on a neighbouring table a vegan couple were offered a specific vegan menu.

Not usually one for writing reviews, but the food here is amazing. We’re not from the area, but having googled “best Chinese near me’ opted to try it out. Service great, friendly staff and food probably some of the best we’ve had. Can’t fault it. Will definitely be back when down south in the future.

A little walk up from the shopping centre is this lovely little place! Very reasonably priced. Nice and clean. Best of all the food is delicious! Also they have a 5 star hygene rating!

I am so happy that I found this restaurant, my boyfriend and I loved it, it became our favourite place to go for dinner or lunch. We went for dinner almost at the closing time, everyone was so nice and welcome. This place is so clean and stunning, with beautiful music and a peaceful environment. I've never eaten such nice prawn and chicken noodles, fresh noodles and so tasty, my boyfriend ordered the crispy duck and some rice (i dont remember the name lol) ...omg this was so good, love it. I can't wait to go again. By the way, you can easily find parking around the restaurant.

The meal was fantastic—minus the hair. The waiter, instead of apologizing, insisted it was mine because all the chefs were bald (solid detective work). When I suggested it may have come from another staff member, he shrugged it off and even told other customers I was “making a fuss.” Food? Delicious. Service? A masterclass in blame-shifting. Travelled 40 minute, with no booking (I recommend booking) and it was worth it. They had a big party and were fully booked but made an effort to fit us in and make us feel welcomed. This is my first experience with Chinese food for me and my family, the service is good and the staff are nice, especially Mr. William, he gave us suggestions for special dishes because we don't know about Chinese food, his suggestions were great and the food is very delicious, we enjoyed it very much, the bill was about £130 I highly recommend it for everyone who would like to try Chinese food 🌹🪽

Super amazing food. I went here with my friends for dinner. We ordered pan fried chicken dumplings, butterfly king prawns (amazing, especially with the sauce). Pan fried noodles, sea food fried rice and Go Tso chicken. Every single thing was yummy! The staff here is lovely. Tina was so friendly and offered this amazing traditional dessert made with sticky rice

Love this place! Staff are very welcoming and treat us like friends 🥰 have eaten in a few times and service is amazing. Today we decided to order and takeaway our food. We were given a lovely pot of tea while we waited and the food when we got home was delicious as always! We ordered the spring rolls, Yang Zhou special fried rice, bean sprout stir fried noodles, sweet and sour king prawns, chicken with potatoes and mushroom, pork dumplings and glutinous rice cakes. We got a couple of cans of sprite for free as well, lovely people and a place we love. Definitely go and visit!

Within 5 minutes a man came over asking whether we were ready to order, where we said we needed more time. He explained the chef had to go to dinner so we had to order now, so we rushed to randomly pick a few things becuase he just stood there waiting for an answer and got frustrated when I changed my starter option before he left. There is no problem with respecting the chef but don't rush someone that's just come in, don't give us the table is that's the case and I noticed there was alot more patience with the other several tables that came in after that conversation. Asked for a drinks menu from another staff and we happily gave it to us, within minutes the same man from early came and said let me take that, took the menu before we could decide. Food could've been better, every dish was very salty. It was a seemingly calm atmosphere at the start but chaos ensued with a group of rowdy drunk men and an obnoxious family with children came in sat on either side of us. It was so hectic, loud and the staff weren't too happy with them either. This was probably the most stressful dining experience I've ever had. We wanted to leave fast but getting the bill took a while.

Came here with my husband on a Saturday evening. The service was absolutely amazing, and the food was stellar. Not a single bad thing to say. Len was the sweetest, but everyone who works there is so kind.

Consistently great food! We are regulars and have yet to have a bad meal. Tina is such a lovely host, you could not ask for anyone better.

What a great find! Delicious and authentic. The whole fish was the standout for me! Portion size is generous. 2 cold starters and 2 of the special meals (duck & fish) with rice was more than enough for 3 hungry people. The black cloud ear fungas and cucumber salad was amazing too. Our very generous meal for 3 with drinks came to £109. Service is optional. Will definitely return.

Customer service was terrible. Never received my sweet and sour chicken and they still tried to charge me for it. Food was ok nothing special. Every time I called for staff they would ignore, and when they did come it took 5 minutes just to get their attention. Wouldn’t recommend.

Having seen numerous positive reviews, I visited this Chinese restaurant in the hopes that it would live up to the praise. Unfortunately, the reality was far from what was promised. Our visit started off on a positive note with a smooth ordering process. However, what followed was a frustrating experience marred by unacceptable delays and service inefficiencies. After placing our order, it took an unreasonably long time for our only starter to arrive. Despite raising our concerns twice, we were merely offered prawn crackers as compensation. Meanwhile, three tables that arrived after us were served their starters before us, highlighting a significant issue with the restaurant's order management. Once we finished our starter, we patiently waited for our main courses. Unfortunately, we witnessed another five tables being served before us, in a restaurant that only has around 12 tables in total. When our mains finally arrived, they did not come out together; instead, each dish was served with a 3-4 minute gap. This staggered service resulted in our curry arriving well before the rice, meaning our food had gone cold by the time we could actually enjoy it. To add to our dissatisfaction, one of our dishes, which was specifically ordered as vegetarian, was served with oyster sauce. This careless mistake is completely unacceptable, especially when dietary preferences and restrictions were clearly communicated. Instead of acknowledging their oversight, the staff asked if it was acceptable, forcing us to request a replacement. The remade dish took even longer to arrive, further testing our patience. While the restaurant’s ambiance was pleasant, the excessive waiting times and disorderly service overshadowed any positives. Watching other customers who arrived later being served before us was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Overall, this dining experience was disappointing, and despite the potential for a great meal, the service failures left us feeling neglected and dissatisfied.

Phenomenal experience!! We were stunned to discover such an amazing place nearby specially when the food is so delicious. One of the best Chinese restaurants we tried. The staff is lovely and welcoming. I'd suggest trying the pancakes and fried duck (veg), spring rolls, wontons in chilly oil, and the mock chicken with peanuts was perfect! We shall be returning and come often since it's sooo worth it!

Some dishes are good that’s why we usually go whenever we visit Harrow. However I don’t know why one waitress think if their guests are Chinese then they could ‘tolerate’ bad service more. On New Year’s Day when we arrived there were still many empty tables and we did have a reservation. One waitress led us to a comfortable sofa seat at the beginning but a Chinese waitress disagreed immediately and assigned us to a table which is closest to the door, where was really freezing. The reason she gave was that seat was reserved for a larger group. And she said “since we all Chinese then squeezing a bit should be okay.” But in the end no large group came and two non-Chinese guests were allowed to sit there. I’m not attacking any staff personally in this restaurant. Actually I think they are all good people. But I just can’t agree with the outdated (if not discriminating) thought that Chinese guests should be more tolerant. I think every guest is equal and deserves the same right, treatment, and quality of service. This experience in general is disappointing and it was New Year, when we expected to have a cozy and warm night.

As a fan of Asian food, when I came to live in Harrow I tried to look for Chinese and Thai restaurants in the area. After trying some that I didn't like, I arrived at Panda Kitchen and now I can't stop coming. The food was great and the hot pots were better. They also teach you how to make hot pots yourself, the place is incredible. On the other hand, the kindness of the waitresses and the patience of the waitresses (Tina Qing and Qing Qing) to teach you how to eat this type of food is worth giving it 10 out of 5 stars.

I give it an overall of a 100/10 this is our third time coming to eat dinner 💕 and this time we have come with my parents in law. The service was amazing, the food (hot pot) was great and it’s very recommended by my husbands, parents in law and myself 👏 thank you very much !!! We will surly come back hungrier next time

Love this place. Very clearly the best chinese food in harrow. I love their salt and pepper squid. Sometimes it is more flavourful than others, but it's always really good. I also really like their duck pancakes. I've been there with friends and they really appreciate the veggie options. I do secretly wish they would put salt and pepper chips on the menu

Just called to inquiry about delivery and the lady pick up the call is extremely RUDE and hang up my call as I was still speaking. I have been a guest of the restaurant for several years, always been good, But this rude lady make me doubt my choice. There are many Chinese restaurants in London, an impatient service like this will absolutely stops me from ordering from this Panda's Kitchen again.

This was the worst dining experience I’ve ever had in the UK. We had a reservation for 6:30 pm on Saturday. When we arrived at the restaurant entrance, a drunk old man was blocking the main door and wouldn’t let us in. My husband tried to communicate with him while I stood outside their glass window, waving and knocking to get the staff’s attention to let us in. The staff inside noticed me but ignored me completely. I tried twice, but the response was the same. At this point, a man, who seemed to be a staff member, came over with another guest and squeezed past the drunk man to enter the restaurant. Meanwhile, the drunk man grabbed my husband. My husband told him, “Please let go of me,” and the moment he did, I pulled my husband away, and we left. Throughout the entire incident, even though the restaurant staff were aware of what was happening outside, they did nothing to help. Regardless of how good the food might be, I will never come back to this place. It made me feel extremely unsafe and uncared for.

This restaurant is overrated. The grilled fish was cold, probably pre-made. The ingredients didn’t seem fresh, the service was mediocre, and the ambiance was just okay.

I'm by no means vegetarian however after coming here with some colleagues and being asked if I could eat vegan I happily complied. And I'm very glad I did. Tasty mock duck and mock chicken that had texture. Spicy kicks and numb tongue from the tofu dish. A truly good meal that happened to be vegan. I was quite impressed.

Hello Panda's Kitchen, My family came here after a friend's recommendation. We came to the restaurant without any booking. The staff were friendly and accommodating with the children. Service and Food was great from Len and the rest of the team. Many thanks we will be coming back.

What a great spot. The hosts were so friendly and kind. It was my sons birthday, they really made a fuss of him and it was magical. The decor is very bright and uplifting. The staff are excellent and the food is delicious. Watch out for the spice. I was tentative but it is as great as they say ! Enjoy.
