A lively atmosphere, attentive staff, and fantastic food make for an excellent experience. Even with us being complete gluttons, we were pleasantly surprised when the bill arrived. Our first time here but definitely not our last.

Have been coming here for years its the best Chinese takeaway around.

Really nice food, service was good, but it was so busy. As it's quite a small place I felt it was too busy and I could be sitting on other people's tables listening to their conversations. Been before and had a better experience... I don't know why it was soon busy this time.

First time here after driving past it a few times. Looks are deceiving on the outside it doesn’t look like much, but inside was very pretty. Food was very yummy and service was super quick. Food came out the quickest I’ve ever had at a restaurant!! They offered to box my food up, and I was very happy to accept as my eyes were apparently bigger than my stomach 🤣 100% recommend!!

Our family visited this restaurant several times, and we all liked the atmosphere prevailing in it. Excellent customer service, fast service. I highly recommend visiting this place.

Overall pleasantly surprised! Typical greasy takeaway food but it was tasty! I enjoyed eating it. The tofu in black bean sauce and the sea spiced aubergine was good. Also enjoyed the egg fried rice. Wasn't a massive fan of the sweet and sour veggies as it had way too much sauce and hardly enough veggies. I'd definitely get takeaway from here again.

This is my new favourite Chinese restaurant. Food was fantastic but more importantly the staff are full of joy and serve their customers with respect and delight. Loved it here and the decor is amazing!

This unassuming corner shop is definitely a hidden gem in the area of Kenton. Tucked away in this small part of the world is Tian Hu Chinese Restaurant. It serves up a huge variety of tasty and delicious Chinese Dishes, ranging from all sorts of Noodles to Rice. Hits are definitely the Crispy Seaweed, Chicken Balls, Crispy Duck and the starters platter. Wonderful service, tasty sauces and the friendliest hosts ever! Will definitely be visiting this place again in the near future!

This is by far the best Chinese restaurant. The staff are very friendly and always make you feel welcome. The food is delicious and very good quality. As you enter you are welcomed and see tables full of happy customers. Many are regulars, like myself, which is a great sign. We have celebrated many a birthday here. They make it extra special and give hats to wear. I feel that extra praise goes to how well they are with my grandfather and my partners grandmother. They are very attentive and extremely caring. I highly recommend you go here. Its rare to find such an amazing restaurant nowadays.

Tian Hu is fabulous! All of the staff are very welcoming and the food is great. Try their Chicken Satay, it's a Malay recipe, and unlike other Chinese restaurants, it's barbecued. Other firm favorites are the spicy salt/pepper dishes, crispy duck and the sizzling black pepper beef. If you like a bit of spice to your dishes, just ask them, they will tailor the dish to you.

Very nice mannerism on phone very precise in taking order repeating and asking anything more to add to order.Repeated the order to make sure all correctly ordered.Special collection on takeaway discount was also mentioned and given.All food nicely and neatly packaged.No spillage on opening.Great test of food and beautifully cooked.Quite large portion of food.Very courteous staff and friendly.Will be ordering and or visiting to try their other dishes.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sons birthday. The vegetarian food was selected was delicious...starters more than mains. We had selected the spicy platter for 2.

I really enjoy their set lunches, currently at £6.50. And this includes a drink. The quality of food is excellent, comes from the kitchen piping hot, just the way I like it. On average I visit twice a month. (Tissue papers - the next time I go, I shall take my own! These come quite slowly! )

The food was of good quality but not really special (a little bland for my tastes). Service was friendly but the staff seemed a little bit stretched, which was a little surprising on a midweek evening.

Arrived at 7.30pm on a Saturday without a reservation. Restaurant was full. Lady that greeted us was so lovely and said they would have a table in around an hour available and took my name and number. We popped across the road for a drink and we got a call about 30 mins later to say a table was available. They told us not to rush our drinks and come over when we were ready. We arrived back and were not disappointed with the food or service. The team were busy but remained friendly and helpful throughout. Im so glad we waited as it was one of the nicest quality meals I've eaten in a long time. Thank you for fitting us in and we will for sure be back and call for a reservation the next time.

Lovely place to eat. The food is delicious the staff are very attentive. The service is brilliant. You do need to book a table on weekends to be guaranteed a seat. Steve is a really fantastic host. Keep up the good work.

Delicious Chinese food which is great value for money. The staff are very hospitable and attentitive.

Very friendly and made food specially by adding spice and replacing meat where required. Really very flexible and portion size is great and very reasonable in cost. There is parking in the rear and a large car park. Food stayed hot and tasted fresh and full of flavour. Will be going back for sure again. Had the singapore noodles with chicken and very happy with the food and service. Family run so great to also support them.

We placed an order for the first time from this restaurant as I know the reviews are very positive. Very happy to have found such a good Chinese. We ordered, grilled dumplings, crispy seaweed, smoked shredded chicken, sesame honey prawns, sweet & sour chicken, beef in black been sauce with crispy noodles and egg fried rice. Every dish was delicious, not oily at all and piping hot. Looking forward to trying some more dishes in the future.

A los 15 segundos de haber entrado al restaurante y apenas llevar mi trasero al asiento, me pidieron mi orden de bebidas. Procedimos a pedir un pato vegetariano y cuando llegó, aclaré si era vegetariano (ya que no se veía bien) y no lo era. Habiendo planteado esto con el personal, me respondieron y me dijeron que no pedí el vegetariano. Mientras el restaurante se ocupó de ello, no aprecié el aggro y no espero que me respondan. Sé lo que ordené. ¡Ten algunos modales! Izquierda después del primer curso. Evitar a toda costa.

Overall, a disappointing experience. Everything from the Service (rude staff and felt rushed) to the cleanliness of the plates were substandard, especially considering we were celebrating a birthday. Neither myself, nor my guests will return to this restaurant.

Food might be nice, but bad service on the phone. Such a shame. Their website & menu says you can pay by card on delivery - I knew I had no cash. So it’s really annoying to learn (only because I mentioned it) after giving delivery details & my order that this was not the case. I wouldn’t hv minded so much but no apology, just a ‘whatever’ attitude is not on.

We hadn't been to this restaurant for at least 15 years; but went on a recommendation. We had to book in advance as it gets busy. On arrival we were warmly greeted, our drinks were beer and wine which were good. Our starters of dumplings and spring rolls was good, however the dumplings had some glossy coating on them which I didn't like. We then had the crispy duck which was delicious. Our mains of prawn & broccoli, singapore noodles and sizzilling beef was good except for the sizzilling beef which was horrible, i suspected MSG as it was thick, glossy and gluppy. I did ask but was told it was cornflour - whatever it was it was nasty.The ambience and service was good, its such a shame that one or two issues spoilt it for us.

Booked on the day, thank goodness, as we got last table and would have been disappointed had we just turned up. The Restaurant was busy and thought we might have had a wait. This wasn’t the case, the welcome was warm and the drinks order taken and served within minutes.

I spent some time in the morning watching YouTube video's of a young Chinese cook, cooking the most amazing dishes for her family. The end result was an insatiable desire to have a Chinese meal that evening.

Tengo una comida para llevar de este restaurante por primera vez y tengo que decir que fue absolutamente excelente. Es extraño comentar sobre el servicio al cliente para una comida para llevar, pero fue lo más impresionante. Cuando vine a recoger la comida, el personal fue excepcionalmente amable y organizado. La comida estaba lista pero la revisaron de nuevo. Pedí bastante comida (vale 3 bolsas) y me ayudaron a llegar al auto. "Cualquier cosa con la que no esté contento, simplemente llámenos y lo reemplazaremos con otro plato". La comida en sí era preciosa. Y los precios muy razonables. El restaurante en sí, aunque pensé que no comía allí, parecía agradable con un ambiente cálido.

A pesar de aparecer a las 7:30 pm de un sábado, crearon una mesa para nosotros sin ningún problema. El servicio fue amable, rápido y sin ser agobiantes, ya que a pesar de que no había muchas mesas, había 5 sirviendo.

Cuando pedimos pedir tofu, nos dijeron que no lo necesitamos, que es demasiado tarde y que lo que tenemos está bien. Además, se nos recordó que cierran a las 2. 15 . La comida era muy sosa. Había que añadir salsa de soja a toda la comida. Nunca volvería aquí de nuevo.

Visited with my family on a sat night. Wanted a new local Chinese. We were really impressed. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was really nice. I had no bloating after.nicely priced also. Lovely busy atmosphere. Will definitely be back .

I have only used this as a take away but each time our food arrives on time and is good quality, tasty and filling. You can tell this is authentic as they do not use gloppy sauces, we have order honeyed prawns and kung pow chicken which are both really good dishes.

Una joya de encontrar. Un pequeño restaurante chino local que se llena bastante, así que mejor reservar con antelación. Numerosas opciones vegetarianas sabrosas de imitación que el pato y requesón bean fritos fueron lo más destacado en particular. El lugar está bien gestionado por el propietario amable que es muy práctica con el servicio, que fue excelente. Los precios son mejores que en otros restaurantes chinos de calidad similar, pero tengo que decir que este es el mejor del lote.

Love Tian Hu every time we eat there or get a take away. My favourite is vegetarian crispy duck with pancakes and vegetarian chicken in black bean sauce

Thoroughly enjoyed evening here, 10 of us had a great time, staff were attentive. All food came out hot and was kept hot on the warmers which were placed on the lazy Susan we had on our table. Starters were plentiful as was the crispy duck/pancakes etc, Even mains was too much. Steve the manager very pleasant and charming, and even gave us a round of coffee/drinks on the house. Did not feel to finish meal. Thank you or setting us up for a great start to our Xmas meal.

This is our favourite Chinese restaurant and it is good value for money too...Totally agree that the owner goes out of his way to ensure you have a pleasant meal. It was my daughter's birthday and the owner did not notice the badge, and he asked her to follow him and he filled a bag of sweets and chocolates for her when we were leaving. Going back to the restaurant since a few years, it still feels familiar.

Love it every time we have Tian Hu. Mostly we order take away but once in a while when we do go to eat, it’s amazing. The owner is superb and looks after you a lot. Food is just awesome!

This is my local chinese, I am vegetarian an feel they cater well for me, having mock duck in pancakes, is nice but a touch too greasy. The also do a variety of spicy dishes which is nice if you like it and provide chilli oil. The owner is friendly and accommodating, They are child friendly welcoming kids and paying extra attention to them.

Whenever we visit this place, always get great service and quality food, menu is full of choice for everyone's needs.
