Was food missing and no refund from them.Was missing food between £25/30. so bad experince

Food was 2 hours late, quality of the food is not great. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered at 20.05 delivered at 22.26. Everyone was starving and needing to go to bed because of work commitments chicken is grey in colour with the crispy noodles. Very disappointed as it’s not cheap. This is not the first time food is mega late. Just let the customer know of delays and they can order from somewhere else that can deliver on time when people have a time constraint

This is a takeaway, so atmosphere is hard to mark. Food has been consistently great for last 5 years. They get very busy, be prepared to wait over an hour for delivery at peak times.

First time trying Ho’s after numerous recommendations, it was good, few things could be better but overall we were not disappointed.

Very friendly super awesomely customer service with lovely tasty delicious Chinese food to enjoy, prices are not bad yet remember to have cash if buying under £10 and their food are reasonably priced as yummy as they taste in variety of choice to select from and you can get there by bus H14, Bus 223, Bus H9 and H10 and find them on the Pinner View.

best Chinese food for miles around. your spicy shredded smoked chicken is so good, I hope you take note of the phenomenon that is the 'dublin spice bag' that is blowing up all over social media and incorporate it into your menu as you'd make it perfect. 👌👍

Food was hot and tasty as always except the salt and chilli chips unfortunately. Delivery was very late and understandable on a Saturday night. However restaurant confirmed delivery on the app when it was due despite it taking another hour to arrive.

Took 2 hours from ordering to getting food. Kept trying to call them but couldn’t get through. When I did they said food was ready but they were waiting for a driver - it was another 40mins before the food arrived so had it been sat waiting all that time? Have asked for a full refund…

I do like the food but I feel lately the standard is not as good and two weeks it’s been really late. Don’t accept orders if you can’t deliver them. Also a few times the black bean sauce has been so watery

Estimated delivery time was not met and then order was marked as delivered! Having not received our food we called the restaurant thinking it was delivered to a wrong address… the call to the restaurant was a bad idea, the women was very rude and blunt, stating it was still out for delivery despite it saying delivered. Delivery was roughly an hour late! Will not be ordering from here again!

Food was basic, special fried rice was questionable all the meat and veg was on top and rice had no seasoning, it took an hour to be delivered and the shop was at the end of my road, won’t be ordering again as this was a waste of money and time

This is our go-to place for Chinese takeaway. There are 2 things that I require to be good for me to come back, honey spare ribs and crispy chilli beef, and they nail both. Usually delivery is less time than they state, only one occasion was it longer than stated, most of the time, much sooner.

Well well well what can I say I ordered 3 sweetcorn soups and just some chips with curry sauce. Shop is 4 minute drive but food was 15 minutes late then another 5 to find my flat. The chips were so dry I think I found maybe 4/5 chips in the whole box that I was able to chew and swollen without feeling like I had a mouthful of sand. The food we have ordered sofar was all great (although we had satay chicken once and there was far too much onion and not enough sauce) we haven't tried any other Chinese takeaways since finding this one as the dishes we've ordered so far have been great

Food is good quality but they promise items for free and don’t send them with the order. Had we known the free items were not going to be provided we would have ordered them ourselves. Called and tried to get it resolved and they no help. Very disappointing.

The driver was lost which is fine it happens but failed to listen to instructions as I guided him to my property. When I saw a car speeding throughout the road I realised it was him. On a road with bumps he was driving like it’s fast and furious. Then had the audacity then say he is just going to take the food home himself. Appealing behaviour.

Chicken chow mein was dry. Delivery was late by half an hour . Estimated delivery time was over an hour after order was placed. When I tried to contact the restaurant it cut me off saying voice mail was full.
