Exceptional service to start with especially the very friendly pretty lady at the reception & the chefs are literally the bestt! The food is incredibly delicious and the right amount of flavour and spice👌🏽I wanna say thank you soo much for the lovely meal chefs!🫶🏼 if you want a proper fresh High Quality Meal that will really get you from Hungry to Happy in no time, Order from the One & Only LINCHI enjoyed it as usual and it’s very filling so I’m soo satisfied ☺️appreciate you lots x. Disgusting food cold an took over hour half I got diarrhoea no apology an over charge me. REMEMBER Check your change an the amount. very abusive behaviour when I told them about this they need manors in customer service zero star

My preferred Chinese restaurant is located over five miles away, unfortunately they do not deliver to my area. However, when I have a craving for Chinese cuisine, I make the effort to travel to their establishment.

Great food and great quality the portions was massive and very tasty. Definitely a good Chinese to eat and when I called they said they would take 45 minutes and that's exactly how long they took to make the delivery. I would definitely order from here again my favourite one was 2PL hight recommend

I’m buying the same dish for 4 years in this place special fried rice when I start buying this was for £4.50 Literally last year every week the price is going up today I ordered two large special fried rice for 16 pounds at the shop on her understand the prices have gone up, but there is still the same 😎 Important is I like this food but sometime it is disaster. It is clearly they use a different chef sometimes and I cannot recognize my dish. I also express my concerns to the lady on the counter. But it is a great food. If I was the owner, I will do some work on the shop. Looked terrible. By look in the status of the shop no I’m gonna stop by but whoever knows to the food they will do.

Super tasty Hong Kong style! I've been getting takeaway Chinese food from this place for 15 years. It may seem silly, but it's always been really tasty and this was one of the few places that did 'box meals' - by which I mean a meat dish and rice or noodles in one container. You could have Beef and Black Bean sauce or Sweet and Sour Chicken or Pork and Egg Fried Rice all together for about six quid. It's gone up a bit, but everything has gone up recently. You can probably tell I like this place. The food is always fresh and delicious. Good, old School Hong Kong style Chinese takeaway. I love Beef with Black Bean sauce with extra red chillis. Mouthwatering! Be advised that parking is a bit of a lottery so try across the road in North Road..

Wow wow wow they should be put up for a Knighthood for services to food u will never find a better Chinese in ur life so good I got giddy if I ever win the euro lottery there going to be the only people I will ever have cook for me sent by god no doubt in my mind a true miracle 🙏 😋

Local takeaway that I've been going to for a long time. It used to be good value but the price increases make it less so. It would not be such a problem, however there is a minimum card limit for £12. Very inconvenient if buying an order for just one person. Menu online is outdated and ordering through apps is even more expensive. No space for eat in, takeaway only. Food itself is okay, nothing special. Generic options and taste. Convenience just needs to improve across the board mainly

I usually order online and the food is great however I decided to phone in today. The lady who answered was extremely rude and told me a different address so I asked her to confirm the street name when I gave her my postcode again and she started shouting and hung up the phone. I gave the benefit of the doubt and called back and again she started getting very defensive and hung up. Disgusting behaviour from their staff. You’ve now lost a customer who has been using you for 10+ years!!! Rude!!

I’ve been ordering from Lin Chi for years and to be fair you can’t really go wrong with a 2pl box meal. However the prices have gone up again and the quality has remained the same. Today I ordered my usual 2pl box meal alongside a 6PL sweet and sour chicken HK style. The 6PL was very poor and lacked flavour and the special fried rice was quite cold with not too much taste. What tops of the poor visit today is the customer service, always poor without fail. This is something I have dealt with because it was good value for money but now it’s not worth the poor service at all.

Tried again after a year or so. Didn't like my food on last attempt. This time food was banging, just delivery on uber eats was a bit long for a place that I live a mile away from.

This is another takeaway that is part of the community! Been going here for over 10 years and what makes me happy is, across 10 years not one meal has been under satisfaction! They have never disappointed me. Me and everyone in the community that have been around have been coming here constantly!

I am rewriting this review due to my experience lately, I use to love coming to this place despite the rude receptionist, I’m not sure what he’s name is but he shouldn’t be working there. Unable to order food from them I don’t think they want costumers. If I could give them 0 I would.

I had take-away recently for the first time in years and the food wasn’t very nice :( The Pork Chop-Suey was so so salty, the pork was sliced rib meat and not roasted. :( Special fried rice didn’t taste fresh, in fact it tastes like really old rice. :( Chilli beef wasn’t very crispy. And pancake rolls were bland. And the price was very expensive. £20. So sorry to write this review, but have to be honest.

The food took over an hour to come despite me living 5 minutes away and it was cold/ not fresh. Not good!

I really don't know who can give a 4 or 5 star rating for a medium to low taste of their food. Maybe we didn't had the same chef cooking for us, I try to comfort myself with this thought. People who leave ratings like this, is either they enjoy the low prices, either they haven't tried a good Chinese takeaway yet. I am sorry but this is the truth, they shouldn't give ratings like that, because, for instance, I looked at those ratings when I have chosen to eat there and it was a mistake trusting the comments that I saw.

Ordered Two noodle dishes online came tasteless...hot & sour soup isn’t right, it is way too sweet.

Lovely old staff!new guy took the order,waiting for delivery,when called he said the food was delivered and money charged!still on aggressive way that we receive it and who else was living here and was charged for it!that it is something beyond understanding....i mean,if order have been forgotten, just admit it!no one will receive or pay a product if hasn't been ordered!

Duck in Hoi Sin Sauce is pretty good! Portions of meet are tiny in comparison to the amount of rice you get in a large meal box. Good flavour however and price is decent at 5.50 a standard meal box / 6.50 a large.

We live locally and have used this Chinese for many years. Has take away on Sunday evening and am disappointed to say it was awful. The egg fried rice was boiled, over cooked rice with no egg, in fact it was just a clump of starch ! The crispy chicken was burnt and so over cooked there was no chicken in it. Finally pork Hong Kong style was just four pieces of over cooked batter in a bit of sauce with a load of carrots, pineapple thrown on top. The curry sauce and prawn crackers were the only edible items. We are so disappointed as we have, as a family, used this restaurant for over 40 years. Obviously ownership has changed over the years but whoever has the restaurant now would seriously want to review their chefs! In addition we found the gentleman very rude and arrogant not just to us but to other customers waiting on food to take away! Very disappointed!!

The third time order was in correct and speaking the lady today on the phone bad customer service, refused to accept she took my order wrong, she did not offer to send the two missing items. She said she was new.. This is unacceptable and I have been using them for two years and the last three occasions service has dropped by far. Not happy how the lady spoke to me and not proving me ith my missing items.

Have tried a few different dishes but so disappointed, noodles are boring and meat portions are skimpy. Sweet and sour sauce is atrocious and delivery is expensive and long to wait... Not a great place to eat

Unfortunatley the worst chinese i have ever had . How can a chicken curry beef curry and vegtable curry with all the same sauce , thats if you were lucky to have any sauce . Everything was wet and soggy. Had to send back wraps as one big soggy mess. Waste of money and chewing time.

Been using this Chinese take away since a very very long time time ago . It’s about 10 years now and I shall say that I am never disappointed with them . I was craving for their food when I was expecting and now since my daughter is 9 we do enjoy it together . Our specials are house show Mein and sweet and sour chicken . Mmmmm when I write this I can feel how eager I’m to taste it again !

My colleagues and I regularly order food from here when working late and in the last 2 years after countless takeaways I have never been disappointed by bother food and the service. We have tried many dishes from the menu and all have been cooked to a high standard and tasted delicious. The lunchbox menu is varied and first class. I am currently addicted to the chicken in spicy sauce with egg fried rice and would also highly recommend the lin chi special chow mein All in all a great little takeaway, fab food at fab prices.

Over an hour still waiting for food, can't get hold of them

This is my local Chinese for delivery and every time it's just delicious. It has gone up slightly in price recently but still worth it and if you get a set meal I think it works out cheaper.

A friend recommended Lin Chi for their spicy special fried rice and I wasn't let down when I finally did try it. I wouldn't call it groundbreaking though, and compared to similar Chinese takeaways, it's just about average.

This is the worst Chinese restaurant ever. 1. They never answer their phone. 2. The service is terrible in the shop. 3. Empolyes are rude and very unhelpful. 4. I found a hair in my food and when I tried to talk to them the lady was very rude and was unapologetic. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYBODY. Service is trash

I feel the standards have gone down recently, maybe change of chef or new owners. I usually order Tofu bean curd, sea spice aubergine. I now find sauce is watered down and hardly any veg in it besides big chunks of green pepper. I now go to Hings in stanmore and prefer it.

I first tried this wjilst on my break working in a local hospital. Im now hooked best chinese ever in nw london please open in kilburn its so far to come. Best fav dish tofu mixed veg and crispy beef lovely staff.
