Food delivered promptly but rather disappointing food. The mixed starters were very underwhelming. The barbecued spare ribs aren’t spare ribs at all but dry lamb chops. The smoked shredded chicken was good. Shredded beef ok. Very strange Kung Po chicken without a peanut in sight and the chicken was battered? Singapore noodles not bad as was the special fried rice. Sorry but I won’t be ordering again.

Would be zero. Cheap food cooked and served, what's happened ? I will come back and speak with the owners as it was disgusting. Ordered spare ribs got some tiny lamb chops ?? Never ordering from here again I suggest everyone else to boycott unless you want to waste your money

Delivered Diet Coke instead of Coke Zero which was ordered, assuming they’re the same is annoying and I’d have rather been given a call to choose or just have it taken off the bill and nothing arrive. With this I ordered the chicken curry and which said it was spicy but unfortunately, it was incredibly bland and I couldn’t eat it. I actually ended up making my own sauce. The rice and chips were good but it’s a shame about the rest.

Superb! Authentic balanced flavours and top quality ingredients. We had a mix of 6 dishes starters, mains, veg, non veg, rice, noodles and all very very good. Recommend chicken in black bean (ask for chilli). Best Chinese takeout in the area by miles and good value 👌

We recently ordered from here again and the food was amazing as always, very fresh and tasty! They have a large selection of vegetarian food alongside great meat options. Divya was so helpful in ensuring our delivery got to us on time despite it being Chinese New Year and the delivery driver also was very friendly. This is by far our favourite local Chinese restaurant and we will be back again!

Really tasty food. Enjoyed the beef with black bean and good spicy food. It's the only takeaway that does ho fun noodles.

I ordered the Singapore rice noodles and it was so amazing, the portion size as you can see is pretty huge as well. The resturant is very clean and has a nice simple ambiance. Highly recommend Singapore rice noodles and veg spring rolls as well!

We have always ordered our Chinese food from Peking Garden despite the high cost, as the food was always good.The meal today, for my partner’s birthday was very disappointing-the only ribs on offer are now lamb but the portion was v small and more bone and v little meat for £10.00 !!!

Ordered food online. Customer service is atrocious, kept calling for my over and was told driver was around the corner for well over 1.5 hrs. I live 15 mins from the take away. Unreliable, poor service, don't offet redelivery if food has gone 'missing'. Staff are dishonest and pretend they didn't speak to you on the phone about the order. Spent £55+ on the food delivery

Very rude owner. I decided to "eat in" at one of their four tables. When the food was served, I asked for an extra plate and a glass of water if possible. The man immediately snapped at me and told me "you do realize we are a take out restaurant, get water you pay for water. I will give you a plate on this occasion only". Wow, Hong Kong attitude with your Hong Kong flavour. On top of that, the food was not fresh and the portion was small.

We have tried other Chinese restaurants but keep coming back to Peking Garden because the food is so good . The food is very expensive and, having paid £57 + I would have thought they could have added a few prawn crackers as they have on previous orders.

Very authentic food in Hong Kong style - especially the duck fried rice and beef hor fun! Staff were very friendly too! Definitely one of my all time favourite!

Excellent food at very reasonable prices- the staff are very pleasant and go the extra mile .. highly recommended.. have tried both vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes and each dish is better than the other. Have been their regular customers for years and the standard is very high indeed!! Please do give it a try for sure!!

I've ordered both take out and delivery service at The Peking Garden in Pinner a few times and always find the customer service to be consistently warm and friendly and the food to be very good value for money. There is even a car park in close proximity to the restaurant, which really does help. The food and delivery service are always consistently of a high standard. Highly recommended!

I've lived in the area for approximately 24 years and this is definitely the best takeway in the area. I could not recommend it more highly. It has very high standards in terms of hygiene, quality of food service. These things seem to be falling apart in many other places but there is a reason why this takeaway has stood the test of time. It is a family run restaurant where the persons involved clearly have a passion for what they doing. Please keep up the amazing work.

Ordered beef and chicken satay's, chicken and sweetcorn soup, chicken boa buns, to start followed by beef in black bean sauce, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and veggie noodles with extra broccoli, all cooked fresh, HALAL, no fuss, no waiting all done without any fuss, great service and will be going back for more.

I ordered seasonal vegetables in garlic sauce and I was sent one vegetable in garlic sauce as a main option. Absolutely awful. The fact that this can be marketed as a main course is astonishing.

I’m compare to Peaking in Moor Park this restaurant doesn’t not compare in standards of food. We got the mock duck and a few other dishes. The noodles and bean sprouts were also VERY underwhelming. To top it of we all have stomach problems that night. I would never eat there again.

Waited over an hour and half for the food. rang the restaurant to see if had left yet as it can’t be delayed, which they said the driver had delivered it but we hadn’t received anything. This keeps happening with our deliveries recently not turning up or it’s cold!

Decided to go with this restaurant as reviews were positive on average. Very pleased to say that we’re not disappointed at all. The food arrived 45 minutes early! And the quality is Chinese RESTAURANT quality (I’m Asian soo I know there’s a difference between restaurant and fast food Chinese quality) and this food was worth the money we spent. Will definitely be back. Quantity was good as well 👍🏼

Super food expensive but worth it

Worst Chinese I have ever used ,not only is the food bad & burnt and always cold when you get it, but when you complain they are very rude .It is not cheap so you think they would use quality ingredients , big mistake .We ordered 2 wan ton soup amongst other items and received 2 Hot & sour soup and was told to bring them back ,no sorry or apology and I had already gone to pick up the original order .I was told a credit would be given ,still waiting. Do not ever order Chinese take away on a Saturday night as they cannot cope .The search for a good and authentic Chinese with 5 star score on the doors in the Harrow area is still on, wish me luck Phoned the owner who is Indian, and she said she would phone me back ,that was 2 months ago . I THINK THAT SAYS IT ALL ?

Delicious,put more prawns and fish balls and squid in the ho fan noodles as the cost of the dish is 11.80£. Adequate noodles but not enough sea food😾

This place has been taken over. The food has gone tragically downhill. They are obviously taking shortcuts and buying cheaper raw materials and charging the same prices. Vegetarian duck absolutely disgusting to what it used to be. Sauces are runny and poor quality. Will not be going back here after being loyal to them for ages. Cost cutting and still charging high prices. Go to the original Peking Garden in Moore Park for decent Chinese.

Tasty food. Never ordered from here before, usually Yi Ban in Eastcote but was concerned about their 2 star food rating compared to Peking Garden’s 4 star. Food was early, friendly delivery driver and very tasty. Would order again from them.

Salt pepper squid is crispy and tasty but its not the full ring though. The ginger and spring onion sauce is a bit bland, the sauce is too thick, otherwise the scallops were good. The beef stir fry with vegetable could do with some seasoning. Cant complain for the price we paid!

Probably the best “authentic” Chinese takeaway food you can get outside chinatown. If you want a Chinese takeaway catered for english taste then sadly this is not it.

Nice food, arrived early which was great and the non contact delivery was good too. I did order crispy noodles, but got regular instead which was a bit annoying, but next time I just won’t pay for the extra as you don’t t get it anyway. Other than that, I’d order again.

This place is awful. Please do not eat here. I ordered seaweed it was awful no flavour. Than I ordered barbecue spare ribs. I can tell you it was greasy and NO BARBECUE SAUCE was on the ribs I rang the company they said that's the way they make it. It had no flavour whats so ever and full of fat. Awful awful food. How can you serve barbecue spare ribs without the main ingredients yes! BARBECUE!!

Worst Food you can possibly imagine , ordered 4 different beef dishes, every single one went in the bin . Chicken in green peppers was another disaster, quality of meat in both beef and chicken is questionable. Will be taking this up with trading standards. Honestly, never been so Disappointed . Terrible service, ordered a dish which was covered in red chillies (we never asked for it to be spicy), called to mention as my children couldn’t eat it and the lady on the phone was very rude and said that’s the way we make it when she even checked and there was no mention of spicy or chilli on the menu. Having had the dish from here over a year ago that was a lie! Over priced for what you get, won’t be returning! Many better local chinese places.

Takeaway was ordered as a treat (I live in the North West) for Mother’s Day. It took a while for the order to be confirmed but the food arrived 20 minutes early and by all accounts very good (both quality and quantity). When I can visit Pinner I look forward to tasting their food myself. Thanks

The food was ok, but was incredibly expensive for the quality, plus I got charged £4 for delivery of a £86 order. Rip off. I actually thought I was ordering from the Peking Garden in Moor Park which we know and love, so was willing to pay the extra. Finally it said 1 hour delivery but then the food came after 30 minutes, which is good, but they should be more accurate with their timing.

Great Chinese takeaway. Food is excellent quality and keeps well if you have leftovers. Not cheap, but compared to most other places I really like the food.

Unfortunately the food was delivered over 90 mins and restaurant only informed me when it was 60 mins late. Friendly delivery driver who was apologised. Food was cold/lukewarm but am sure it would have tasted so much better if it was piping hot. It was New Years Eve and based on previous orders from them I will continue to use as taste and service is normally excellent.

Terrible service was told my delivery would be with us at 8:20 and advised at 9:30pm that it had Been delivered even though it hadn’t, could not get through on the phone as calls being redirected. Eventually managed to contact through just eat and delivery status changes to delayed! Finally got our food a 10:15pm. Rubbish service and the restaurant would not even give us any money back - food was mediocre and. It worth all of the grief it caused

Had to leave a review following the terrible service we received from Peking garden Pinner on NYE. We ordered through the app early evening which all went through fine and payment was taken off my account and an order confirmation email was received.stating our order would be with us within 45 mins. An hour and a half later we still hadn't received the order. Having made numerous calls to the restaurant which just kept ringing with no answer. Then over 1.5hrs later we then get an email saying our order has been cancelled by the restaurant because they are 'too busy'. No apology or anything was offered. 2hrs later we are then trying to make alternative arrangements for dinner. That is really poor service. At the very least PG could have let us know sooner and not make us wait for so long? Also why allow people to order through the app and take their payment if the restaurant is unable to fulfil the order. We now have to wait for 7 days to get a refund back. We certainly won't be going back to Peking Garden Pinner after this terrible experience.
