Tiger Dragon in Harrow

It was busy, but not crazy busy. The service was smooth and polished, and a nice change to the usual manic style that we've become accustomed to at our usual haunt. The food was good, decent portion sizes. Shame the dim sum menu wasn't available after 5pm as we wanted a number of items from it - the memory of dim sum from the Baker St branch remains etched on my tastebuds. Anyway we had: Half Crispy Duck - good Soft Shell Crab - nice Chicken with Chilli in Chiu Chow Style - this is actually very spicy! Szechuan Chicken - nice, but there was a lot more veg than chicken. Crispy Shredded Beef in Birds Nest - good, but was missing the birds nest pastry! Seafood in Spicy Sauce - this is essentially a hot pot, which wasn't spicy. Like the Szechuan Chicken, there was a lot of veg, I had to dig around to hunt for the seafood. Various Rice's - Garlic, Egg, Fukien, and Veg - very good size portions. On the whole, nothing special stands out, just a nice family evening out.

At the time of writing this review, I am still waiting for my delivery. It’s been 1 hour 45 mins since order was placed. I called the restaurant and they said they are ‘very busy’. Ridiculous service. Never ordering from here again.

Amazing food - their paneer tikka pizza is the bomb! They do really nice Indo-Chinese dishes and tofu options too. Decor is very basic. Lighting is too bright and the layout needs to be changed especially the doors. The waiters are sometimes teenagers or children - this is really worrying. They often make mistakes when ordering a takeaway so make sure you check your order before you collect it.

The young girl is always so rude and food is unpredictable,they also try to charge 50p on transactions under £12 which is illegal. Was a customer for 15 yrs will never will go again gone down hill since she’s been there the older woman I was lovely and so friendly Customer service at its worst
