The best restaurants serving Chinese food in East of England

The food is always delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Quick service and always hot when it arrives. Definitely my go-to for Chinese takeout!

Have in the past used this takeaway and generally pleased with the food. Just ordered a takeaway as a treat after a busy week. My food was terrible, greasy, totally tasteless, had no choice but to bin all of it! This was not cheap, lesson learnt, ☹️

Been using here for about 10 years now, had to delete my 5 star review to 1 star, had a shrimp omelette and chips last week and it was lovely, had the same tonight and it disgusting, who ever cooked it put a few nice chips on top the rest was the worst greasiest chips I've ever had in my life.. Did he think I wasn't going to see the other chips under the top layer? And as for the shrimp omelette I had to throw it in the bin, it was burnt, greasy and disgusting, never ever would I use this place again.. I had to go hungry all night.. Would have took it back and demanded a refund if it weren't so far

Food cold don’t get delivered the right food missing drink.. and not told there was an extra delivery charge for delivery and then for the card machine won’t be ordering from here again!!

We have been using this take away for 15 years with visiting friends and family always keen to order food. Tonight we had the worst meal, we have never telephoned to complain about the food. It was undercooked, fatty, their wonderful chips are now soggy and include skins. Such a shame. We were not looking for a refund, only trying to establish if this was now the expected quality of food to come. The response was dismissive and argumentative. We will not be ordering food again and will discourage our friends and family from doing so.

Food was full of oil and made me feel sick all night. Today it came out the other end. I have been a regular but lately this place has gone down hill and I certainly won’t go back. Very disappointed

The restaurant is a decent size and the service is reasonably okay. However, the main issue is the food quality, which is quite disappointing. The dumplings, in particular, were filled with large, rubbery chunks of fat that were tough and unpleasant to chew. It really took away from the entire dining experience. Unfortunately, due to the low standard of the food, I won’t be returning.

Sadly awful 😖 the battery on prawns was so thick and soggy . Sweet and sour sauce gloopy and so sweet. Chow mein tasteless. Won tons were empty! Just pastry. Won't be using again!

Sadly it is now CLOSED, I believe there was a fire 🔥in the kitchens. Went for dim sum, one of the few places outside Chinatown that does it. Always has Chinese people eating over the weekends - which is considered "a good place to eat" if Chinese people go to eat there. The chinese staff are brusque, and it's nice to see other nationalities working there. Food is a bit hit and miss, as usual it depends on the choices you make. A la carte menu is extensive as well a good dim sum options, during the day.

Plenty of dishes to choose from. You can go up for more food as and when you like so good value for money.
