Terrible food, very bland and tasteless. Caramel chicken tasted the same as sweet and sour chicken, crispy chicken was soggy, and rice very watery. Would not recommend

The chefs, Abu Bakr & Saif, are really good and expert at their work. I've always enjoyed the food thoroughly. The entire staff's hospitality and service makes me go back to them again and again.

Anytime me or the family are craving a Chinese this is our go to spot! Great potion size, several options to choose from and amazing customer service every time! Also a great clean atmosphere inside! I would recommend the Kung pow chicken if you like your spicy food! Special thanks to brother Asad for the continued great service and for being so welcoming and polite!

The chefs always cater to our personal taste choices while making the food. The quantity is amazingly good for the price that is offered to us. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

Food was hot, well portioned, well cooked and amazing indeed as was recommended by one of friend of mine. Box was full more than enough for me. We ordered as per our taste and spice level. Would recommend definitely try once but make a good choice of spice and taste. Delivery guy was much nice person.

Ordered from this place on Uber Eats and it was horrible. They sent us the wrong items despite the label on the box clearly saying what items we ordered for each box,and the taste was so bad. The food was soggy and bad quality. The regular and value boxes were the same size. Not happy at all, waste of my money.

Unfortunately the food was not good. Noodles needed more flavour and the crispy chicken was soggy chicken. The chips were dry and hard as a rock. Overall I will not be ordering there again. Would of been 1 star, Gave 2 stars due to friendly staff and good service

Does not worth the money . Rice half boiled .noodles are cheap quality .tiny 🐔 pieces and all you can taste is just all artificial gravy .

Amazing food, lots of choices and friendly staff

We had a wonderful experience. The Server was amazing, and explained the menu to us. The food tasted amazing and it was reasonable priced. Definitely coming back next time and will recommend this to anyone who looking for a nice but reasonably price meal.

Ordered food at 4pm for asap delivery. Given a time of 5pm to 5.20. Not here yet at 5.45. Not for the first time either.

the drink was empty because it was spilled, one of the boxes were spilled in the bag so that was wasted too, i had to wait almost 2 hours for the food and the majority of it was cold. not happy and would like a refund on something because i didn’t spend almost £40 for most of it to be ruined and cold

Very poor first and last trip to Oodles. Excessively long wait time for food to be prepared, egg fried rice was waterlogged and tasteless, the chicken dishes had no discernible flavours they were just bland with a lot of spice. Ended up throwing most of it in the bin and going elsewhere total waste of time and money.

I will not be ordering from OOdles again as I only got 2 x Crispy Prawns for my £2.50 Extra cost. The quality has slowly gone down and I'm not happy at all.

I used to love their food especially their spicy chips and Malaysian chicken but the quality has gone really bad. The chips weren't tasty at all, the chicken was dry and the overall experience was really bad. The place used to be always clean and nice but now the tables are dirty, the floor was dirty too. I don't think I will come back again...

Great service from the staff, it was our first time ever, since we were visiting peterborough and England overall. They gave us samples for the chickens which helped a lot for us to have a very yummy and overall great experience. The sour and sweet chicken is to die for btw. We took a regular size which was very fulfilling and when we left and asked bags to go, we were given bags and warmly greeted to go. Would try again if I had to ! Thanks to the staff. + it’s halal even better

First time ordering and wont order again. The food yet ordering non spicy food ( 1item had 1 chilli rating) was extremely spicy and over spiced everything else to the point me an my daughter had to throw most of it away adter it was burning our mouths, and the sweet and sour chicken had very little sweet and sour flavour. Was very disappointed.

"vegetable" noodles contained no vegetables, "saucy" chicken was lacking any sauce and the portion size of chicken was miniscule.

Mohammed Asad (the manager) was very kind and helpful to us. The service was quick and the area was clean and well-kept. They specially made food separately for one of us who had allergies

The order was delivered late. Caused a lot of problem for me, as i take medicines before my dinner and i thought it will be delivered on time and took them but the order was delivered 30 minutes later

Food is bad, I ordered udon noodles with prawns which I had to pay extra and also chicken in black beans souce. I had only three prawns and 6 pieces of chicken, also I choose not spice food but it comes spice. Never going order again

Amazing asian food! Edit: We order from oodles couple times every month, almost every time when we visit Peterborough city centre, as we love it this much. Oodles restaurant became one of our favorites and it's like a treat for us to come here when we visit this city as we live about 30mins from it. This place never dissapointed us, service very friendly and helpful, food always tasty and on point. As I'm veggie I really love crispy veg+rice+veg noodles+katsu curry combination. And now they have tofu option.

Forgot my egg fried rice but food was still delicious. Just disappointed about the rice as it was the part of the meal I was looking forward to the most.

Ordering time is too long. When ordering, they take too long and due to them being, depending on how long you have left till offer, you might have end up paying more. There was an offer with them which was valid till 10 nd I have started ordering 9.56 but the guy was taking too long, he washing his hands and when I placed the order, it was 10:00 and apparently I was not entitled for the offer because he took too long. Very poor service and did not expect this. I was eating with them regularly but I won't as very unhappy

never leave rewievs unless something is really wrong . Brought big bundle of food for few friends and whole 20 chiken wings was smelly as they were to expire day or two ago . Not fresh noodles dry and sogy . unfortunely will never order from here aggain :(

I always give Oodles a go every few months as a takeaway but I seem to always contract food poisoning or abdominal pain only a mere few hours after food consumption here. Having it as a one off is understandable, but for it to be consistent on every visit is alarming… Haven’t had this occurrence at any other restaurant or takeaway which is concerning to say the least

My boyfriend went in to order and take away, he was the only customer and it took half an hour to prepare his food, which is crazy considering it shouldnt take that long to scoop out some noodles and toppings from a bowl into a box. Also when we got home and opened the bag we saw they hadnt given him the spring rolls he ordered. prob wont be going back there since its basically the same thing as chopstix but double the price and ive never had to wait longer than 5/10 minutes for food there even when its busy 🙄 also i dont usually leave bad reviews since im not really a fussy person but i felt other customers should know this. and whoever the manager is you need to get some new staff or train the current ones better lol.

I dare say that to have CRISPY CHICKEN it would need to go in a bag of it's own? I haven't ever had crispy chicken from Oodles which is a shame. Being in a box with all the other items doesn't help.

Food is great the only issue is when you order for delivery and items are missing you make the call to the restaurant. I made the call and I got the manager and he said I was watching them pack your order and we sent three bags, when my order turned up I was given 2 bays and they said I was wrong so called me a lair, I replied with I will bring my ring door bell footage down then his reply was let's get this sorted, then left me hanging on the phone while he was taking more orders. Not good people but very tasty food. NOT ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Hello, I am not usually a fan of chains of generic noodle bars/Asian restaurants but this is a little different and there are a couple of dishes on the menu that I enjoy. Firstly, do not order via the major delivery apps (there can be anywhere from a 33-50% markup on the price. If you would rather take the food away, you should order on the oodles website directly. Special mentions - Chilli chips Chilli cod Schezuan Beef stir fry vegetable paneer Dragon chicken

Delivery was ok marked as delivered before knocking, food was just spice, good textured chicken and well cooked rice although I didn’t notice and egg fry in my rice and randomly the base of chips was added to the top but it may have been my selection but it all tasted the same and just spice,no sweet and sour taste at all. Was ok, would prefer chopstix for flavour

We had such a kind and generous donation made by the Oodles Team in Peterborough. I work at a Primary School in Peterborough and for Chinese new year we were donated 36 value boxes with egg fried rice and noodles with around 8 chicken dishes, fortune cookies, chopsticks, spring rolls and chips. It was such a generous and kind donation and went above and beyond with all the allergies we have and being a nut free school. They were kind enough to give each student and staff a menu with a discount voucher. The children absolutely loved trying the food and said this was the best day ever and loved the food. Thank you so much Oodles Team.
