Great tasting food and a wide ranging menu. Can't recommend them enough. Recently taken over by new owners.

This place is the best place in peterborough. The food is so fresh and tastes so good. It’s the only takeaway I eat in the city. I think they have a small team so they do usually deliver much later so order before you get hungry. But I dont mind because the taste is worth it, you won’t waste your money and whoever delivers the food always has a smile on their face! My favourite dishes are the vegan duck and the gyoza.

Have eaten from here about 10 times and I can honestly say every time has been 5* excellent quality Chinese food that is 100% vegan 👌🏽

Healthy, not junk food. No animal fats. No guilt. Just pleasure.

The Best Salt And Pepper Tofu I've Had Also The Best Satay Tofu I've Had I've not seen a vegan Chinese takeaway so I wasn't going to pass on the opportunity. Highly knowledgeable and friendly staff. Good portion sizes too. In my case, the Salt and Pepper Tofu and Mixed Stir Fried Vegetables are the best I've had. No odd flavours, like can be expected trying to get vegan stuff from a lot of takeaways, where cross contamination is almost guaranteed. Everything I'm told is plant based, so I had high expectations to begin with and those expectation were fully met. It'll be one of my main reasons to visit Peterborough in the future. *Update* Since writing the original review, I've been back nearly every time I've visited Peterborough and tried a few more items on the menu and I can say, every time, the food has been great.

I heard about this place from my friend. It's a vegan Chinese restaurant. A bit counterintuitive. But the food was delicious and most importantly, the lady there was really lovely. The portions were reasonably sized. It's a take away. There's no sit in. There's roadside parking.

Very rare any business gets 5 stars but this one certainly delivers and deserves. The tastiest vegan Chinese takeaway food you will ever come across. Seeing as this is a vegan only takeaway across all dishes it's a rare unique find and one we will certainly use again and again. The salt and vinegar range is truly tasty as was the chow mein dishes. My only criticism is they don't accept card in the shop itself they do online and you can collect but luckily there is a free cashpoint 50 yards away. Please use this if you want it to stay, yes its junk food but the only vegan Chinese takeaway I've ever come across and boy do they deliver.

Not just best vegan, but I'd say best Chinese in general in Peterborough. Non-vegan family members choose this restaurant over others. Highly recommend. Lovely staff as well

Aida & Dave are so amazing, they're super friendly and welcoming and they're the best Chefs! The food is absolutely delicious and hands down our favourite Chinese takeaway! Unfortunately no photos as we can't wait to eat the food, but will try to get some to update this review! We try to have their Chinese at least once a month! Lauren loves their Chow Meins and I love the Satays, the Sweet & Sour & the Honey & Chilli - it has to be the Special because we love the Tiger Prawns, the Chicken and the Ham all in one dish! We always order way too much because we want to have everything on the menu but it just means we have left overs for days! The ice cream is delicious too! Really great food cooked right in front of you

Consistently delicious food! Just had the Bao buns for the first time and they are nice and savoury. The mock lamb was as interesting as ever, the texture is on another level. And the staff charming as always.

I was thrilled to find a Chinese restaurant with such a huge and impressive range of vegan dishes. I ordered a delivery, it was the first time in 18 years I had tasted Crispy Shredded Chilli "beef" and the vegan alternative did not disappoint. Great service too. Thank you Top Chef :-)

First time we order from this restaurant after reading so many good reviews. The delivery takes almost a couple of hours so just make sure you’ve made the order before you get hungry! However we don’t mind, as friendly staff and lovely food. Really surprised with the flavour of the dishes and we absolutely loved the vegan chicken satay and the mushroom chow mein. Will repeat for sure.

The choice was amazing. We kept it simple with a set menu and was not disappointed. Delicious food. Not all oily and greasy like some Chinese takeaways can be. Very full afterwards and will definitely eat from here again. Lovely lady serving me. This is a must for all vegans, and also any meat eaters that want to cut down their meat intake without sacrificing any flavour or texture experience!

Me and my husband stopped off here to order takeout after googling vegan food in the area as we passed through Peterborough. The couple who run it are so kind and friendly, they made everything fresh and even brought it to the car once it was ready. The food we ordered smelt and looked so good we almost ate the whole lot before we even drove off to make our way home. We ordered the top chef special combo, vegan chicken chow mein and the vegan crispy aromatic duck. The vegan chicken that comes on skewers to dip in the satay sauce and as drumsticks in the special combo is unlike anything I've had before -five out of five on taste, and the crispy outside coating... oh my gosh, it was absolute heaven. I have been vegan for almost 10 years and it has to be THE best vegan chicken I've had. The same goes for the vegan chicken in their chow mein, which also has bamboo shoots and thinly sliced carrot and onions. It was packed full of flavour and the chicken was perfect with an almost chargrilled flavour - VERY moreish. They also make their own vegan 'king prawn' (came in the special combo), which not only tastes lovely but looks like a work of art! The vegan duck pancakes were an absolute revelation. Our little boy who can usually be quite picky about food loved the chow mein too, so if you are ordering with little ones in mind - that's a good shout. Can't recommend this place highly enough, its a half hour drive away for us but we will certainly be making a return visit in the near future. I'll try to remember to take pictures next time before we eat it all!

Wow, so yummy everything we ordered! The service was excellent, we even had a free dessert with our first order. There are so many options to choose from and all vegan! My favourite was the crispy "duck" pancakes , absolutely delicious 😋 Thank you!

Love the food here, as well as the friendly woman who cooks. The food is clean and tasty. They even bring the food out to your car to save you waiting in the store.

Unbelievable little place, food is so good, you are literally spoilt for choice as a vegan. So many dishes I've not had in years, replicated here as fully plant based. Cannot recommend enough. Only wish they had more outlets across the region! Can't wait to try more off the menu.

Excellent vegan food, we love ordering from here. It’s been fun to try the different options and I love the ingenious ways they’ve created the vegan alternatives to popular Chinese dishes. I wish I could fit more food into my belly because I want to try it all! Will be ordering again for sure.

We were visiting friends nearby and had to try here. The menu was huge with lots of choice and it was nice to see veganised old favourites. The food was tasty, seasoned well and we enjoyed everything we had. It would be nice to see some more vegetable based options on the menu as most dishes focus around mock meats, which we do enjoy but also like vegetable based dishes. I was slightly disappointed to see that egg fried rice made with actual egg was on the menu at a place which labels itself fully vegan? Overall very tasty and I would definitely have it again if in the area.

The most amazing vegan takeaway we’ve had. On holiday and found this place when we were in Peterborough. We had the Salt n Pepper Fish, Crispy Fried Duck, Special Chow Mein & Chicken Garlic Sauce. Take any non vegan here and they wouldn’t know the difference.

Delicious vegan food. Even the meat eaters love it. Salt and pepper chicken 10/10. The lady that works there is very lovely.

We’ve just had our third takeaway from here and it’s the BEST Chinese we have ever had. It was so tasty and the texture was just like meat, simply amazing. We will be regular customers from now on. Can’t recommend highly enough.

I have been here for years, this Chinese vegan food made me cry, because they are all my hometown flavour. Mapo Tofu, salty and sour tofu, Korea rice, fried pizza and vegan fish tofu are my favourite. I can't tell more how I love the food, my husband and I always book a lot takeaway every time.

Absolutely amazing find ... ordered online and picked up at the set time just as it was finished being packed. Huge menu selection, good size options and great tasting food, easily amongst the best I've ever tried.

The phone was answered by a kind and helpful woman, I ordered the Special Combo, Aromatic Duck and some Hot and Sour soup. The food was delicious, the drumsticks were gluten/seitan based, the prawns were downright inventive (a small amount of veg/mushroom, wrapped in what seemed like dumpling pastry, and tied into the shape of a prawn), the chicken was triangles of frozen-fried tofu. The aromatic duck looked like many layers of dumpling pastry fried to a crisp and was all about the texture (it worked very well in the wrappers with the hoisin, cucumber and onion) The hot and sour soup packed a punch, and the other sauces were generously spicy. I would highly recommend this take away.

Amazing vegan and vegetarian takeaway. We were so impressed with the quality of the fake meat dishes. We had the vegan black bean and green pepper lamb and vegan Malaysian rendang special. It was great value for money. Would definitely recommend and order from again!

Bad service. I am still waiting for the food after 2 hours. The restaurant said that they have only a driver for deliveries. Could not they employ other driver lol this is ridiculous

Visited this place as we wanted to try a new Chinese restaurant. The staff weren't bad and they were friendly overall. However, the food was very dry and bland. No sense of life in the food, and it was borderline tasteless. Was super disappointed with our experience and hopefully they will change something.

Worst we have ever had. Ordered king prawn fried rice and plain rice with exactly 6 prawns some peas in it with no spice or even pepper and salt. Biggest disappointing dish i have ever had. I would have given zero stars if i could. For that it was around 6 quid and the prawn toast was very hard. Never going order here again!!!

Ordered the Satay beef and Veg Udon noodles. The satay beef came with CUCUMBER in. Warm cucumber?! Seriously. And the veg udon had chunks of celery in, the size of my thumb. Everything was flavourless, the only acceptable items were the “gourmet Hor’s D’oeuvres”, which were certainly not gourmet. The satay chicken and sweet n sour rib came all smashed together in one wet tub, mixing the sauces and flavours into one. I’m extremely disappointed and will never be eating from “Top Chef” again.

The Beef Noodles are terrible. They were rubbery and there was barely any beef. The fried rice was so WHITE with only a few pieces of green peas, Extremely disappointing. First time buying from and DEFINITELY the last. The "noodles" were Spaghetti. Only giving two starts as the delivery person was friendly and on time.

Was recommended so thought would give a try , friendly staff, good service, piping hot freshly cooked food some dishes were not to bad but a couple were very bland and tasteless overall disappointed could of been a one off so might give another chance

Best Chinese cuisine in Peterborough.

Used to work for them 13 years ago, and they are as good as they were back then! Great quality food, great taste, great service!

RAW chicken curry!!! When complained they offered free replacement on next order. . . When took this up they said to get this I would have to pay 3.50 to get this delivered. Poor food and poor customer service.
