Food was good, although i would prefer more rice/noodle options. However was very disappointed by the service. Was served by a blonde woman who seemed utterly fed up and quite frankly pissed off at me. It was my first time eating here and I tried to ask for clarification about the menu etc to which she responded with short blunt answers, eye rolls and huffing. I get people have bad days, but i’m here to have lunch, not to have someone make me feel stupid.

Food was okay don’t get me wrong but the last few times I have gone to this place giving them the benefit of the doubt, the drinks taste like literal bleach…why????

Ordered the Beef teriyaki, expect they've recently changed it for 'no-beef' vegan meat substitute with no option to still have the beef teriyaki. Thought it'd try it as it's really the sauce that makes it anyway. It was disgusting, tasted like mush with an awful texture, or rather no texture. Idk how this could get past QC and is probably cost-cutting to save money on actual beef. Everything else is great but bring the beef teriyaki back.

Great food and affordable with excellent customer service . I don’t understand why people leave bad reviews instead they can call the manager if something makes them uncomfortable or ask for money back if you don’t like the food . Chopstix they use fresh products and it’s not a factory process food .

One of my favourite places to eat in Norwich for on the go food but was so disappointed when I ordered my usual today! Something is different with the caramel chicken, tasted so dry! 😢

Very good food. Had firy and sweet and sour chicken with meatless beef teriyaki and fried rice. All served quickly and all hot. Only issue was place was not clean but they probably had a lot of customers in a short time before I arrived. It was a Saturday night at 8 pm. I would return.

I have been lucky enough to eat at Chopstix a few times, ordering home delivery. The food has always arrived hot and everything is really great! I personally love the rice with BBQ chicken. It is delicious! You absolutely have to try it. The staff is friendly! Too bad they don't have them in Italy, it would be nice!

Great value great food Jolida was excellent

They left me waiting for 2.5 hours and then left my food on a main road outside a hotel and sent me an email saying where it was left, I asked for a refund and they said no swore down the phone and blcked mine and my wife's number from calling.

I came in here on the off chance because I was waiting for my friend who was shopping.. fabulous little place..I went in and was greeted by the loveliest Asian man who after I said was my first visit went through the motions with me..I got egg fried rice and noodles topped with some sweet chilli chicken..I got the small bit that was a lot of food..There is a nice big selection and it all looks amazing..food was absolutely delicious..I very reasonable £7 for a box of hot food would highly recommend

Shockingly bad..went along as it was raining so could not go to the market Loads queuing so assumed it would be nice It was beyond bad I never leave food But today I walked away Wife's vegetarian and it was hideous...katsu is meant to be crispy Not slimy My chicken selection all tasted the same I emailed the company but no reply In future go to the market even in the rain...zero stars.

My partner and I went to the city center today and ate Chopstick at Chantry Place, I was very disappointed with their service. A woman served us. She didn't ask us what we wanted or how many toppings we needed. She just waited there for us without giving us any good looks. She didn't say a word during the whole process. I personally think that this is not the service attitude you should have, or you are racially discriminatory. I hope you can give me a good solution!

Located inside Chantry place. On top floor next to KFC, Mc D. Reasonably priced, limited menu. Chicken dishes were good. Noodles was not my favourite though not bad either. Amble seating space available and well maintained. An affordable place to visit once in a while.
