My partner and I went to the city center today and ate Chopstick at Chantry Place, I was very disappointed with their service. A woman served us. She didn't ask us what we wanted or how many toppings we needed. She just waited there for us without giving us any good looks. She didn't say a word during the whole process. I personally think that this is not the service attitude you should have, or you are racially discriminatory. I hope you can give me a good solution!

Located inside Chantry place. On top floor next to KFC, Mc D. Reasonably priced, limited menu. Chicken dishes were good. Noodles was not my favourite though not bad either. Amble seating space available and well maintained. An affordable place to visit once in a while.

Food is great been coming here for years. However one member of staff told me I wasn’t allowed to have the curry sauce over my rice which is my usual, and I pay the extra as well as the 3 toppings. Very rude. Disappointed. Lost a customer today.

I’ve had chopsticks a few times as a kid and once had a takeaway through Uber eats. But I was in need of a quick bite to eat as I was shopping around Chapel field. I decided to try them again. Honestly I think it’s a bit on the expensive side for the quality. From Norwich Market, The taste of Shanghai do a large box for £7 which is a huge portion size and incredible quality! This cost me £9.58 from Chopstick for only a regular box, small side and small Pepsi max. The Pepsi max was actually amazing! The chicken had a sweet spicy sauce and very tender big bits of chicken. However the noodles were very soft and lacking in seasoning. The box is mainly just noodles with not many chicken pieces. The spring rolls were not very edible and just tasted of the crispy filo pastry. Overall very friendly and great service.

I have been going to visit chopsticks at chantry place for a few years now , I personally found all members of staff to be especially polite and friendly, even the chefs who I have seen deliver the food to the hot plates for serving.the environment is spotless and food cooked very well , with a whole range of menu and flavours to choose from ,considering the environment placement , along with delightful staff attitudes towards customers I say this is the best diner I have been to , this is in my opinion deserving of five star rating. Thank you with my appreciation 🙏
