The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Ordered a takeaway it was full of salt the owner said it was the chef fault and said he would see me right when i ordered next time the bill came up to £30 he only took of £8 pounds even though i had to throw away the previous takeaway!

I thought I’d treat myself to a Friday night Chinese…. I wish I’d checked TripAdvisor first. I ordered and paid at 7:00pm. The order was confirmed through the app snd then marked as complete an hour later. Fair enough I thought, it’s Friday and they’re busy. It’s now 10:30pm and the food hasn’t arrived. No updates, no contact from them at all. I didn’t eat, thinking it’ll be here any minute. Starving… and fuming! Avoid this shower like the plague. Worst takeaway experience ever

Ordered for the frst time from here last night do not recommend have been ill all night food wasn't very nice and had a funny taste what I did eat was enough to make me ill all night and morning. Avoid

Please Please Please do not buy any food from this restaurant I ordered food from them at 4:00 o'clock and it is now 6:00 o'clock and it hasn't arrived. The gentleman who answers the phone pretends as if he cannot hear you, but when you say you are going to callback non-stop then all of a sudden, he can hear. I will never do business with these people again disgusting! This is paramount to theft. Sometimes cheap is not always best.

Disgusting. The food is disgusting. There is no other way to put it. Avoid at all costs. Everything was bad. I can’t think of even one good word.

Blue ginger has been good in food and price and quality. However three out of 10 dishes we tried were awful: masala mogo, desi chicken and spicy veg hakka noodles. These three dishes were horrendous. When providing feedback the servers were extremely rude which was surprising as we have never experienced such behaviour before! They even forgot to bring one of the dishes ordered and had to remind them! Moreover when it came to payment the server took the bill and in anger crumpled it and went away, then I called the manager and or another senior server who said the max he can do is take masala mogo price off, when we said feedback was not about taking money off and I complained about the other servers behaviour he said he will pass the feedback. This was a horrible experience, horrible food, horrible service!!! Will not be going here! Avoid this place as average to poor food and abysmal service with disgusting service.

I didn't get good services, they swore at me when I asked what was inside and that food simply was not good, close down this shop, before you kill people with your poisonous food. I got scammed off my money, they still owe me my money

Various items missing from order so had to return with cold meal. Manager agreed to replace missing items but would not replace entire meal - offering instead to put my other dishes "back in the pan to warm them up." When I asked for a full refund he refused to talk to me and instructed his counter staff to tell me to Fxxx off. I secured my refund then enterred the kitchen via an open door to talk with him and explain the error of his ways........ and noticed that my returned meal was already being carefully unboxed!!! One to be avoided!

Appallingly slow service. Inaccurate time given for delivery. Order missing an item. First and last time using them. Don’t bother.

Als fried chicken is an absolute disgrace this is the second time this has happened the food was not eatable I wouldn't even give to a dog it was that shocking very rude no apology I would advise everyone not to order from here as they have no clue how to cook they a joke

Horrible servicio, tomó más de 4 horas para venir, llamó cada hora y me dijeron que estaría conmigo en 20 minutos, cuando llamé después de 4 horas me dijeron que serán otros 30 minutos. La comida era desagradable cuando llegó también. Después de toda esa espera lo tiramos a la basura. No volver a usarlos

Took 2hours for delivery even though on the website it said an hour!! Then they got part of the order wrong was so hungry I couldn’t be bothered to complain.
