Great food - first time trying it! Food left on every plate, not due distaste but due to the very generous portions! Extremely fast delivery by Reggie and our foot was steaming on hot and tasty on arrival. 10/10 would recommend.

Ordered at 18:30 told it would be delivered at 19:30 turns up at 20:15 stone cold. Disgusting pile of cold mush in the bin.

2 hours to deliver and cold when it arrived. I do not recommend this place at all. They gave me a 7 o'clock delivery time and it arrived at 7:45.

Ordered a takeaway 1hour forty mins later my wife rang up the see why we hadn’t had it delivered at the allocated time .. They hadn’t even started to cook it ! No communication at all do not order from this restaurant ! And no refund yet they will pay for this !

Nearly broke my tooth on a tiny bone hidden in the my shredded tiny bit of duck so that was great and literally less than a shot of the sauce 🤦‍♂️

Where to start... six months ago we used to enjoy getting Chinese from tiger Lilly but each time the food got greasier and the delivery time got later and later. On average 50mins but we had to wait 1 hour and 30mins twice! When I phoned to ask where my delivery was they responded “he’s down your road now” without even finding out who I was of where the order was going to. I LIE NOT! they even blamed the state of the traffic in lockdown as a result of the 1hour 30min wait for the food! What traffic during lockdown?... you just can’t write this! The young male was talking loudly to colleagues and slagging me, the customer, off for being impatient for my food when complaining I hadn’t received it 1hour 20mins ago! They haven’t got the common decency to apologise for their mistake. No refunds offered. Good got tougher, especially the chicken and is really greasy. Overcooked!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS... go to KimHing instead who are superb!!!! Rude and vial people! Food is really greasy!

Love the udon and the vermicelli so much! Other dishes are delicious too! Friendly staffs, attractive prices! Quite big portion!

When thes first opened it was excellent but there was confussion as to the chiefs and the front staff. They seemed to have sorted that now. Missing dishes was a bit strange at the time

We had a terrible meal from this place a few months back, which was unusual, but we decided to give it another try this week. I was so pleased we did. We ordered chicken hong kong style, e/f rice, chicken chop suey and the beef chow mein. The meal was delivered within the hour and was hot. The food was very tasteful and delicious and was the best chinese meal we've ever eaten - we were so pleased we revisited.

Took just over an hour and 10 minutes to arrive when we were told an hour. When on arrival I went to dish up the grub and found out two of the things I ordered weren’t what I ordered. My son who had a chow mein is allergic to onions and when I had specifically asked for no onions there were still some there. So we phoned up to complain and ask for a new one to be sent out, without an apology or anything on the phone they said they would send one out ASAP. 35 minutes later it finally arrives for the delivery driver to check our chow mein to make sure it was what we said it was.. at this point it was getting late for my son to eat as it was past his bed time and anyone who has kids knows that keeping them up past their bedtime is a nightmare. So yes it was a nightmare and not being able to eat until gone 8pm didn’t help, fair to say it was the first time this has happened from there but without a care from the owner it wasn’t great customer service and left us infuriated.

Food was delivered on time but it did take 1hr30. It was delivered hot and the sweet and sour chicken balls were still crispy and hot. However, the fried rice was quite tasteless. The beef with mushrooms was super salty and the roast pork and onions was ok.

great aura to uncontactable when trying to find out where order was. when food eventually arrived late it was hot however missing an item. contacted justeat who attempted to call alternative numbers and couldn’t contact the restaurant either. pretty poor service tonight and lateness seems to be becoming a regular thing at the moment from what is normally a great takeaway.

I’m really disappointed in this, we ordered at 5:18pm giving them plenty of time to get this delivered on time for 7:30 yet turned up at 8:15pm. The rice was cold and hard, the BBQ wings didn’t taste like BBQ. The chicken balls were in hard chewy batter. Noodles tasted okay but again were cold. I expect a refund on this order and I won’t be using them again to order chinese.

ordered at half 5, said they could deliver at 6.30 and then changed to 6.40.. which is fine. Then they were 20+ minutes late before I decided to ring up the shop. they said they haven’t even cooked the food yet and they would start it now.. this was at 7oclock?? husband decided to go and collect ourselves as we have a young daughter waiting for her dinner and 6 others that were round waiting for theirs too. food got here cold and although it was still nice; the customer service was absolutely appalling and a complete joke. would never order from there again now, what a let down! spend £50.00 and couldn’t even chuck in a free bag of prawn crackers? tight.

Mid week takeaway,ordered with plenty of time for collection(so no excuses for poor food quality). Food not fresh,disappointing look and taste, most dishes covered in onions. Dry rice and meat,overly salty. Won't be going back after declining quality over the years.

ordered 10 dishes, only one wrong, ordered a Szechwan sauce, unfortunately it was chicken with vegetables and mushrooms in bland sauce, shame as everything else was good!

Food as always very good have been using for many years. Shame delivery was over 30 minutes late. Called after app said delivered and told app is normally out of time and that food would be 5 minutes but took 15 minutes more. Was very close to canceling order, it turned up just as I was calling. Hopefully a one off.

Ordered a takeaway from here last weekend and the food was ok but nothing to write home about! The pot of sweet and sour sauce was vile!!! Also £1 charge for card payment and £1 delivery fee seems unnecessary as other takeaways don't charge anything for either facilities! I don't think we'll be ordering from here again.

I’m so angry at myself for ordering from here again! I remember they used to be amazing but after a couple of bad orders I vowed never to return. Fancied a Chinese this evening and this restaurant is unfortunately one of the few in Bedford so tried my luck (again). Wish I hadn’t, arrived 30 minutes late, an hour and half after ordering, it was cold, no apology or explanation from delivery driver and to be honest he was rude! The food is totally inedible, sour sauce had exploded in the bag and the prawn crackers were stale, awful! They always seem busy which may explain the wait but it doesn’t explain the quality of food as it won’t be long and I doubt you will be getting many orders.

order all the time from here but management don't even give long serving customers free prawn cracker as a gesture of continued use. thats the only downside however. some delivery times get missed but food has always been decent

Have visited Oriental Fusion on several occasions to collect takeaway meals. The ordering process is simple and the only drawback is the 50p credit/debit card charge. The food is hot and well cooked and I will be back again.

I love this place, ordered from here plenty of times. One thing I will mention is that they don't deliver the food in a great way. For example, before delivering please make sure the curry sauce pot lid is on properly. Curry sauce everywhere!

We ordered a meal from here after seeing lots of recommendations from local residents. We were so disappointed in the food, I was really intrigued by the Malaysian dishes which we ordered along with the usual suspects ( beef in black bean sauce, chow main) but all the dishes lacked in flavour and I was dubious at the quality and freshness of the ingredients. The chicken satay in particular was inedible, the chicken was over cooked and stringy. What a waste of money - your better off getting a Chinese meal deal from one of the supermarkets.

We ordered Thai food through hungry house. It arrived on time-one plus! But it went sliding downhill from there. The Thai fish cakes were worse than pure rubber and the Thai curries were liitle more than a watery slop. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Basil

Ordered 1/4 duck and didnt get the pancakes to fg owith it so ruined the meal. Could havephoned but wasnt prepared to wait another 40 mins and my food get cold. Prob wont use again
