Delicious salt and pepper box. Will be ordering an extra portion of spare ribs next time too as they were delicious… Would recommend.

I ordered a £25 meal from a decent looking large menu. I selected for it to come ‘with Utensils’ as I did not have any and the hotel bar was closed by this time. I collected the food off the driver (who was nice) but when I got back to my room there were no utensils and none in my hotel room. The bottle of coke was advertised as 1.5L but turned up lukewarm and as a 1.25L bottle. I called the takeaway around 2 mins after the delivery only to be told that it was my fault as I hadn't written a note saying to add cutely. When I told him I’d selected the option he said they don’t look at that screen… seems like a sure way to create needless issues when he could check the screen! I asked what he could do and he said for the driver to come back it would be an extra £2 as I didn’t write it on the delivery comments - again, blaming the customer who has followed the process with the issue rather than being honest and saying ‘I just want to go home, apologies’. Don’t bother, rude unhelpful staff (the delivery driver was nice) who didn’t care less about their error, it gives me every reason to suspect that this will happen again.

We got the set meal for two. Aggregate cost £25 with delivery. The beef in Oyster sauce smells and tastes of incontinent old lady wee. The verisimilitude is so exact, and effect so pungent, I suspect they never start from scratch, just have a pot constantly boiling, and occasionally add bits of cow gristle to it for service. The sweet and sour chicken would be nicer, except I think the dogs got all the good bits of the chicken. Quite surprised I didn’t get beak. The satay sticks and prawn toast were ok. And we haven’t gotten sick yet. But honestly, that beef will live in my memory for a long time to come. This takeaway doesn’t need a star rating. It needs a scar rating! And I never normally leave reviews…

Over a hour late and cold when arrived. Didn't update that it would be late until I texted them as phone number does not connect due to wrong number.

Simply the best Chinese takeaway I’ve ever had. Great portion sizes and full of flavour.

Food was a little cold, unusual as usual it's bang on from here. We still enjoyed it though.

Food was good, but it is not authentic chinese. Food is britished ? ( may be changed to make more palatable to western people) Nothing wrong with Food, it was plenty and tasty. Just it is not "chinsese" ...

The time slot was moved but I was informed, only waited another ten minutes and it was valentines. All in all a good meal

On a night away in the lakes and was let down by our restaurant so ordered a takeaway to the hotel - absolutely beautiful, lovely food! Nicer than our local Chinese back home.

Late night last minute order. Chicken balls were fabulous. You need to work on the beef, green pepper and black bean but it was acceptable you’ve been better in the past. I recommend this restaurant when it’s late and they are less busy as their food is always much better then.

While the food tasted ok, the cuts of chicken inside the curry were too big and inside the pieces of chicken were pink which is disappointing.

Food was absolutely shocking, everything was cold and soggy, the salt n pepper munch box was 90% chips. Tried to phone up to complain and was hung up on. Shambolic to say the least

The chilli shredded chicken is gorgeous but if i order another meal that has chicken in it. its just not chicken its slimy wet disgusting. It were that bad i nearly had it tested to find out what it was but just threw it in the dustbin.

We bought five different options mixed veg king prawns with noodles,chicken chow mein,cashew chicken,beef in peking sauce and won ton soup personally as we were trying some of these for The first time we didnt particularly like The consistency of The cashew chicken but The rest was good The food came 32 minutes early and it was a large amount of food we highly recommend The chow mein chicken and beef in peking sauce.would definetly order again

I will not use this (my usual) chinese takeaway again. Such a shame they can't get decent drivers . The guy threw my order up my drive and didn't even ring the bell. I'm sure there is better deliverers in barrow. Sorry to lose this great restaurant

Food was lovely, but an hour late I got notification it was on way at 9.02, at 930 I requested an update and was told it was busy and to expect at 950. I do not understand why I was told it was on the way.

The food was prepared beautifully and tasted very good. As always there was plenty in the cartons. Will always buy my takeaway from here.

Food never turned up. Placed the order just after 9pm and expected 22.15/22:35. And nothing someone accepted it on their side and said it arrived. But nothing received at all. Terrible to take money from someone and not even get the food to them. Blatant thievery!

Had text messages saying meal was on the way, eventually arrived 35 minutes late, with the driver saying he had only just been given the meal. Food was Luke warm, and complaint ignored.

I didn't mind it being a little late but I got a "driver on his way" message 25 minutes before that, which was a bit silly.

Got the salt and pepper munchie box. The ‘chicken’ was definitely not chicken, and was not cooked through properly with pink bits still visible. The food was awful and did not look like proper food, do not eat here

The delivery estimate time was over one and a quarter hours but it was nearly two hours before I received it. When I did get it it was just warm and not very nice. This is the first time it has been like this from here but it has put me off ordering again.

Don't know what it was but it wasn't Chicken!!! And it wasn't cooked in the middle!! Disgusting!!!

Last time I order from here. Spare ribs were like pigs trotters, salt n pepper box was crispy overcooked charcoal, usually nice from this place but this was dustbin fodder. Never again

Food was absolutely terrible, ordered a beef curry and it was bland and I've no idea what meat it was but it wasnt beef, ordered the mixed hodourves, the seaweed always came in a normal tub, today it was a literal spoonful in a sauce pot, chips were disgusting and hard, ribs were small pieces of ribs, shocking, wont order again

I ordered a salt an pepper munchy box, i had one request and that was for a bit more shredded chicken instead of the beef as i detest beef usually they do this, but instead my meal turned up was 90% chips 1 chicken ball instead of usual 3, 1 chicken wing and 1 rib instead of usual 2 each, and TWO pieces of shredded chicken and all the rest shredded beef which above i requested differently, i feel as though i wasted money

Thai food should not be gelatinous mass of sugar.

Food was pretty good actually, not bad at all. But delivery was late, not too late but what annoyed me was the driver lied to me by telling me he tried to call me but couldn't get through. He didn't, all missed calls are logged even if my phone was switched off No calls were made by the driver. I hate being lied to. Just be honest!

Ordered chicken satay but had pineapple in, never heard of that before in a satay, couldn't eat it

Ordered chicken chow mein with no veg. I got plain noodles with some dry chicken chucked in, no flavour no sauce just plain noodles which are £4 for the price of chow mein! It was also cold... awful will never order again.

Ordered before 7pm didn't arrive until 20.50 pm. Food is good from here but today cold and very late
