I really enjoyed the shrimp vermicelli noodles and really appreciate the detail of sending me a little fortune cookie. These little things make the difference. Thank you very much! I will be ordering soon again.

When I phoned to the find out what where my order was. I was told it had been delivered; before the phone was hung up on me. I left home to go to the restaurant and saw the food that I had ordered had been left in a bag on a communal staircase in my block of flats. I picked it up and travelled to the restaurant and returned it to them for a refund.

We order few different items to try as it was our 1st time ordering from this restaurant. Over all everything was fine but the chips felt a bit uncooked... so bit disappoint with that... !!!

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered 2 dishes, 2 rice, soup. Waited 70 minutes when told 35 minutes. Everything came completely COLD including rice and sauce started to harden. COLD CHINESE IS AWFUL. STAY AWAY!!!! Worst place ever so disappointed

Food was a little cold. Beef with mushroom contains so much garlic it was quite inedible.

Honestly I am shocked to see how many bad reviews are here while the food was nice and fresh when I had it. I have super sensitive stomach so if something wasn’t fresh I’d know straight away. We’ve had tofu and vegetable stir fry and vegetable curry, both were nice and inexpensive.

The fish was slimy and the chicken in the chop suey was chewy so I left the chicken. The egg fried rice had no flavour too. Won’t be ordering again sadly.

Food was good and came within allotted time (about 40 mins). Had the chicken chow mein, egg fried rice and Kung po chicken. All three were nice and I got a decent amount!

Food delivery was speedy. Chips were ruined as put under an omelette so ended up being wet, soggy and soft. Omelette was 2 eggs max, could have been a bigger portion. Egg fried rice contained basically zero egg maybe a thumb size piece in total. Food was nice but unlikely to return given portion/quality. Delivery driver was polite.

The taste of the vermicelli was awful. Bought too different ones and they were just as bad.

Food is usually quite good from this restaurant, but the pork chop suey on my last order was so disappointing! The pork was so dry & chewy & the sauce extremely 'sugary' & watery that i had to bin it.

The food was disgusting and I wouldn't give it to my dog! This establishment should not be allowed to serve food. The honey ribs looked grey and smelt old. Other dishes were too spicy and greasy.

Another great delivery. Quite possibly the best Chinese takeaway I had in 5 years leaving in NW2.

A little disappointed. The special fried rice and chicken vermicelli was ok but the chicken and cashew nuts had no cashew nuts, the crispy chilli beef wasn’t really crispy and was fairly bland and the beef chow mein was a case of find the beef. The chicken balls were good but overall not too impressed.

Order was super quick but food was meh

Unfortunately..the delivery driver seems to think it's ok to bang a window even when a sign says please use the door. Unacceptable as he restaurant won't cover the window if he breaks it. This let down, is not cool.

First time ordering from this restaurant and I think will be the last. Wasn't impressed with the quality of the fried rice and the food on arrival was luke warm. The prawn balls also was too doughy and not fried enough for my liking. Mediocre all round.

We order from Blue Orchid every time we want a Chinese, it is our favourite. Sometimes we fancy a Chinese, and if Blue Orchid is not available, we decide on a completely different cuisine, because no other Chinese takeaway’s compare.

Food was tasty and hot and good portions. Came early too which was a bonus.

1st time trying food from The Blue Orchid, I enjoyed the Chicken soft Noodles & The barbecue Spare Ribs, but not keen on the Wontons as expected it to be filled with prawns etc instead of what looked and tasted like sausagemeat or the like. The food was piping hot and apart from "Wontons" tasted very nice. Still debating if I will try them again. 🙂

This restaurant is Banging / authentic and the food in clean and fresh. You'd be nuts to go somewhere else. Don't think it's expensive you get more than what you pay for in taste. Love it.

I often order from here and love the food but unfortunately they did not read my message as I asked for no pork in the mixed meat dish. Otherwise tasty Chinese food .

Not very taste a d very poor in vegetables

This was a new experience - a Szechuan dish with no sign of spice at all! Its meant to be a very spicy dish so disappointed! Also the beef was stringy and of poor quality. Only reason for any stars is cos the rice and pineapple fritters were quite tasty; not enough to make up for the main course though....
