Various items missing from order so had to return with cold meal. Manager agreed to replace missing items but would not replace entire meal - offering instead to put my other dishes "back in the pan to warm them up." When I asked for a full refund he refused to talk to me and instructed his counter staff to tell me to Fxxx off. I secured my refund then enterred the kitchen via an open door to talk with him and explain the error of his ways........ and noticed that my returned meal was already being carefully unboxed!!! One to be avoided!

Pedí comida a las 20:35 y me dijeron que la comida sería de 40 a 45 minutos a las 9:50. Decidí sonar y me dijeron que estaba a 5 minutos. A las 22: 10 (20 minutos después) fue entregado. El repartidor fue muy educado, pero la comida estaba fría. ¡Pagué 16 por la comida fría de piedra que no pude calentar después de esperar casi 2 horas! ! No me impresionó

The egg fried rice was still hard uncooked. The chips looled and tasted lìke they had been cooked at an earlier time and then microwaved to reheat. Plus everythin was cold. I did call the shop to complaim and the woman that answered wasnt interested. Won't eat from here again. Complete waste of time and money.

I am very disappointed with the quality of food received this evening - the salt and chilli squid dish was over cooked and very dry. There was hardly any squid within the batter. This was not up to the high standard that we have previously experienced. The delivery time overall was given to us an hour and 10 minutes after we placed the order - in previous orders it has never taken longer than 45 minutes. At 21.50 I had a notification on my phone that it had been delivered but it was no where to be seen until 10 minutes later when the driver finally called me - I think the driver may have been outside talking to someone for that time, meaning the delivery was late and not very warm! I am very disappointed with the overall quality and service and will not be ordering from this company again. A shame as this used to be a favourite Chinese takeaway!

Ordered over ten pound did not receive the. Free prawn crackers. What is showing on line and the egg fried rice was cold to emailed the shop. And still have not got a reply NOT HAPPY

ordered chicken in kung po chicken that was supposed to be deep fried but wasn't and the chicken didn't taste nice so I didn't touch any more of it. One of the chicken balls weren't cooked properly. food was hot though and smelt amazing.

had a very sceptical mother who will only usually order from 1 specific Chinese because she has tried other places and not enjoyed it. She ate the lot and has said she would order from you again... food arrived around the time you said it would, your pineapple fritters were lovely though they were smaller then what we would usually have but the food overall was good and we were given prawn crackers despite being just short of the £10 spend... over all we were impressed and would order from you again!

Food is shocking the sauce is vile and don't know what type of beef they tried to give me. Chips was soggy and I highly recommend you not wasting your time with this place.

Decent cooking, very good value, and unbelievably fast: 15 mins!!! OK, a quiet evening and exceptional, but I'm staggered that it's even possible. Well done! The Thai red curry delicious and had good helping of tasty veg too.

The quality of the food was really poor and I barely ate it. The order time was put back 20 minutes but was delivered nearly an hour early. I didn't get my drink - but the driver did come back with it.

I had the duck pancakes which were lovely. My husband had the chicken curry but the chicken didn't look cooked so left the meat out and ate the rice and sauce. (It's not the first time he was a bit unsure about the chicken so wouldn't order it again). Everything else and all the other times the food is lovely.

Food was 30 minutes late. Ordered duck that came without hoisin sauce so had to eat them dry. Chilli chicken wasn't spicy just tasted like sweet and sour. Order also came with a portion of over fried chicken wings that we didn't order. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered tofu in satay source for a vegetarian and a chicken curry for someone else. They didn't label the lids and the chicken ended up being in satay sauce and the tofu in the curry so the vegetarian nearly ended up with chicken...two meals ruined. The rest of the food was okay.

Awful experience with this takeaway took over an hour and a half for delivery and when it did turn up it was only just warm and no curry sauce on 2 of the meals, phoned restaurant and all she had to say was oh sorry chef must of only put a tiny bit of sauce on. No attempt to make things right so won't be ordering from here again

Always order from her and always been very good but we ordered in advance for the takeaway to arrive at 8.35 as we had friends coming for new year at that time. The takeaway arrived over an hour early meaning that we then had to reheat everything making it a bit soggy/dry and taking the ease out of ordering a take away.

Another item ticked off the menu...love but arrived warm rather than piping hot.

Food was tasty. Really loved the sweet and spicy ribs. Took about an hour for delivery but it was Friday night so to be expected.
