I used to order from here regularly but recently you have gone downhill. Why are your wet mains so dry??? We even ask for the noodles to be extra saucy and even then you disappoint. Even kids noodles, no sauce??? Come on fix up

Amazing customer service and good

Had a great experience at Oodles.The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot, exactly what you’d want from a good meal out. The staff were super friendly and attentive, which made the visit even better. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place with both great food and great service.

I ordered children's food and then I was shocked by a strange food: noodles with nothing in the box, no sauce or anything, for five pounds. Then I went to the shop and they said that the children's order should be like this. This shop is very poor food 😕 😐

Everytime it’s better than before.

I’ve been a regular customer with Oodles for nearly three years. Twice I’ve had terrible experiences with their food which I called in about it somehow the customers at fault when they cook it. Riddle me that one. First incident I took sick. yesterday mine and my husbands food was full of lemon yet dry (when one comes with sauce) and the caramel chicken had no flavour whatsoever even the chicken was chewy I could of ate a steak quicker tried swallowing it and my life nearly ended. They say we can cook you some more but what’s the point when the first time I’ve paid for it the foods shocking. I will never eat from here again. This shop has had the biggest down fall ever and it used to be one of our favourite places to munch from we’d even have it 2/3 times a day (no joke) but my health and being alive is more important imo. Never ever complained once now twice I’ve had too.

Unfortunately I ordered the food and just watched on camera my food been delivered in an other place. The restaurant won’t refund my money . Spoke to the restaurant didn’t refund my money and no food.

I think a hurricane or some natural disaster struck this place, as I ordered a scheduled delivery 5 hours in advance, and am still waiting, with an ETA of over an hour late!!! They've also forgot to pay their phone bill or flung the phone off the hook, as it rings once and goes dead. Update: food arrived almost 2 hours late and was whack!

3hr to deliver a small order appalling customer service, even turned their phones of so you couldn't contact them, if you cant handle many order then dont accept them!

Ordered at a busy time during Ramadan but still took 1 hour 45 mins

Delivery driver was over an hour late, when I called the restaurant they said he only just arrived and lied to them about it. It was a Just Easy delivery driver.

Ordered food from here for iftaar. Excellent customer service and food tasted amazing.

Placed order for collection, ordered two large boxes. One box: crispy veg, black bean chicken, veg noodles and egg fried rice. Hardly any chicken or veg, just loads of noodles which were bland! The second large box/ : Manchurian chicken, crispy prawns, veg noodles and spicy chips. Again hardly any chicken, two prawns, box was 3/4 noodles, flavorless! Disappointed as this is not a local branch to me, I travel far as usually the food here is amazing in comparison to the ladypool road! Also ordered for collection, told me it’ll be 15 mins, went into store and it was not ready, waited another 20 mins! So total of 35 mins when I placed an order over the phone. it was managed awful

Ate at various different branches before Ordered a combination of udun noodles, spicy chips, chilli fish, wok stir beef and some chicken Banging as always 💯

Probably one of the best oodles in brum, would highly recommend to anyone looking for some nice food whether your local or not

The food taste was nothing like the listed flavours. The Malaysian spice with 2 chilli’s on the menu tasted sweet. All the chicken tasted stale and old. I paid extra for prawns and the item came with 2 prawns which I believe to be ridiculous. Not worth the price and the cheese cake was frozen and tiny it was a complete rip off. Won’t be returning.

driver was great. He delivered the food in a timely manner despite being involved in a car accident• This is a testament to his great character and him taking pride in his work and job.

Grabbed a quick takeaway lunch from here & it was spot on! The house special wings were absolutely delicious, the kung pow chicken definitely had a kick as described but if you pair it with the milder sides than the heat is bearable & eatable & even enjoyable😉 😋 Quick efficient service & they accept card payments. Portions sizes are reasonable & you most definitely get your moneys worth, overall a happy customer x

The dumblings are bad. They add some indian sauce to the meat which makes the taste worst. It's not traditional at all. But this is only halal option and I regret buying it. It doesn't taste like dumblings at all. More like samosa

Some of the new items are not as good as the other, namely the BBQ and Salt & Pepper wings are nowhere near as good as the normal Wok wings. Additionally, the Halloumi sticks are delicious but the portion size is tiny for the price.

Delivery time got changed multiple times. Then when looking into canceling they still expected to be paid

went to this place to pick up some noodles for my daughter, so i ordered vegetable noodles with chillie garlic chicken with crispy prawns which was charged at a extra price. the total was £ 12 etc . i have never ever had anything as tasteless like this my whole life , my daughter has actually said don’t eat this , just bin it . the noodles were not boiled properly, the 2 tempura prawns wasn’t fresh or tasted good , the chicken was hard . i will never ever go to this place again neither will recommend to anyone. if you’re charging people atleast pay attention to your quality and taste .

Have come here every week for the past month, very good food and excellent value.

They gave me fried prawns instead of veg spring rolls. They did offer me to go in and pick up the veg spring rolls and that they would compensate me with 10 instead of 5. Personally the meal that I ordered was OK. I ordered udon noodles with chicken and fried prawns and egg fried rice. The rice was a little hard lacked flavour.

I didn't actually receive the food, the driver was unprofessional & didn't deliver it to me. When I phoned the company the gentleman didn't seem that concerned or apologetic at all, another meal wasn't offered I was just told to contact Just Eat.
