Food was good but it was a little cold & some part of the order was missing.

hard chewy chicken and soggy chips. arrived late as well.

The food was nice and the orange chicken I tried for the first time I didn’t like it it was a bit sweet don’t keep it on the menu

Food was ok. As compared to price portion were very small.

Have come here every week for the past month, very good food and excellent value.

They gave me fried prawns instead of veg spring rolls. They did offer me to go in and pick up the veg spring rolls and that they would compensate me with 10 instead of 5. Personally the meal that I ordered was OK. I ordered udon noodles with chicken and fried prawns and egg fried rice. The rice was a little hard lacked flavour.

Am keep ordering from this place the only food I like 👌🙏

Uncomplete order , no BOGOF deal even after I called to confirm if BOGOF deal was still on. Shop refused to complete my order. Refund requested. Unhappy with Oodles they are so unhelpful.

I didn't actually receive the food, the driver was unprofessional & didn't deliver it to me. When I phoned the company the gentleman didn't seem that concerned or apologetic at all, another meal wasn't offered I was just told to contact Just Eat.

Unfortunately my order did not turn up, I don't fault the restaurant because this is the first time this has ever happened. I still give Oodles Chinese 5 stars. Will get my refund and order again lol.

I did not receive my order. How was my delivery able to get stolen when I didn’t give them my order code. He went to another location after I was waiting outside my guiding for 10 minutes and he never arrived.

Ordered through Uber eats. The food arrived very cold but I’m aware this may be a delivery issue but the main issue was the food was tasteless except for the over whelming spice in the large container apart from that nothing had any flavour at all.

Tempura prawns are bought in (frozen). The portion size was smaller than expected and balance of contents were unbalanced. I paid for cod and barely got much. There were literally 10 chips on top in a large box. Paid for ice cream. Wasn't included.

Meant to be a Chinese restaurant, no Chinese vibe. food okay but not tasty, no effort is put into cooking food nowadays. Customer Service is very poor.

Brought from here before. Food had always been really good. Service is good too. Which it was on this latest visit too. Went to pick up a 'too good to go' deal. It wasn't the same standard we were used to. Rice was soggy. Too much sauce , or seemed too much because the rice was soggy. The container wasn't full as they usually are. The sesame chicken pieces on the top were very good though. Maybe because it was a 'too good to go' deal, maybe.

Just finished my meal and I am writing this as a very satisfied customer. Atmosphere is very relaxed and is an oasis of calm after stepping in from the hustle and bustle that is Alum Rock Road. I can't fault the customer service which was on point and considering that they were busy and near to closing time is a testament to the business. The food is fantastic. If you ever have a craving for Chinese then you won't be disappointed. It's been a while since I really enjoyed a take out meal. Highly recommended.

food was OK, chips were cold. Really small portion sizes. Ordered large box, £15 and was just about enough for 1 person. box had only 4 small peices of chicken in it for the whole "large portion"

Hi my order on the day was incorrect as I was given somebody else order so I rang the shop they told me I would get a full refund back and it will be in my credits but as I’ve checked it’s showing nil. Unless I’m looking in the wrong place.

Beautiful place on Alum Rock Rd to grab some halal chinese food. Whenever I order, food quality is always brilliant. Very decent portions. Prices are reasonable for the portion given. There's plenty of seating inside aswell. The staff are very nice.

Nasty food and customer service ever I had! I will recommend no one should go there , I ordered not spicy… they served me something so spicy… I couldn’t eat two bites , I complained the waiter goes this is how we do ! Such a shame .

Had some amazing experiences here and nearly go every week. We found several hairs in our food today. We phoned the shop and they told us to come back. A little disappointed everyone needs hygiene training. ( not just small hairs long ones aswell)

Wow food was amazing and you could tell was cooked fresh and the customer service was on point they were very friendly and they were patient with us.The seating was also brilliant being a nice and warm atmosphere. Oodles Chinese is a place you must go to.
