Yum Sing, Shepherd's Bush in Hammersmith and Fulham

Please Please Please do not buy any food from this restaurant I ordered food from them at 4:00 o'clock and it is now 6:00 o'clock and it hasn't arrived. The gentleman who answers the phone pretends as if he cannot hear you, but when you say you are going to callback non-stop then all of a sudden, he can hear. I will never do business with these people again disgusting! This is paramount to theft. Sometimes cheap is not always best.

The sauce was lovely but I ordered Kung po prawns (my usual) and they were served as deep fried prawns in a spicy sauce which I have never seen before (I try to stay away from fried foods) so I wouldn't have ordered it had I have known.

The ribs tasted off; the sweet and sour sauce was more like sweet and sour water and the rice was overcooked and soggy. Won't be ordering from here again

Business is business but I belive the meaning of life is sharing your knowledge. Yum Sing, you need to share your secret of getting it right everytime with the rest! Great flavours, good portion sizes, our pay day treat!! Tried Thai Stir-Fried Chicken Tom Yum Sauce for the first time, definitely a new regular on the menu for us, it was delicious!! But please get Just Eat to update your menu with Black Bean Sauce Tub option.

Food was all wrong, I rang to fix and they sent out again which was also all wrong. They said I could get a refund and they would send a free meal another time. I went to claim this free meal and they said it was not possible anymore. Rude

Usually food is great here but this time it all was a bit dry.

We had to phone the restaurant three times to find out what had happened to our food. When it did turn up it was cold and ineadable. We have asked for a full refund on the order.

My food arrived 1 hour 10 mins late and when it did arrive I was missing some of my food I ordered. When I asked for a refund on my missing food items I was told it's because the venue was to busy then normal, so no refund sorry. So if you do order any food from here please check it before the delivery driver walks away or just go and pick it up yourself.

last order wasn't even coocked I order the food as I can't cook and no fork anything ! I mean If somebody order delivery food is coz can't cook at list for me !

We always try to be as fair as possible when we leave reviews, with that in mind the gentleman spoken to on the phone was courteous and apologised and the delivery lad was polite. However, tonight's order was most certainly not of the standard we have come to expect from Yum Sing. Our order was 45 minutes late so therefore cold and we ordered prawn balls and received chicken. Food and service has upto now been exceptional from Yum Sing, tonight's order, to be honest, was rubbish. Shame.

Parts of order were missing, and when I called they said they didn’t have an order from me, despite having just delivered some of it?

This was my first time ordering from here and I was really pleased .The food came hot and the portion are good for the prices😊

Food late & cold, peking duck chopped veg in minute quantities. Standards very much slipping. Not sure I'll order from them again, despite the earned Stamps.

It was ok. A bit tasteless and full of salt. But not bad. Most likely won't order again and try my luck elsewhere.

I hd many curries before, unfortunately this one was not that good. Would not order curry from here again.

Food arrived over 2 hours after we ordered it ! Called the restaurant, who were really apologetic, but told us it was on its way and would be another 10-15 minutes, which meant it had been ready for 40 minutes. The whole order was cold when we received it and we had to spend another 15 minutes reheating it. At least the food was nice! Such a shame the delivery and communication were terrible as it completely ruined our appetite. If delivery hadn’t been an issue it would have been a really lovely meal.

The driver refused to bring the food to the door, and was very rude

Oh my goodness. Amazing food. Sadly my order was missing shanghai dumplings that I ordered but the quality of food was amazing. I came to london for a holiday I live 4 hours away and have eaten many Chinese meals from all over Britain but this is one of the best I've tasted. Brilliant service quick delivery and pleasant staff. Thank you!

Appalled and shocked by the service. I ordered just after 7, food arrived about 9.30. I have a gastro issue and have a strict medication regime and don't eat past 9 as I have meds at 9PM and 9AM. So food arrived and I couldn't eat it. I grabbed a couple of mouth fills of Apple so I I wasn't taking meds on an empty tummy. Co tacted customer "support" and got no real help at all. Just some ignorant fool who said "I understand how frustrating this is and I understand your religious views". It's NOTHING to do with religion. So ignorant. If the restaurant couldn't deliver in good time they shouldn't have taken on the order. And the idiot on customer service should be sacked. I will say the driver was very polite but tbh, that means nothing when I've waited so long. I did look at the noodles to check the order was correct and it had bean sprouts in which I can't eat anyway. I asked for no bean sprouts so the 1 star is justified even though I didn't eat it.

Excellent as usual, if you're reading this considering an order, you just won't find better elsewhere.

Select your desire, pay at the counter, a short while longer, hi and bye to the driver - spread your grub and devour!

Food always arrives hot, considering the distance! A tad earlier than advised. Highly recommended, my favourite Chinese take away in London. Would be great if you could sell extra black bean sauce though ;)

The red curry was too spicy and not edible

18.50 for six pancakes for "half crispy duck" is a ripoff. Other than that the food was delicious and arrived on time

Overall very nice and tasty food. The food arrived not too warm. I did go with a new dish Thai Stir-Fried Tom Yum Sauce, with King Prawns and I didn't like the taste of it. So it just not the right choice but there was many prawns there. Very nice driver too.

First time I’ve used this restaurant. It was a Really lovely Chinese. Tasty, plenty of it and very fresh. Will definitely use again.

My Hubby considers himself a connoisseur of the Chinese spare rib and was reluctant to try them from Yum Sing as he didn't want to make any negative comments towards a Chinese that up to now we have both loved. Everything else we had this evening we've had before and as usual was outstanding, onto the ribs; the sauce was exactly like the gravy Hubby used to get with his chips n gravy back in the 80's after he left his regular club, he got all nostalgic remembering some great times. The ribs were meaty and that meat fell off the bones and was tender and tasty, a big thumbs up from us. Once again superb food!

Stir-fried tofu was awful, no flavour, no sauce and lukewarm. Egg fried rice was fine. Spring rolls were average. Would not order from here again.

We absolutely love this place! The food is without question the best Chinese food we've eaten from anywhere and as far as we're concerned, there is no competition. Perfect, just perfect. I very much doubt that you could find a better Chinese than Yum Sing. The prawn crackers were awesome, thank you, and the little message on the bag really brought a smile to our faces. Great food. First time trying this restaurant and will order again

Food was highly exceptional! The siomai was the best! Albeit the soy sauce one was extremely salty and it tasted better with the sauce for the spring rolls. The rice was lovely. I would definitely order here again in a heartbeat.

We cannot praise this Chinese highly enough, food is exceptional and was delivered faster than the chippy literally around the corner. When can we move in?

We've eaten a fair few Chinese meals over the years, both my partner and I agree this is easily the best we've had so far. The food is truly outstanding, delicious and plentiful, service and speed of delivery all brilliant. Shout out to the delivery guy who was extremely pleasant. Terrible packaging. Bag fell apart

We have really struggled to find a decent Chinese after our regular go to changed hands resulting in massive drop in quality. Some Chinese's get some things right and other things wrong and some are way overpriced with the food you receive. To find a Chinese that strikes a balance with quality, price and delivery is really difficult and we have struggled to find somewhere we really like. So, Yum Sing, our verdict: Being quite far from us we thought that quality may suffer but all of our food was piping hot, very tasty, plentiful (the amount of duck in the black bean was outstanding as was the chicken in the sweet and sour) and we thoroughly enjoyed everything, a lot! Service and delivery was well on point (we were concerned that we were going to be waiting a long time). Although I was still sitting here waiting for the 'On its way' notification when the doorbell went. Overall an outstanding meal, well packed and presented, worth every penny and delivered in a timely manner. Let's hope this is not just a one off and the quality and service is consistent. Expect more orders from us. A well deserved 6 stars! Thank you.

The noodles is very salty. The special fried rice has only fried rice but zero chicken or prawn. The most ridiculous of all is there are many sand in the rice. That’s the worst Chinese takeaway we have tried, and most of the dishes go directly to bin.

Excellent value; the portions are very generous for the money (I especially enjoyed the stir fried duck in Malaysian sauce - a surprisingly large portion of duck, with a few veg in a Malay curry sauce).

Delivery was unbelievably early literally ordered and it came 10 minutes later, Food was great only issue I had was the salt and chilli chicken was so salty and it had a watery liquid at the bottom which made the chicken soggy we couldn’t eat it but the rest of the food was lovely and the chips were so fresh will order again!

The food was absolutely disgusting. The ribs were old and very hard to chew, the singapore rice noodles were old and all cut, it was not noodles, it looked like noodle the size of rice. Absolutely will never order from here again. You just lost a customer.

the ice cream was missing from my order, called the restaurant, the girl who answered said to send it out again i have to pay for another delivery, told her to just refund me, i will not pay for another delivery when its restaurant fault. Then the manager called back and promised to send the ice cream straight away. But I never got it. asked for refund on line, never got it. and never heard from them. very poor customer service. for the prices they charge not good quality food or service. Then charging 0.50 service charge for take away!!. I have had much nicer food and service from cheaper restaurants. will never order again.

Food was really tasty! Good value for money as there was lots of meat for the price. My only downside was that my crispy beef was a little too vinegary. But highly recommend this place 👌🏼

The food are quite blend in terms of taste especially the ho fan, the seafood ate literally non existence, it's only fish ball and 1 small prawn. Complete disappointment compare to previous orders.

Noodles were really tasty. Wish the syrup for the apple fritters was in a separate container as they were super soft and drowning in too much syrup. Will order again, just not the apple fritters. The toffee apple is much nicer.

It’s not a first time I ordered Thai green and Thai red curry from the restaurant. Today I wasn’t happy at all. It was very sweet and didn’t taste coconut milk. I think instead condensed milk was added.
