Have been here a couple of times now and it's great. The choices are good, and the prices are reasonable.

If I could rate it 6/5 stars, I would! The best hot pot I ve had. The food is incredible, and Fen was the most helpful waitress. She s given me the best tip on how to mix the ingredient to get the most tasty dipping sauce and she recommended great sides for hot pot ☺️☺️☺️

2nd time visiting this place, and its always busy during the dinner service. We are greeted straight away upon entering so thats 👌, gave us menu on our first time but today 2nd visit we had to ask for a menu even borrowed one from a guest after they finished ordering as we we're only given one. Food was great, portion is big, great for sharing among friends and family for the price. (This restaurant does hot pot too,but me and my partner always end up getting from there ala carte menu) The ambiance of the restaurant is good a typical chinesse restaurant. It's more like an eat and run kind of ambiance if I must say.

Excellent Sichuan food, full of flavours. It was filled with people of Chinese origin speaking mandarin with the waitress, which is a great sign! The only thing we didn’t like was that the bathrooms smelled absolutely pungent like a bad stagnant drain, and it permeated to our table which was unfortunately next to them.

I have been traveling to the UK for more than a month and have mainly eaten Chinese food. The most delicious meal was today, but the "hot pot" was so delicious, especially the sesame paste as an ingredient. Oh; every dish is very fresh and sweet, especially the pork liver which is super pink and tender. Of course the kidneys are also fresh and sweet. They should be the freshest of the day. The most incredible thing is that I only ordered two shrimps, which were frozen. ? But it is sweeter than fresh live shrimp. My guess is that the serious boss has very high requirements for ingredients...otherwise, frozen shrimp cannot have such a sweet taste. If their hot pot is a single dish, the restaurant will flourish one day. The store's hot pot is the best recommended restaurant when traveling to or living in London.

Len was a lovely waitress. But if I’m being honest the older lady waitress wasn’t great. We ordered one dish three times and forgot nearly every time she was asked? She was pretty rude to Len a few times in an open space which felt pretty uncomfortable.

We were served by Len at the restaurant and she made sure we have a wonderful time here. Thank you so much

Don't go there!!! A young male staff member said mockingly, “You should go to the basement and sit near the storehouse. That's such a huge place.” Details: We went there several times. The food is okay, but the attitude of young male service staff is horrible. Last time, we booked a table for 10 people, and after we arrived, some of our guests were placed at a small table. We consulted this, but a young male staff member said mockingly, “You should go to the basement and sit near the storehouse. Hot pot here!! Hard to find in UK. It's expensive especially if you want to have it alone, but the service is wonderful and the staff are SUPER friendly and attentive. Warning the food is garlicky!! And the spicy hot pot has loads of peppercons which can be unpleasant, so be warned.

The staff are so polite and kind would recommend coming here if you are looking for great food. I am sure to come back soon

A sichua Chinese restaurant near the Westfield London. I ordered Mapo tofu and some vegetables for lunch and it was amazing. The atmosphere is great as well. Highly recommend it.

This is a local gem: it may not look much from the outside but it is so worth a trip to the back of Westfield! We go regularly and everything we’ve tried has been great, from Szechuan classics like ma po tofu to ma la sea bass and the wok dishes. The staff are also really helpful if you need some advice and guidance. Often we’re the only non Chinese diners which has to say something about the authenticity and taste. You obviously need to like spicy food but on a miserable cold day this is guaranteed to make you feel great and put a big smile on your face!

An excellent dining experience, in an authentic Chinese restaurant. We ordered a hearty, tasty meal on a cold evening. Spicier than the average Chinese, so be mindful with your selections. The staff are fun, always willing to help guide you towards something that suits your pallete. Not our first time and we'll certainly return in future.

Have been coming here for several years. Can't recommend it highly enough. Genuine, top quality Chinese food as evidence by the steady stream of Asian diners. I particularly enjoyed the Lotus root with Szechuan peppers this time but the Cold Gizzard starter is my absolute favourite

Beautiful food, very tasty, you can go out of the most comum Chinese dishes you normally have. The staff is very gentle and explains the dishes, and that helps with the big menu that they have. Definitely, we will be back again.

Today I ordered a new dish - stir-fried edamame with loofah, and I was so impressed by the aroma! ! too delicious! ! It tastes better than meat! ! Now 🐼@LondonPangDaShiYuJi-Panda Takeout, they have many more 🧧 very cost-effective! 🥰Beef with roasted pepper and preserved egg is a version of roasted pepper and preserved egg with beef! Preserved eggs and beef have two different textures, and the three chili flavors are intertwined. The fried chicken is delicious! ! 🥰Steamed scallops with chopped pepper vermicelli, one scallop is really huge, I feel half full after eating one! How to make the chopped pepper vermicelli, the aroma will be stimulated when you serve it. Highly recommended! 🥰Luffa and edamame, the most surprising and favorite dish! How to describe it~ The loofah is soft and glutinous in the mouth, super sweet and fragrant, and this dish is very low in fat and healthy, you must order it! Stir-fried so good! 🥰Casserole with crispy pork, a super big portion, full of crispy pork! This pot is also very healthy, with bamboo shoots, fungus, tomatoes and broccoli, a balanced nutritional mix~ 🥰Hot and sour noodles, only £7.9 a portion, super cost-effective~ There are plenty of sausages on top, as well as some bean sprouts, peanuts and celery~ Love the sour and spicy flavor!

Went for dinner out and ordered the hot pot all you can eat at £28. The taste was not really great and the spicy soup was really oily. All the meat and seafood to deep came frozen. Not the best experience I had

We had a really great dinner here based on an Instagram video. We did not book and came in as a table of four. We ordered the hotpot. We went for the hottest one. Really great meats, veg, clean Szechuanese food. In terms of price, personally I thought it was good value for money especially as we kept is as authentic as possible. Great value for money and great flavour The restaurant was great. The American lady that served us was great. She guided us through the entire meal as it was our first time. She really is an asset. She was funny, kind, honest and quick witted. She made our night. Really a great night. Would definitely come back again. Thank you to everyone at Tian Fu 10/10 service.

Disappointing food quality. I have now been there two times, once for a birthday party a few years ago and recently for lunch. Both times the quality was not so great, especially the meat. The dumplings I ordered for lunch were clearly not fresh, even though the waiter urged me to order them. Also was suggested a particular pork belly dish, with poor meat. I am pretty sure I was overcharged on the bill.

We were received very nicely, the food was served quick and tastes amazing. I hugely recommend this restaurant for authentic Sichuan cuisine!! Don't hesitate to ask them if you don't know what to choose!

Tonight, the four of us visited the most authentic Sichuan restaurant in West London. The menu offered a wide variety of choices, and we particularly enjoyed the Sichuan-style grilled fish. The fish had a crispy, golden exterior, while the meat inside was tender and flavorful. The side dishes, including black fungus, lotus root slices, and broccoli, were all exceptionally delicious. This dinner left us with wonderful memories.

Amazing experience. I had an additional guest and they easily accommodated. We got the hot pot which was absolutely delicious, the spicy broth was just our favorite. There was a staff member with short hair to her shoulders and wore glasses. She gave us this delicious sauce and told us what was good. Her service and energy was top tier. Would definitely recommend!!! Best hot pot I have ever had! Definitely go back! They also had super cute mirror to take pics in.

Top restaurant suddenly because absolutely trash. Food quality has gone from top 20 to -1 frozen food and trash ingredients completely changed the taste. I used to come here every week for the past 7 years and I used to recommend it to everyone I know. Such a shame, I don’t know what happened..

Absolutely amazing food, service and atmosphere! Staff were super helpful and kind to us. I found it difficult finding a hotpot place open on a Friday night. This didn’t disappoint. Didn’t get entirely what we ordered, but it didn’t make a difference to how much we enjoyed the evening.

Our total amount is £86.90. and then we asked to server we want split the bill. when he brought the card machine he said how many people are split and then we said 4. But he said 3?5? Like a joking way. Actually it’s collected amount is £21.75 per person but he said please pay £22 per person because the price is similar and we don’t need the smaller amount. We don’t understand why do we need to pay more than exactly amounts. So we have to pay £22 each person. Even bill is already included service charge. We can’t understand. And then I said I never come this restaurant again but he said never mind. I was so annoyed.

The mapu tofu, spicy pork in glass noodles and the pork sui mai were really good. We were a group of 8, and the food came through quite quickly accompanied by great service!

Staff was very helpful in recommending what to pick. Will be back!

I had a lovely time with my friend at here yesterday. Great selection of hot pot option, and my fav dessert Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake and dumplings. Check it out when you are around Westfield. Clear environment and helpful staff. Highly recommended if you love authentic Sichuan Food!

Fair to say £28 per person eat all you can hotpot for 2 hours in London is considered affordable. Should not have high exceptions towards the quality and freshness of the food. The senior level lady servant is afraid that you cannot finish the food, and will try stopping you from ordering more - come on!

Authentic hot pot with a generous selection of ingredients - Fan was an incredible host! She walked us through her favorite ingredients, prepared a unique hot pot sauce, and shared great conversation! Recommended for a lunch out with friends.

My friend and I went for the infamous £28 hotpot and we were not dissapointed. A great selection of good quality items, warm staff that went beyond our expectations and a clean resturant. It is truly a gem. We are already planning to go back with more friends and family.

Absolutely vile !! Went here today as we’ve heard the hype. We have the worst food poisoning and the food was absolutely disgusting. The menu was not correct with the pricing we expected to pay £28 for the hot pot turns out it’s £56 for two people to enjoy ?? Everything was disgusting and disappointing and I hope to save a few people from this disappointment.

I've been waiting for years to try their food, ordered online and it was bad. I could make better Chinese food myself at home. The squid starter was 99% batter and 1% squid. The prawn and eggplant main was disappointing with rubbery prawns. Very, very disappointed

Tian fu chinese sichuan restaurant at shepherd Bush is the best food I have had in a very long time. GRILLED FISH is a must try! Very authentic.

Maybe it was the dished I ordered, but the food wast all that good (chow mein, spare ribs, dim sum and pork dumpling) the latter was the best out if all of them the ribs, unfortunately,were at the bottom. The severs were nice though.

TREMENDOUS!! THE WORST EVER CHINESE IN THE U.K.!! Wish I could rate the service -100. This is not my first time that I’ve been to there but this is my last time to visit! Absolutely agree with some other reviews, both the middle aged Chinese woman and man are terribly hostile and ridiculous! They start a fight with customers when things don’t go their way. Just like we didn’t receive an accurate bill and it’s overcharged. We spoke to them nicely but the aggressive Chinese bloke refused to help but cussing us in Chinese!! Btw, the food is awful, they’re greasy and full of MSG/additives! Will never visit again when we go to Westfield!!

My friend and I just had our second visit to Tian Fu and had yet another amazing experience ordering their incredible hot pot! Delicious food and our amazing host Fan who remembered us from our first visit and had a nice chat with … what a queen! Definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back soon!
