I live in an area where I don't have the option to get Sichuan food, so any chance I get to come to London I go here! Had a friend from Sichuan region and fell in love with the spice and food. This place did not disappoint! I love spicy but seems like they have a lot of options for those that don't.

Ordered 5 dishes from this restaurant and ended up with severe food poisoning, had diarrhea, fever, and headache for the next 2 days. The food is definitely OFF!!!!!

The food here is amazing, it is a clean restaurant and delicious food. The girl who service my table was very helpful and patient.

A really nice place, very busy on a Saturday night, but a great atmosphere. Expensive drinks and food, but staff friendly and helpful. Food was pretty tasty and served quickly, especially baring in mind how busy it was. Handy place for eating before heading to a gig and the empire.

If you want authentic Chinese food this is the place. Loved it.

Absolutely the worst and traumatizing service ever! My friend and I went for a hot pot in this restaurant. As soon as we have entered the waitresses were so pushy and rushed not to mention before we even having a seat the waitress asked what we would like to order for a drink. We politely declined the request and said we wanted to settle in our chairs first. We were escorted to a corner table which did not have pre-prepared cuttleries (in this case chopsticks and spoons) The food and hotpot came through and we were advised to go get the sauces and spice ourselves. So we assumed we could also grab the cuttleries whilst grabbing the sauces as waitress had advised. A moment later a woman whom I think is the manager, came to our table and shouted, knocked out tables and clapped her hands by saying "Okay, don't go here and there, It is dangerous" in a very shocking disrespectful way. This completely struch us and we totally lost our appetite. We explained we needed cutleries like being scolded and shocked in turn she forcefully acted polite and asked us if we need any service. There was no smile no mitigation, but just some blunt chinese english demand. As we lost appetite we wanted not to eat, there was no appetite at all. When we said we would like to leave she said not to pay. Whilst we were leaving the door, she screamed you are banned!! Next to the customer. Such a humiliating experience as she tried to cover her lack of communication skill by blaming us !!! I have been to this restaurant beforeward couple times, this last incident was sooo shocking. Humiliated, disrespected, traumatized by that woman!

Authentic Chinese and Dim sum at west London . I would say the best. Being to this restaurant for ten years. Always satisfied. Good service. Highly recommend.

I started writing negative reviews while sitting in the store. I have never tasted anything so terrible. The fried kidney and liver that I ordered was sour when it was served? ? I asked the waiter to cancel the order and get a spicy beef tendon instead. It was no use. Now I feel sick in my stomach at home and I don’t know why.

Such a chill place, very attentive stuff. Delicious Chinese food! We enjoyed our meals, but the dumplings were fried a bit too much; though our experience was great and we could take what we didn’t eat with us at home. Extra points to the stuff for help and for providing a container to take food with us. Really great service, will be definitely coming next time if around. I was so impressed by the amount of food available for order in the menu. Rice with eggs >> very well made!

Very close to original Sichuan flavors, the menu is very Sichuan. Lots to choose from, plenty of choice for a dinner for two or a group visit with traditional on the table cooking options! Very quick service and waiting staff are extremely polite and not pushy! Quality is excellent - five stars! This place is frequented by local the Chinese community which is always a good sign!

We ordered mixed seafood chowmein which was greasy with four prawns and lots of highly processed crab sticks and some form of spongy artificial white blobby things. Not sure what they were but they tasted disgusting. Very disappointing. No fish. No squid. Yet the cost was £9.50 a plate. The one star goes to the friendly waitress who was very polite. But sadly, we will never eat there again

The ordered three dishes were tasteless and the qualities weren’t great either! Plus they charged more than the normal foreign exchange rate! A bit disappointing to be honest! The Sichuan twice-cooked pork was almost entirely fat, with almost no lean meat; its very unhealthy; the fried squid was 80% onion, with almost no squid; the remaining dish of cold bean curd had sugar but no garlic or vinegar; in short, the owner of the restaurant seemed to think that tourists didn't need to care too much, it was a just one-time small business! Disappointing!

I ordered for pickup on Uber eats. The status changed to “ready to pickup” in less than five minutes. Request to make my fried rice spicy and it was ignored. Obviously, the restaurant is using prefabricated meal预制菜. Disappointed.

I got the wrong bill, was charged 45£ instead of 28£ and I am pretty sure I got the wrong order too (I ordered braise beef tenderloin chunks with soy sauce, 1 sprite and 4 dumplings, surely that’s not 45£!!!!, instead I was served a beef stew in red sauce with mushrooms, which almost looked like pork 😭) 🤮🤮🤮 please avoid this place or Peer your eyes when your food comes, or your bill and everything, they will serve frog legs if your not alert n they won’t bother correct themselves if your already received the food !!!

Want to dine in this restaurant. Never expect a waiter on the phone for more than five minutes and not bother about any customer sitting in the restaurant waiting to be served. Luckily, the waitress came and took our order. The food was good and tasty, but the service wasn’t that great no wonder there were not busy at all

Best chinese restaurant I've been to. The food was excellent, although a bit too spicy for myself but that's just me. There are also non-spicy dishes. We were 4 and payed a little more than £30 per person service included. The service was good and the Singaporean girl I talked to was super friendly. I sadly don't live in England but if I did I would come again.

The worst. Food came to our table faster than a McDonald’s making a burger. It was clear that all the food had been prepared waaaaay earlier, and they had just placed it in the microwave. They thought they were being smart, now they’ve lost a couple of regulars. Also the food quantity was way smaller than usual. We ordered spicy chicken. Let’s just say there was only spicy, there was no chicken to eat. Sad as I used to come more regularly. Avoid this place.

Not cheap, but the food was amazing, such an unusual menu but a very wide choice of standard or new dishes. The chilli chicken looked too hot to eat but was perfect. Plus best soft shell crab ever. Oh, lovely relaxed atmosphere too.

Actually, I got a takeaway, cold chicken with some sort of chilli sauce and tofu and it was absolutely delicious. Really excellent.

We had dinner at Tian Fu for the first time and absolutely loved it! We were a little overwhelmed at the size of the menu at first, but the food was delicious, a 10/10. The highlight of the evening was our waitress - we were gutted we didn’t get her name for this review but she was the young British girl who asked us if we were familiar with Chinese cuisine as we had ordered all the traditional foods :) she was super friendly and helpful and made the experience that much more special! Definitely would come again for the food and the amazing friendly service.

It was my first time attempting to a Chinese Restaurant. It was quiet and very welcoming despite being in a crowded area. Th owner is very friendly and food is fresh here. They serve the food very hot and it’s very aromatic and delicious. Portions are very very big and enough for 2-3 person. The spring roll was vegetarian and it was amazing. Best ever ai tried so far. Crunchy outside, fresh and aromatic inside. Dumplings were quite disappointing. They are not worth of what you pay and not very special. The dry wok is must try. It’s amazing, spicy, loads of vegetables in there and Oh My God the squid is wonderfully juicy. The only point is, it is very, I mean super oily 😐😐 I think the downfall of the food in this place is only that they are oily, but delicious. The special dish, I ordered, was fish ball, squids, king prawn, bamboo shoots, broccoli and sweet potato vermicelli. It is spicy too but very watery 😐 Everything in this dish I guess is steamed and they come together in a bath of the sauce. The squids were very small. I didn’t like the king prawn there as I had to take the shell of myself which was not fun and easy 😐😐 The vegetable noodle was very good. The vegetables inside were very aromatic and fresh. Loved the mushroom there. They do have vegetarian options and the menu is all photographic. Amazing point is they come exactly like their pictures. I would recommend this place for anyone like Chinese food or want to try for the first time. You cant go wrong with this place.

To begin with me and my gf were already sat down at a table. They moved us from our seats quite rudely cause a another group fo people came. Then the waitress was sarcastic asking us Is everything alright? in a conscending tone. Finally they have a discretionary service charge, so of course I asked for this to be taken off and the waitress had to get the manager. She was confrontional and asked us why and I told her that we were moved but it was clear they weren't happy. If you don't want to be charged a service charge of 12.5% just don't bother going its obviously not 'discretionally' more expected.

A very good Sichuan restaurant next door to Westfield London. We were seated straight away on arrival and were given a friendly welcome. The menu, I have to say, is overwhelming. There are seemingly 100's of dishes available, so it is a task to find the dishes you want to order. As for the food, it is very tasty. The dishes have the right amount of flavour and seasoning, and are not overly spicy. I definitely enjoyed the king prawns with mixed vegetables and the Dan Dan noodles. This is a good place to stop for a meal if you have been shopping in Westfield but you don't want to eat in one of the endless chain restaurants inside that shopping mall.

Everytime I’ve eaten here it’s been great and all the staff are so nice!! First time was a hotpot at £28 a head so great value!! And the second time I had the pickled veggie rice noodle soup for lunch, banging!!

Upon entering the restaurant with my mother, we noticed that it was a bit chilly, but the staff was attentive. I opted for the salt and pepper prawns, which were delicious, albeit slightly oily. The prawn egg rice was exceptionally tasty. The ambiance was nice and it was pleasant to observe Chinese patrons also savoring their meals.

If I could rate it 6/5 stars, I would! The best hot pot I ve had. The food is incredible, and Fen was the most helpful waitress. She s given me the best tip on how to mix the ingredient to get the most tasty dipping sauce and she recommended great sides for hot pot ☺️☺️☺️

2nd time visiting this place, and its always busy during the dinner service. We are greeted straight away upon entering so thats 👌, gave us menu on our first time but today 2nd visit we had to ask for a menu even borrowed one from a guest after they finished ordering as we we're only given one. Food was great, portion is big, great for sharing among friends and family for the price. (This restaurant does hot pot too,but me and my partner always end up getting from there ala carte menu) The ambiance of the restaurant is good a typical chinesse restaurant. It's more like an eat and run kind of ambiance if I must say.

Excellent Sichuan food, full of flavours. It was filled with people of Chinese origin speaking mandarin with the waitress, which is a great sign! The only thing we didn’t like was that the bathrooms smelled absolutely pungent like a bad stagnant drain, and it permeated to our table which was unfortunately next to them.

I have been traveling to the UK for more than a month and have mainly eaten Chinese food. The most delicious meal was today, but the "hot pot" was so delicious, especially the sesame paste as an ingredient. Oh; every dish is very fresh and sweet, especially the pork liver which is super pink and tender. Of course the kidneys are also fresh and sweet. They should be the freshest of the day. The most incredible thing is that I only ordered two shrimps, which were frozen. ? But it is sweeter than fresh live shrimp. My guess is that the serious boss has very high requirements for ingredients...otherwise, frozen shrimp cannot have such a sweet taste. If their hot pot is a single dish, the restaurant will flourish one day. The store's hot pot is the best recommended restaurant when traveling to or living in London.

Len was a lovely waitress. But if I’m being honest the older lady waitress wasn’t great. We ordered one dish three times and forgot nearly every time she was asked? She was pretty rude to Len a few times in an open space which felt pretty uncomfortable.

Don't go there!!! A young male staff member said mockingly, “You should go to the basement and sit near the storehouse. That's such a huge place.” Details: We went there several times. The food is okay, but the attitude of young male service staff is horrible. Last time, we booked a table for 10 people, and after we arrived, some of our guests were placed at a small table. We consulted this, but a young male staff member said mockingly, “You should go to the basement and sit near the storehouse. Hot pot here!! Hard to find in UK. It's expensive especially if you want to have it alone, but the service is wonderful and the staff are SUPER friendly and attentive. Warning the food is garlicky!! And the spicy hot pot has loads of peppercons which can be unpleasant, so be warned.

The staff are so polite and kind would recommend coming here if you are looking for great food. I am sure to come back soon
