New Dragon Chinese Takeaway in City of London, Westminster

The food at this place is completely horrendous. It should be closed down for the very bad customer service. I will not be coming back here again since I cant even feed my dog the chicken which comes from this place.... DONT ORDER FROM HERE!

I didn't get good services, they swore at me when I asked what was inside and that food simply was not good, close down this shop, before you kill people with your poisonous food. I got scammed off my money, they still owe me my money

Food was absolutely disgusting. Chicken balls were mushy on the inside and not cooked, and the chicken was tough, the rice and chow mein has no flavour whatsoever, the sweet and sour sauce was like drinking water. After complaining to the “manager” I was told the chicken balls are made like this and they cannot give a refund, despite the chicken balls not being cooked. They could only offer a replacement. I explained that why would I want more food if the food tasted so nasty? I couldn’t even give it to my daughter. Poor customer service, only thinking of the money. I will be taking this further, since “there was nothing more they could do.” Lucky I couldn’t give 0 stars…go to ‘The village’ on green lane Thornton Heath, their food is 100x better, but thought we would try this one today, big mistake.

Amazing crisping chicken! The delivery was on time!It was very tasty and I loved it! The fried rice had so much taste in it!

The food was lovely but a bit annoying it was early as my friends weren’t arriving till just after the time specified so we had to warm everything up in the microwave!.

Unfortunately there were no eating utensils. Our order was delivered to our hotel while on holiday. Eventually we used the tea spoons in our room. The food was great!! If not using plastic they should provide wooden forks or spoons.

Only gave 2* for service due to not being able to receive a receipt when food was delivered. Card payments should always be issued a receipt in my opinion. However, food was tasty and plentiful.

'crispy' shredded chilli beef was soggy... my s&s chicken Hong Kong style was also soggy and completely stuck together... chicken fried rice was very bland, salt and pepper chicken was medioka... best part of my meal was the prawn crackers ... will not recommend or order from here again...

Food was late 15mins when the food came it was cold and my chow main was very bland no taste what so evergreen and sour chicken was tough I actually gave up as I waited 1hr 30mins for food we ended up throwing away all the food apart from the few bites we had so disappointed

The food was poor, to put it politely.... Chicken curry - Chicken looked like it had been boiled and had a rubbery texture. The sauce was runny! Singapore Chow Mein - Basically a pack of noodles with the same rubbery chicken with peas, randomly!? Egg Fried Rice - Brown and dry for some reason. Bottle of Diet Coke - Could not fault it... Best part of the meal!

Food was great however they forgot to put in the spring rolls and took further 30 mins for them. Also 1/4 duck only came with cucumber.....surely running out of spring onion is equivalent to a pub running out of beer?? Lol. Food was delicious however so would order again

sweet and sour chicken was very good. duck was alright although not much of it in the box in between all the veggies. Chips were not nice tasted like old oil. delivery was on time.

I won't be ordering from here again. the chicken was covered in something and felt slimey. the rice had. I flavour and the other bits had way to much vinegar. not sure how it has these reviews. the delivery guy was really polite though

Great food. Shame i took almost 2 hours to come. Kind of ruined the evening.

Crackers were very thin and therefore I could only taste the oil which affected how everything else tasted because it was the first ting i tried but I really liked the s&s prawn balls.

Had chicken curry with rice meal for one and a pancake roll. Big portions!! The chicken curry was authentic. Hard to find a nice chicken curry as some are more of a satay. This was spicy and moorish. Will definitely be coming back. Lady on the phone very helpful and polite

Most of the food was good and delivery was fast, however, one item was missing. Phoned restaurant and reported, but the missing item took too long to be delivered back, and was tepid when it arrived.

Chicken with Mixed Vegetables taste 'gone off' seem as though this was already cooked days before. and was heated up. Bought Chicken with mixed vegetable before which tasted 'fresh' and was very delicious. This was not 'fresh', received today. Other items was very nice I must say. I little disappointed to be honest.

New dragon is a brilliant restaurant!! The food is top quality, we just entertained for family at home and they have all said they will use new dragon again, great speedy service and polite and professional deliverer 10/10 can't recommend enough!!

This is only the second time we have used them and both times we have had great food and deleivwred really speedy! The delivery was a happy chappy each time two!

Always order from here. Reasonable priced. Tasted great and we even got free won tons even though we took them off the order.

I ordered using the Just Eat app. No problems with the credit card payment etc. I received a message saying that 20 minutes had been added on the delivery time, making a 50 minutes in total, but the food actually arrived after 25 minutes, and was of the usual standard we've come to expect from The New Dragon. in fact, if anything, the food was slightly better than before because it was less salty.

Absolutely delicious food, especially the Chicken chow mein. Not too salty or oily, just perfect! Quick delivery time, and friendly driver. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

Salt and pepper wings were very tasteless! Very dry and had no flavour what's so ever. Very disappointed with the salt and pepper wings, not what I expercted!

The crispy chilli shredded beef was so good- plenty of flavour and with a nice kick. Delivery time was very reasonable for a Saturday night (only 45 minutes). Will be ordering from this place again soon!

Didn't get everything we ordered

It was my first time ordering from here. The food was delivered before time stated and was piping hot. I really enjoyed my meal, it was delicious. Fresh and tasty, not at all greasy. I will definitely order from here again. Big thumbs up from me.

First order. We collected as delivery time up to one hour. Food was hot. Good quality. Not greasy. Only complaint was aromatic duck a little dry and they forgot the plum sauce/spring onion/cucumber. But would order again.

Food arrived earlier than expected which was great as we were starving! I really enjoyed the Salt and Pepper Fish bites and Dancing Dragon special. The Satay was thinner than expected but this just might be a regional variety and still tasted nice. All in all, pretty pleased! Even with the prawn crackers. Will order again!

Ordered crispy aromatic duck, tastes ok...Not great. Peanut sauce is completely gross, stay away from it looks and tastes pretty unsavoury. I've ordered from here before but probably won't again TBH there are way better places.
