The food was amazing. Best Chinese food I have had in a long time. The service was strange, the waiter seemed very uninterested.

For sure, this is the best Chinese restaurant in Chinatown. The roast duck is so good. The two waiters are very nice and friendly.

A marvel. The most authentic Chinese restaurant I have ever eaten at. The portions are generous and absolutely delicious. According to what the waiter, very attentive and committed to good service, told us, duck is his specialty. And, for what I provided, I would not dare deny it. Really recommended to eat very well and quickly.

Extremely rude staff with poor manners, making belittling and inappropriate comments, leaving a sour taste. We should have known that it was indicative of the poor tasting food that soon followed.

When I arrived, the waiter was satisfied, which satisfied my southern Chinese stomach.

Really good Chinese food. We loved the duck but everything else was also tasty.

Everything makes it look like you are in a Chinese business (half a duck is fine if you want to try it) It is best to reserve, but the truth is that we were lucky and we got in right away, they go quite fast even though there is a long line.

Putting aside the issue of the extremely poor service attitude of the relatives of the cross-eyed emperor, the whole duck had many pieces missing after it was cut and packaged. I have attached pictures of the whole duck and the whole chicken. Have you ever seen a whole chicken that is so much bigger than a whole duck? I couldn't stand it and kept asking me to wait outside. After buying more than 80 pounds of stuff, I went in and asked a question but I was turned away. Please go out and wait. I was waiting here. How many more servings of roast duck rice did we sell after taking our duck?

Very delicious! I don’t know why some people are saying there is no space here. There is plenty of place with outdoor and indoor seating available. We enjoyed our food, portions were big, staff were very friendly especially the very tall gentleman! Always smiling and laughing :) I’ll definitely be coming back again !

Had Peking Duck for the first time really enjoyed it. Also ordered sweet and sour prawn with veg noodle which were 10/10

Would leave no stars if possible. First time trying here due to good reviews - staff were extremely rude, huffing when we were ordering as we asked what would she recommend. Didn’t receive our drinks till after starters and had to keep asking. Food wasn’t anything great we have had a lot better. The woman who wears the mask was extremely rude couldn’t believe when she was huffing and puffing when we were looking for help. Qued for 45 minutes for terrible service and not anything special for the food plus prices were really expensive and they had the cheek to add on £10 tip to the bill after they were so rude! Won’t be back and do not recommend.

Terrible experience. Dirty place, approximate service, I don't know how it could have exceeded the hygiene standards. I was at least hoping for the food... which instead was not very tasty, in large quantities but cheap. I almost never post negative reviews because I know the world of food and I have great respect for it. Here, however, I came away almost disgusted.

I can’t believe there are any positive reviews for this place. And having a 3 out of 5 food hygiene rating seems very generous. I can only think it gets business because somehow people have given it a decent rating. Have they not eaten anywhere else, ever?? The food is the same stuff you can get anywhere in Chinatown. I.e. not great or anywhere close. Except they charge more because of the reviews. We were sat at a spare table they had put in the middle of the aisle. In an area that had twice as many people as reasonably possibly. The table was filthy so you can imagine how the kitchen must be Wipe your feet on the way out.

I’ve been in London for 10 years and I’ve always liked it here; great food, great people. I’ve visited so many times that I’ve lost count. But today is something special to me. I’ve been suffering from severe depression lately, trying to cope with it through meds and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Today, I had to come to Chinatown late for some errands and ended up having a late dinner alone. Many places had their kitchens closed at the time, so I went here to try my luck. I was warmly welcomed by the manager and all the waiting staff, who were all happy and bubbly, which made me feel nice. Without any context, they offered me the soup of the day (which I had ordered) for free, out of kindness. It certainly surprised me and made my day. Maybe life isn’t that bad after all. It’s just magical how sometimes things play out; when I was really depressed, those small acts of kindness from total strangers hit me hard and gave me a lot of hope for what’s ahead of me. Thank you to everyone at Little Four Seasons. I hope you all know that your kindness meant a lot to me, even though you had no idea what I am going through at the moment. Best, Chen

The food was okay to us. But the service was extremely horrible. A waitress literally threw the menu on the table when we first got our table. The attitude was arrogant and it made us feel very unpleasant throughout the dinner. Those ladies inside should definitely learn the basic service etiquette. However, we were charged 12,5% of the bill for the service fee anyway. I will never come back there and recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The roast duck is delicious😋, but the others are not good, especially the sea bass is terrible☹️

The food is very good, although both the atmosphere and the place are a bit overwhelming. We were on the top floor and all the tables were very close together, we had almost no space. Furthermore, right behind our table there was a trash can into which garbage was continually thrown and we had to be careful not to get splashed on us. If you want to try typical food in Chinatown it is good and not expensive, but at the cost of comfort. Also note that the ticket includes the default tip (Service charge) between 10-15%. This is not mandatory to pay. We said that we didn't want to leave a tip and that they would only charge us for the food and they got a little angry, but the conditions of the dinner were not such as to give a tip.

As someone who lived in China... To be honest, the fried rice and Morning Glory were very delicious, but the back ribs were too tough and the duck was just not bad... The fried rice was the worst... It was smelly. There was still beer left, but the wait was long so they asked if they could leave quickly. I spent 180,000 won on food.

I asked for the dry fries noodles like chow mein and it was so similar, I really love it! 🤩 Also the service was excellent.

Food is nice but a rip off. 6 pieces of pork and 3 pieces of duck for £16, an absolute joke

Don't go here unless you want to be cramped up and squashed. I understand it's busy in Central London, but not the best for a sit down meal. Additionally, the food is not that nice either. Very disappointing. The food did come out quick though, but it did not seem to be hot hot, so more like they heated it up in the microwave, or had a lot of it sitting there to go out quickly. The prawns were not that good either. We didn't eat all our food which is saying something. The servers were very attentive. But most annoyingly, when asked to take the discretionary service charge off the total, we were told No quite aggressively. When we stated that we wanted to take it off as it is optional, the lady did not let us. Very weird. Isn't this our right as consumers? One thing I would say, if anyone intends on going is to share food e.g. Rice, noodles, hot pot etc. Also very overpriced, but I guess this reflects central London prices. Just didn't think it would be so inflated for a few bits of broccoli and prawns sitting at £16+ Also don't come here if you are vegetarian.

Recommended by Cantonese people! We had dinner here on New Year's Day. Although we had to wait for 40 minutes, it was really worth it! Bean curd and mutton stew with fermented bean curd sauce, three combinations of siu-mei, and bean sprouts in soup. They are all delicious! After seeing the mixed reviews about the pork belly and chicken pot, I thought about it and thought the pork belly here might not be that fresh, so I didn’t dare to order it. The waiter was also very nice. After I paid, he gave me an orange and a Rishi candy as a congratulation. I have a very prosperous New Year 😂😂 But I was a little confused because both of the two restaurants on the left and right were called Wenxing. The one I went to was the one on the left. The waiter also said that the two are different. Everyone should look at the menu and decide which one to go to. oh

We went because of the reviews that the place had, the truth is that we left very happy, we ordered duck, noodles and gyozas. The portions are generous and for two that is more than enough. The price is high, but like everything in London, it is worth standing in line and eating there. The service is correct, they are quick to take orders and serve.

The takeaway food had already been delivered and I had to wait for a very long time. There was no one in the store and they deliberately delayed it so I could sit outside and pretend to be in line, creating the illusion that business was booming. I won’t go there again, look at how popular the Wenxing store next door is.

Had a wonderfully authentic dinner here with family of 6. The service was quick, brusk and cheerful. The food delicious, authentic and a little bit surprising. All in all this was an excellent expérience for all the family.

Ordered boneless duck rice to take away and they gave me roast char siu pork instead! The char siu wasn't particularly impressive either.

One of my favorite dishes was available on the menu here: Wonton Noodle Soup served with BBQ Roast Duck and Cai Lan. It was absolutely flavorful and tasty, just as good as from Sam Woo BBQ and Tasty Garden restaurants in southern CA.

Food was great. The combination barbecue consisting of sweet roasted pork, lamb and duck was smoky, chewy and flavorful…rice was well cooked. King prawns was tasty as you’d expect.I’m not big on the atmosphere as it was packed and nearly uncomfortable. There was also a long queue outside that lasted about half hour. Could be a matter of timing though! Food was great overall, I have no complaints.

The Chinese style roast is delicious 😋🤤, must try, but the portion with rice is a little small for two. Chicken with choi sum(vegetable) is a classic Cantonese dish.

This has to be the best Chinese meal I have ever had and would recommend to anyone going to London China Town.

Food was really good. The whole duck is a lot, we shared it together with a couple of other dishes and it was maybe too much. Egg fried rice is very good and I recommend to get some rice with the duck.

So so food for expensive prices, relative to the quality provided. This was consistent across all dishes ordered. Queues elsewhere were too long. No wait here and it’s fairly evident why. Would not recommend, will not return.

We shared the brisket and egg fried rice. Along with springrolls on the side. It cost us £36, and was enough for both of us. The brisket and the rice were excellent

They used to be good. My 1st trip to London 2 years back, we revisited the restaurant twice before they’re really good. Sadly, this round they wasn’t. Soup was nice but the chicken inside is hard, stomach wasn’t cook soft enough. Duck was flavorful but is hard as well. Fried rice was okay.

Essen wirklich in Ordnung. Wir hatten Hühnchen süß-sauer und frühlingsrollen bestellt. Hünchen kam. Die frühlingsrollen mussten wir aufgeben. Wir fragten 5mal nach und sind dann ohne die Frühlingsrollen gegangen. Schade.

The management and the service were very polite and helpful. The portions were big and I definitely recommend the peking duck! Room from improvement: the toilets need re-innovation.

El trato nefasto. No nos fuimos porque era de noche, estábamos cansados y con frío. No teníamos mucha hambre y pedimos dos platos nada más, casi nos echan de malas formas porque era muy poco lo que pedíamos. Al final nos dejaron quedarnos pero no sin malas caras. La comida que pedimos tenía buen sabor, pero una parte vino fría. Como si la hubiesen recalentado al microondas o algo. Las raciones muy pequeñas para el precio. Ni volvería a ir ni lo recomiendo.

I heard good things about this place and the cue behind door made me think this is a nice place. The meat is good here and maybe thats why people come here. U get only meat and have to pay extra gor greens and rice. Gets very pricey. rice with shredded chicken pretty bland- also allmost no veggies. Service friendly. Be aware one is served with big bottle of water for one if not specified. Atmosphere is not cozy, needs maintance. Chairs are dirty, worn and the interior design lacking in taste. Upstairs one is seated in a stuffy little room where it gets pretty loud since theres lots of people cramped together. Wouldn't come back or recommend.

Tried to book a table for 7 people, the most rude person I’ve ever came across in my life, take custom else where. Got my friend to ring back 2 minutes later who speaks cantonese and spoke to him with a complete different attitude

The food is AMAZING!!! I highly recommend this place if you don’t care about atmosphere because this horrible … I really wish you to make repairs here .. because this suck … Waitresses was so quick and polite 5/5!

The food was excellent and very authentic. I took some Chinese work guests there and they were very impressed. All food was fresh and tasty. They had lots of vegetarian options too! I recommend booking before arrival.

Το φαγητό ήταν καλούτσικο, δοκιμάσαμε τη πάπια, η οποία εντάξει άξιζε, αλλά κατα τα αλλα ήταν όλα πολύ μέτρια, φαγητό δηλαδή που το βρίσκεις άνετα στην Αθήνα σε ένα κινέζικο. Είχε αρκετή αναμονή, και γενικά έβαζαν μεγάλες παρεες πριν από εμάς ( ήμασταν 2 ), παρόλο που είχαν έρθει πιο μετά. Το σέρβις δεν ομοιάζει καν αυτό της Ελλάδας, όλοι ήταν εξαιρετικά απότομος και εμφανώς κουρασμένοι. Τελικά φάγαμε: 2 μερίδες πάπια (μικρές), ένα ρύζι ατμού, μια μερίδα μοσχάρι γλυκοξινο (μικρο) κάτι στικσ κοτόπουλο μια κόκα κόλα και μια μπίρα 92€.

This is the best Chinese restaurant I've been to in Chinatown. I've visited many times and tried their roast duck, fried noodles, and various other dishes, including the chicken pot. It seems like every dish on the menu is consistently good.

This used to be a favorite of mine. I’m happy to say the food still makes it worth the visit. The pork and duck are both amazing. It’s a place, however, that lacks atmosphere and bears very little charm, which isn't helped by cold, overworked staff. It's also not that cheap anymore, but that's London now right?

Randomly came across this place while hungry and it did not disappoint! I had the Kung po chicken stir fry which tasted incredible, my partner ordered the duck which was also 10/10. Service was fast, staff were very friendly and the price was very reasonable. Can't wait to go back.

J'y suis allé en regardant les avis sur le net, et bien pas déçu de la cuisine qui me rappelle mes origines de Hong Kong (même si je vis maintenant en France), j'ai pris un duo de canard laqué et de porc croustillant : le goût whaou, quand au service il est rapide mais les serveurs sont souriant, le cadre est datée mais c'est on va dire dans le moule et l'essentiel est dans les plats qui sont savoureux.

Good Peking duck with pankaces. Always crowded, always in a rush. Overall good place.

Best salt and pepper squid, soya noodles are also lovely. Food is always good here and a go to when in China Town and there is always a table.

人很多，很擠 服務生態度不是很好，總是很急，不願意好好停下來服務客人，常常聽錯指令，或是沒事跑來收走我們的東西 上次去有個朋友比較晚來，我們請店員放一副碗筷，另一個店員又收走，我們跟他講，他說等朋友來再要，然後也一直收走其他的杯子那些 要叫人的時候卻找不到人，我覺得這個服務態度實在不好，客人都說有需求了，還要叫客人晚點 食物蠻好吃的，上菜算快 裡面人太多，桌子太擠，導致出入不方便

文兴服务员态度差是出了名的，但是这是第一次有服务员来跟我们说“你们还吃吗，不吃把桌子让出来给别人了”。当时我们锅里还有半锅鸡肉，我们只是在聊天。

La comida está buenísima. Fuimos porque lo recomendaba una influencer en Instagram y la verdad es que comimos genial. El sitio es un poco anticuado y el baño deprimente. Pero lo importante que es la comida, es muy top. El cerdo crujiente y los fideos están buenísimos.

Atmosphere was depressing, but that would be okay if the food could make up for it. Unfortunately not the case. Food was nothing special, serving sizes tiny. Very expensive for what you get. The famous duck was „not available“. Waitress was partially rude. Plates were taken away before we were even finished eating. No recommendation!

I posted first, then discovered the following: the Crab shell is lined with plastic!!! They let me take it home, as I thought it was a huge specimen and liked the idea of doing some art with it. I am hugely disappointed with the fact that my suspicions of the King Crab not being what was advertised were true. I was told that I don't need to open the Crab, that was already done for me. Well, I should have known better! And I have photos to prove it. I am contacting trading standards too. Also, if you want the crispy duck, make sure it is the size shown in the picture. This is a reviewed review, I feel conned :(

We really enjoyed the food here. Really enjoyed the roast duck and wonton soup. The food arrived promptly for a busy Saturday afternoon. The waiters could be a tad more friendly. Overall enjoyable experience

Very bad service. Saw waitress was shouting at the clients. Have never seen this before… Doesn’t feel safe and clean here. Tried the other Four season before next to it. that one was actually good.

We ordered a trio of meats (Roasted Duck + Pork), Stir Fried Tomato Eggs and Chopped Potatoes. The food was delicious, the rice was cooked perfectly. The meat’s sauce was a bit too oily to my liking, but everything went well.

Really really bad experience. The old ladies maybe not trained at all and was not aware they were providing services, shouting at their clients in the restaurant and really loud. Clients have been scared away. So many good foods on this street, will never come here again. So scary. The original four season is much better, don’t understand why they work with these people.

Despite having had recommendations, the five dishes we ordered were average. Didn't try the duck which was the special, maybe just ordered the wrong things..who knows.

Read other good reviews and went in the little four seasons side. Absolutely did not disappoint. I was even worried they might not be serving since it was about 9pm on a Sunday. Duck is killer (the sauce on the rice is so good as well). The pork belly is also worth trying!

Good if you miss Chinese food. Was told the pigs stomach soup is “world’s best”. Not in my opinion. The one back in Singapore is much better. Hor fan was better than fried rice. Rather reasonable pricing in my opinion

The Four Seasons restaurant is one of the most famous restaurants in the China Town area. Because there is a lot of delicious food especially roast duck, which is smooth duck meat and very good smell of sauce but wait long time .. 😅👍🏼👍🏼

It costs 28 pounds for 2 dishes. Quite OK. I am impressed with the 3 meats combination
