The food is really nice and not expensive.Very nice staff.

They wanted to charge £26 per child because they were taller than 150cm. Even though their sign says under 18. How can you justify charging adult pricing to an 11 Yr old because they are taller than the greeter??

Best place to taste Asian Food within Budget

We had party of 18 people. And that was perfect place. All different types of food make that everyone found something delicious. Grill food was amazing. Deserts with so many options. Big choice of drinks in bar. And the most important, fantastic staff, smiling all the time, very helpful. I will definitely come back with my family.

Amazing selection of dishes to choose from so there's something for everyone's different tastes along with the Asian dishes they have a range of child friendly meals for children like nuggets etc. They have Chinese cuisine,Japanese cuisine , Indian cuisine , little mix of Korean cuisine. Alot of dessert options too! Staff were polite, Atmosphere was clean & tidy. Easy disabled access via lift from the ground floor . Great for Family gathering , parties and events. ❤️👍

If you are looking for a fantastic dining experience, Aroma Buffet is a must-visit. It is conveniently located close to Westfield London and it is perfect for pairing with a shopping trip. The atmosphere was lovely; it was not too busy when we first arrived but then lots of people came after. It is a beautiful and modern place that feels welcoming and vibrant. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive which made our experience so special. We opted for the £17 lunch buffet per person and it was absolutely worth it. The range of food options available was impressive, offering Chinese, Indian, Japanese, other Oriental selections and so much more. There was even pizza for those wanting something different. On top of that, they also had a snacks buffet which included cakes, biscuits, ice cream, other desserts, sweets and even a chocolate fountain. I felt utterly spoilt and truly got my money's worth! The food itself was nice with the highlights being the sushi and chicken dumplings which were particularly good. I cannot wait to return for the dinner buffet to explore the other options they have to offer! Aroma Buffet is a gem for food lovers looking for the variety, value for money and a great dining experience. I highly recommend!

I wouldn't say the food is 4 star anymore, I don't know but it doesn't taste as good as before. Seevice? It's self service... but the price for children, is a 0 star. Atmosphere, its good. Everyone is all hungry so nobody cares lol. I used to come here all the time when the adult dinner price was £16.99. The food was great back then and worth the price but the desert Is so dry. The price is ridiculous now, I won't say it worth more than £21.99. But now the price is £25.00 The price for a child 90cm is £3. Child 150cm is £14. Let's be real, I'm hong kong citizens and I know aisan are short. We can't use Asia population height compare to British people. My children are mixed, my 7 month baby is 95cm... so you're telling me babies eat takeaway food as young as 7 month. Then my other 3 year old and 4 year old is 140cm and you're telling me I have to pay £14.00 when all they eat will probably cost £5 worth of food... I feel like the children price have to be more reasonable... or either pay for their age...

It has lost quality over time, price up quality down, when something works no need to change. The price, on the other hand, is maybe too high for a kind of mediocrity of service provided. It is a pity. It was the best chinese food restaurant in the area with a difference. And was price and value matched

A Truly Disappointing Experience at Aroma Buffet Our visit to Aroma Buffet was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped inside, we were met with a depressing array of food that looked stale and unappetizing. The supposed "buffet" was a dismal spread of unvaried dishes, all drenched in oil to the point of being inedible. The food seemed lifeless, as though it had been sitting there for hours, untouched and uncared for. The hygiene standards were appalling. The counters were greasy, utensils looked unclean, and the general atmosphere was far from inviting. It was genuinely revolting to even think about eating from 90% of the offerings. My family and I felt utterly disgusted and hesitant to touch most of the food. In desperation, I decided to try the pizza, hoping for at least one redeeming dish. However, it turned out to be a massive disappointment as well – bland, soggy, and completely unremarkable. My family’s faces mirrored my dismay, and their disappointment was palpable. We couldn’t wait to leave the place and put this horrendous experience behind us. Aroma Buffet was a complete disaster, and the only thing we took with us was the regret of ever stepping foot inside. Never again!

It can get quite busy but the food here has always been lovely. Been coming here for special occasions a lot and the staff are always friendly and welcoming!

My go to place when you are craving for lots of scrumptious food. The ambiance of restaurant is friendly and extremely clean. What can I say about the chicken wings - I dream of it on nights when I am a bit peckish. And so many varieties to try, remember to go in your loose jeans as you will definitely need to loosen them

%100 sure their food quality has fallen down, there was no chicken and prowns there at all. when we raised it with the manager, she denied instead of doing some customer care. and the funny thing was nobody mentioned upon you pay over £60 for 2 people to dine in. Their Prown dish was totally empty, and she said we were not serving on Sunday while they charged us £28 in full pp. Definately due to this type of managements, their food is really bad quality. I was a regular customer there and never ever go back and waste my time and money there.

The staff here are super rude and unreasonable. I brought my nephews there for dinner as it was their birthday - they seem to like the food but I don't. I told the receptionist I was not going to eat but that just my nephews were eating and they refused to seat us. They were really rude and told me i had to leave my 10 year old nephews there alone to eat by themselves!!! The last time I went they allowed me to have a drink while my nephews ate and even then watched me like a hawk and treated us really poorly - policing my nephew even though it's all you can eat?!. In my opinion the food is cheap quality made with GM and all that nasty gloopy sauce you really don't want in your body. I'm glad actually that my nephews were refused food there because I took them somewhere much healthier.

Wouldn't let me come in with a friend who wanted to eat. I even said I can sit somewhere else not near the food as for dietary requirements I can't eat there anyway. They were not understanding and really didn't care. More worried that I will eat. If I wanted to I would purchase the buffet.

A very good place to sit with friends.

We had very disappointing experience at the resturant this evening. Food run out and the staff stopped topping it up although there was plenty of time before the restaurant close. We were not told by the reception staff that food service will stop at 9:45pm. Reception took our money and asked us if we want to pay extra for soft drinking but did not say anything about their food service cut off time! Food quality and taste were below average. I would not recommend this resturant.

Decent selection of food. Good value for money at £25 per adult for the 1hr 45 mins slot. They can easily accommodate larger groups and have plenty of seating. They were also kind enough to store the birthday cake we brought along in their fridge 🎂

We were seated quickly at Aroma Buffet. Aroma has a wide selection of delicious dishes, they also have bottomless drinks😋 It was well ventilated and we could even see fireworks from our window seats. Very impressed by the price, not steep at all for the array of choice. Wish they had 2 ice cream machines though

It’s of the few restaurants remaining who serve good buffet. The restaurant is very spacious but the most popular area is the ice cream stall which my kids love because they get to pick which ice cream they can get made in front of you. Exactly opposite Westfield, it’s a nice place to chill and find cuisine from various parts of the world.

The buffet had so many fresh options - we couldn't taste everything, but what we did was great! The sushi was absolutely delicious! 26£ per person - 3£ unlimited drinks!

The food isn't as good as it used to be. I used to love coming here but the quality isn't what it once was. Hopefully they can do something about this in the future as I used to come.fairly regularly.

Unfortunately Aroma Buffet is not the same Aroma Buffet like it used to be. The quality of food changed, the menu changed too. There is no more Thai food, but Japanese food instead, not for me. That's my personal opinion. It used to be a restaurant worth to go back, not any more. 😒

Went here recently after not being for about 6 years. They have really done up the place looks really nice and clean inside. Toilets were really clean too. Very large variety of foods, very wide selection. Everything was topped up regularly, The staff are very efficient and friendly. Were great with getting a high chair for my 1 year old. I think it's expensive for a Chinese buffet, though. I paid £56 for two adults with two Bottomless soft drinks. But definitely worth it for the ample selection, clean environment and nice atmosphere.

This placed used to be great it had a huge selection of dishes to try out but that was then......now it's a buffet that has a ridiculous "children over 150cm will be charged as a adult"overcharge so my 10 year old was charged as a adult the food is poor basic at best the food is lukewarm just pots of things nobody likes just sitting in oil especially in the indian section also I've never seen so many potato dishes in my life its a boring selection drinks are waterd down its no way near as it used to be maybe its the financial crisis going on but if that's the case it's hit this place very hard don't bother wasting your money there unless you have money to waste

Good selection of food, clean decor and never to busy that you couldn't get admission. Admission price is quite high and clever tactic to use slightly smaller plates so you think your eating a regular size but not.

Great place. Didn't try everything but all the food i had was definitely restaurant quality. The Chicken Satay and Har Gau in particular was great. The line can be a bit long for the made to serve bits like the cotton candy or ice cream rolls but that's understandable since it's just one guy doing it.

I have been there many times. The food has become very poor quality recently. The chef is rude, asked not to take more than one from Teppanyaki, and kept us await for 20 minutes for a small piece of chewy stake. It is better to spend money on a restaurant. Please do go and waste money.

I've been coming to this restaurant for years and the food and ambience makes this place a nice restaurant buffet to frequent. I had a bit of a situation with one of the staff that came off very rude while saying that pizza shouldn't be taken by hand. I was understanding and didn't try to question her, however she then went on to give a lecture and reprimanded me in front of other customers which was embarrassing - I'd like to add that I made sure to only touch the pizza I planned to take and didn't even touch the plate. I had seen another customer do this before me. I do understand why the lady felt the need to mention that pizza shouldn't be taken by hand (due to covid and all), however, there were no utensils other than a little knife to take the pizza in the first place. I feel like this could have been handled better and in a less humiliating fashion. The staff member was an older Asian lady (beware). Other than that, the rest of the staff were great.

Came here on a bank holiday and they had the all day dinner buffet in swing. There is a very big selection of food varied between Japanese, Chinese & Indian, the food is constantly topped up swiftly and staff maintain the buffet really well to ensure cleanliness & also cleared used plates from our table super quickly. The dessert selection was brilliant too, cannot go wrong with a chocolate fountain & they even had a station for freshly rolled ice cream and pancakes. I was very content & full after my visit, everything is 100% halal and there are no pork dishes which is an appreciated bonus. As someone who prefers seafood, this was an absolute haven. Excellent value for money and highly recommend, there is something for everyone and anyone to enjoy.

Aroma buffet lunch was the best above all "turkish and co" restaurants. We had a chance in Mahrosh and Antalya but Aroma is above them all. Best quality abundant and freshly made food and its genuinely buffet.. No lines and no dish empty. They are always filling them. We were about 60+ people but hadnot any complaint about any delay in a dish, dessert, drinks, sea food or jellies and ice creams. Hats of Aroma. Stay same Hope to visit you peopke in december.

Food quality has gone very poor, the beef is chewy and the majority of food isn't good anymore for the price they are charging. Used to be a lot better for the price. Food variety isn't there either. EDIT: don't even bother emailing them as they ignore your emails. Save your money and spend it somewhere else where you get more value and tastier food, and better customer service.

6/8/24-Tuesday. My husband and I went to this restaurant for a buffet dinner. I have not been to this restaurant for a very long time. Since after my work training. I am near the restaurant's area. We decided to go for a relaxing dinner. The embient of the restaurant is peaceful and spacious. They service were excellent. The moment when the place is used and empty. The server quickly cleared the used plates away. There were wide selections of food from different areas. I believed it was a HALAL restaurant, and there was NO PORK meat served. Price is very reasonable and is also a good place for family and friends. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A bit tired of the buffets in Chinatown, we searched a bit further out of the city centre. We were not disappointed with Aroma’s aromas and layout. With a good choice of Asian dishes, we tried various options in the different cuisines. With a special compliment for the sushi, the crispy duck and the Indian flavors, we enjoyed most of our experiences. The kids (half price) could not get enough from the handmade desserts. It was hard to stop tasting…

Salmon and shrimp sashimi were fresh; banana in custard was nice; curry lamb and beef brisket were tender. Plenty of ingredients in the Tung Yum Kung soup but it was more like tomatoe and coconut soup, lacked the taste of lemongrass, ginger and chilies.

You will be given 1 hour and 45 minutes to eat and vacate your table. Atmosphere is great lots of food options available however not the best quality meat or chicken. Poor salad options, and meat was generally oily. Service is excellent a lot of waiters go around to clean surfaces and take empty plates. Family of 4 we paid just under £100 so good value for open buffet in London. Parked on street.

The food is as cheap as possible, when compared with other restaurants of the same all you can eat category. Once in you're given a very specific time to eat. It's not good value and with roughly£30 per person you're better off going elsewhere. They know well that almost no one will go to refill their plates. Onion rings are much worse than the ones you get in wetherspoon ( and that says it all) and "squid" has a very funny texture, Avoid!

I enjoyed my evening. The variety of food was good. However, there were many trays that were not refilled while is was there. I would have like to have a burger section.

Lovely restaurant, and the food was delicious. We even took food home in takeaway boxes.

The food was a bit ok, not too many dishes and it can feel that the same tastes with different dishes!! Two or three dishes of sea food bit all of them not really good Service was OK Price is not worth for that quality. The only thing that can enjoy is sweets for the kids
