Food is great. All halal so even better. The rolling ice cream tasted nice. The wonderful lady who made the ice cream hooked me up with both flavours as I couldn’t decide which one I wanted! Saturday meal!

Zee told me some of the best foods to try and the hospitality was amazing 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Great buffe with decent variety of dishes to choose from. Staff were very friendly as well. They have unlimited drinks for an add-on and desserts were good (felt the ice-creams could be better).

My prefered place when Im quite hungry . i love their lamb curry, their lamb ribs and their pizza . Staff are very friendly and attentive. I noticed the clealiness is paramount too. A spacious dining area . 26 punds per person isa good deal forthe variety of different cuisines and desserts they serve. Its conveniently located across the road of Shepherds Bush underground station central line wityh many other transport links

Food was cold, went with my son who is 15 and had to be certain height for child which I think is wrong and had to pay adult price for him and he don't eat as much as an adult

As Asians from SE Asia, we found the food here to be somewhat average compared to rich flavour profile we’re used to back home, but hey, we’re in London! The menu is extensive though, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Sushi & Sashimi spread is decent 👍

I’ve visited the place on a Saturday afternoon. Huge selection of food, however the quality was very poor. I’ve tried quite a few dishes, but couldn’t find a single one that was done well. Sweet and sour chicken: sauce is nice, chicken gooey, chow mein: noodle is overcooked. Very disappointing.

Been tobaroma today the food was fabulous and service was excellent. Loved the live grill food counter and the ambience was great . Would recommend everyone to visit. Amazing food✅️✅️✅️✅️

Haven't been to aroma for a few years. There is a car park which is easily accessible. Got there a little early just before opening. The shopping center is so dead and boring. Place opened on time. Was quite a selction. Same as how I remembered it. Despite the array or choices there was nothing that really stood out. The dishes were good to average but nothing exceptional. I would say it is worth a visit if you haven't been because first time I went I thought wow. They have tepanyaki and sushi, some poorly made Indian dishes, loads of fried items. The fish was incredibly greasy. Prawns not de-veined.Duck was as you expect. It was okay. The ice cream roll was nice although I think they guy making it was being extremely stingey. He gave me and my wife half a lotus biscuit for our cream roll to share. The dessert cakes were usual mass scale manufactured poor tasting desserts. This place is once a year visit if that for me. Saw lots of people with take away boxes. Service was okay. Manager was very attentive and lead by example. We went to have the icrea cream roll but we was too early. We was about to leave but he told us to come back and got his dedicated ice cream person to jump on 10 mins early for is. I appreciated that and was nice if the manager. Thankyou

Literally the best buffet ever! So many choices and everything tastes SO good. If you don’t like it, you are tasteless (not sorry) 😌

Good overall was disgusting. Dumplings had raw chicken and when I showed it to the waiters, they said that it was cooked first then put into the dumpling. But chicken was still pink so didn’t understand that really. For £27, I assumed the food would be great, but I was shocked. The shrimp was a funny story actually, the display board said it was ready to eat so I peeled the shrimp and was about to eat it until I noticed the poop line was still there!! I called the waiter again and said that these are supposed to be removed when still raw. He said no the customer should take it out with a fork. That’s how they’re normally eaten. For £27, the shrimp should already have been deveined. I’m not gonna complain about the deserts, that was nice but the atmosphere, again, simply not worth it. The chef station were blasting songs and the main floor on the restaurant was blasting different music. Gave me a headache. To summarise, don’t recommend to go here, try brown rice instead in Hammersmith.

Expensive found the food overall cold It was a big didappointment

It was great getting there but was very far. I made the mistake of parking at westfield white city. I would advise to get here by train as its the easiest. Lovely location but wish to have had a window seat as the views are to die for. Lovely place with plenty of options. Wish they had more options on the fruit part of it but apart from that it was really nice.

Staff were so helpful and friendly The decor and cleanliness was definitely on point- sink to wash hands, toilets etc Leftovers plates and tissues always taken away. Served lots of oriental starters and also had chicken curry, naan, popadoms, chutneys The food quality however was not great. I didn’t try the Tom yum soup or the sweetcorn soup. The crab claws were tasteless. The duck & pancakes didn’t taste that great. The Katsu curry didn’t taste great. The prawn curry was tasteless. The sushi were some of the worst I’ve tasted. I didn’t try the teppanyaki. Maybe that would have been better. I didn’t try the pizza. The prawn dumplings were quite tasteless. The chocolate fountain had chocolate that tasted stale. The options for dessert were not great. Honestly I felt the tinned peach slice was the tastiest of the desserts. The satay sauce was gloopy and barely had a peanut taste. The Singapore fried noodles were definitely the best of what was there. The honey roast chicken legs were quite nice too. There’s lots of variety and some exciting options but unfortunately the quality isn’t there. I preferred Jimmy’s / JRC Global buffet or Royal Nawaab.

I have come to this location multiple times and have never had any problems. The food is outstanding and the workers are helpful and efficient. I will be coming here again a lot and I recommend for anyone who likes a diverse range of cuisine.

Overall, it's not a bad place to dine. The variety of food is great, with the majority being around Asian cuisine. There are some more European cuisines (mainly for children) like chips, chicken nuggets and pizza. You pay at the door before you dine and the food is in aisles, all labelled and replenished within reasonable timing. Music is played in the background and is not too loud. The sound of other customers can easily drown out the music. The place is suitable for all ages but be warned as children may still have to pay adult prices is the are above 150cm tall. Soft drinks are at an extra cost but are unlimited. I did find the black bean sauce chicken a little too salty, but to be fair , I do like my food on the bland side. Overall, I would come again.

Aroma Buffet in Shepherd’s Bush was a bit of a mixed experience. The food was just okay nothing special, but not terrible either. There was a decent selection, but I expected better quality for the price. The staff were absolutely lovely, really attentive, polite, and welcoming, which made the visit much more pleasant. However, the atmosphere was not great. The clientele was incredibly loud and rowdy, and it felt quite chaotic at times. I was surprised by how rough the crowd was, considering it’s not exactly a budget buffet. Definitely not the place for a relaxed or refined dining experience.

Not terrible, not great. Only really worth it if you want to eat a lot of mediocre food. Not worth the price if you don't eat a lot.

This place looks great, the ambiance and the decor is amazing. The staff were friendly and always available if you had a questions. They have a huge selection of food, ranging from Chinese food, Italian food, Indian food, etc. They also had a quite a few dessert options. To get the child discount prices the child has to be 150cm or below to get the discounted price of £14. Which I don’t think is right as you could be taking a child with you who is tall and you have to pay £26. If the food was actually warm, it may have been better, even though we came 1 hour and 30 minutes before the closing time that is still not an excuse for the food to be next to cold in temperature. I recommend the Singapore noodles, they were really nice. The sweet and sour chicken tasted good however the chicken was a tough when biting into it. But other than that I enjoyed the food that I ate. The squid rings did not taste like squid they kind of tasted like mozzarella cheese instead, and the chicken nuggets were mushy. We tried the chocolate fountain and to be totally honest it tasted like stale chocolate. I do recommend trying this place, hopefully the food is warm when you try it, I generally believe it’s just because we arrived closer to closing time but still. They have so much food that it would be difficult to not find something you like, and that is coming from a picky eater myself. I think it is worth the money especially if you can eat a lot of food.

The girl at the entrance is extremely unwelcoming and unpleasant. The food is ok. I like desserts the most. 🤭 After the second coming it gets boring.

It was good being here for lunch. Food and drinks were both great. I would be more satisfied if there was lamb.

I recently visited Aroma buffet to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. While we were hoping for a great dining experience, a few things really stood out in a negative way. First, the food selection was quite disappointing. Some of the dishes were either not fresh or lacked flavor, and the variety was limited compared to other buffets we’ve been to. Given the occasion, we were expecting a better spread, but it was underwhelming. The atmosphere was another letdown. It felt crowded and noisy, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. The overall ambiance just wasn’t welcoming, and the service didn’t do much to improve the experience. For the price and the occasion, we were hoping for something much better. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for a special celebration. There are definitely better buffet options out there.

Lovely restraunt fantastic food

Very cosy and spacious venue. Lots of different choices. Food is delicious and freshly made.

I was initially looking forward to coming here and trying the buffet. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. I found the food to be bland, beige and lacking in flavour. Everything was cold and dry. The desert section was better than the food section. I wouldn’t visit again. However, it was halal which was good.

It's a great place to be. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere. The only thing is expected a bit more variation of cuisine, but it was kind of limited. Nevertheless, the taste was good for the majority of the items available, so OK. Unable to name one exceptional item that we love to have again, so nothing special but overall a good experience.

They wanted to charge £26 per child because they were taller than 150cm. Even though their sign says under 18. How can you justify charging adult pricing to an 11 Yr old because they are taller than the greeter??

We had party of 18 people. And that was perfect place. All different types of food make that everyone found something delicious. Grill food was amazing. Deserts with so many options. Big choice of drinks in bar. And the most important, fantastic staff, smiling all the time, very helpful. I will definitely come back with my family.

Best place to taste Asian Food within Budget

Amazing selection of dishes to choose from so there's something for everyone's different tastes along with the Asian dishes they have a range of child friendly meals for children like nuggets etc. They have Chinese cuisine,Japanese cuisine , Indian cuisine , little mix of Korean cuisine. Alot of dessert options too! Staff were polite, Atmosphere was clean & tidy. Easy disabled access via lift from the ground floor . Great for Family gathering , parties and events. ❤️👍

If you are looking for a fantastic dining experience, Aroma Buffet is a must-visit. It is conveniently located close to Westfield London and it is perfect for pairing with a shopping trip. The atmosphere was lovely; it was not too busy when we first arrived but then lots of people came after. It is a beautiful and modern place that feels welcoming and vibrant. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive which made our experience so special. We opted for the £17 lunch buffet per person and it was absolutely worth it. The range of food options available was impressive, offering Chinese, Indian, Japanese, other Oriental selections and so much more. There was even pizza for those wanting something different. On top of that, they also had a snacks buffet which included cakes, biscuits, ice cream, other desserts, sweets and even a chocolate fountain. I felt utterly spoilt and truly got my money's worth! The food itself was nice with the highlights being the sushi and chicken dumplings which were particularly good. I cannot wait to return for the dinner buffet to explore the other options they have to offer! Aroma Buffet is a gem for food lovers looking for the variety, value for money and a great dining experience. I highly recommend!

I wouldn't say the food is 4 star anymore, I don't know but it doesn't taste as good as before. Seevice? It's self service... but the price for children, is a 0 star. Atmosphere, its good. Everyone is all hungry so nobody cares lol. I used to come here all the time when the adult dinner price was £16.99. The food was great back then and worth the price but the desert Is so dry. The price is ridiculous now, I won't say it worth more than £21.99. But now the price is £25.00 The price for a child 90cm is £3. Child 150cm is £14. Let's be real, I'm hong kong citizens and I know aisan are short. We can't use Asia population height compare to British people. My children are mixed, my 7 month baby is 95cm... so you're telling me babies eat takeaway food as young as 7 month. Then my other 3 year old and 4 year old is 140cm and you're telling me I have to pay £14.00 when all they eat will probably cost £5 worth of food... I feel like the children price have to be more reasonable... or either pay for their age...

A Truly Disappointing Experience at Aroma Buffet Our visit to Aroma Buffet was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped inside, we were met with a depressing array of food that looked stale and unappetizing. The supposed "buffet" was a dismal spread of unvaried dishes, all drenched in oil to the point of being inedible. The food seemed lifeless, as though it had been sitting there for hours, untouched and uncared for. The hygiene standards were appalling. The counters were greasy, utensils looked unclean, and the general atmosphere was far from inviting. It was genuinely revolting to even think about eating from 90% of the offerings. My family and I felt utterly disgusted and hesitant to touch most of the food. In desperation, I decided to try the pizza, hoping for at least one redeeming dish. However, it turned out to be a massive disappointment as well – bland, soggy, and completely unremarkable. My family’s faces mirrored my dismay, and their disappointment was palpable. We couldn’t wait to leave the place and put this horrendous experience behind us. Aroma Buffet was a complete disaster, and the only thing we took with us was the regret of ever stepping foot inside. Never again!

It can get quite busy but the food here has always been lovely. Been coming here for special occasions a lot and the staff are always friendly and welcoming!

A pesar de tener un sistema de reservas, permiten a las personas entrar por orden de llegada. Todos los platos de comida donde delicioso y en buenos estándares de salud. El personal es cooperativo y eficiente. Hay un amplio aparcamiento en el aparcamiento del centro comercial, así que simplemente aparcar y caminar hasta Resturant. I recently visited Aroma Buffet and was absolutely blown away by the variety and quality of the food! From fresh sushi and authentic Asian dishes to hearty roasts and indulgent desserts, there was something for everyone. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ensured everything was constantly replenished. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it perfect for both casual dining and special occasions. My go to place when you are craving for lots of scrumptious food. The ambiance of restaurant is friendly and extremely clean. What can I say about the chicken wings - I dream of it on nights when I am a bit peckish. And so many varieties to try, remember to go in your loose jeans as you will definitely need to loosen them

%100 sure their food quality has fallen down, there was no chicken and prowns there at all. when we raised it with the manager, she denied instead of doing some customer care. and the funny thing was nobody mentioned upon you pay over £60 for 2 people to dine in. Their Prown dish was totally empty, and she said we were not serving on Sunday while they charged us £28 in full pp. Definately due to this type of managements, their food is really bad quality. I was a regular customer there and never ever go back and waste my time and money there.

The staff here are super rude and unreasonable. I brought my nephews there for dinner as it was their birthday - they seem to like the food but I don't. I told the receptionist I was not going to eat but that just my nephews were eating and they refused to seat us. They were really rude and told me i had to leave my 10 year old nephews there alone to eat by themselves!!! The last time I went they allowed me to have a drink while my nephews ate and even then watched me like a hawk and treated us really poorly - policing my nephew even though it's all you can eat?!. In my opinion the food is cheap quality made with GM and all that nasty gloopy sauce you really don't want in your body. I'm glad actually that my nephews were refused food there because I took them somewhere much healthier.

Wouldn't let me come in with a friend who wanted to eat. I even said I can sit somewhere else not near the food as for dietary requirements I can't eat there anyway. They were not understanding and really didn't care. More worried that I will eat. If I wanted to I would purchase the buffet.

We had very disappointing experience at the resturant this evening. Food run out and the staff stopped topping it up although there was plenty of time before the restaurant close. We were not told by the reception staff that food service will stop at 9:45pm. Reception took our money and asked us if we want to pay extra for soft drinking but did not say anything about their food service cut off time! Food quality and taste were below average. I would not recommend this resturant.

El personal de recepción no nos dijo que el servicio de comidas se detendrá a las 9 : 45 pm. Recepción tomó nuestro dinero y nos preguntó si queremos pagar extra por refrescos, pero no dijo nada sobre su servicio de comida cortó el tiempo! La calidad y el sabor de los alimentos fueron inferiores a la media. No recomendaría este restaurante.

Decent selection of food. Good value for money at £25 per adult for the 1hr 45 mins slot. They can easily accommodate larger groups and have plenty of seating. They were also kind enough to store the birthday cake we brought along in their fridge 🎂

We were seated quickly at Aroma Buffet. Aroma has a wide selection of delicious dishes, they also have bottomless drinks😋 It was well ventilated and we could even see fireworks from our window seats. Very impressed by the price, not steep at all for the array of choice. Wish they had 2 ice cream machines though

It’s of the few restaurants remaining who serve good buffet. The restaurant is very spacious but the most popular area is the ice cream stall which my kids love because they get to pick which ice cream they can get made in front of you. Exactly opposite Westfield, it’s a nice place to chill and find cuisine from various parts of the world.

The buffet had so many fresh options - we couldn't taste everything, but what we did was great! The sushi was absolutely delicious! 26£ per person - 3£ unlimited drinks!
