The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

First time I've ordered from here but I'll order again, the food was excellent

Been an on going customer for years never had a problem but now I live 0.5miles away if not closer they still charge me delivery the food has gone up in price but devalued in quantity £21 for black bean and rice and salt&pepper chicken and the containers wasn’t even full WONT BE ORDERING AGAIN!!

No taste very very disappointed. We had 10 different dishes. Very little meat in dishes but lots of onion's. Will try somewhere eles next time

The best chinese in the area by far, lovely staff and food is really nice and tasty with really generous portions.

Ordered from this place for the first time last week, forgot our chips and pulled out a hair from one of the chicken ball batters! Never again.

I went here as a pitstop before I went on a causal boat trip with my partner. We tried to get some prawn crackers to see us through, and when they came out they were all chewy in the middle, it might be as there normal chef was off but even so.

Closed for refurbishment at the moment so dont be fooled by google saying its open. They do great chips (always freshly cooked) just needs more veggie friendly dishes for the chinese menu. (Tofu dishes at least.) Golden eagle opposite has a much bigger veggie menu but a little pricey in my view.

We were staying at the Travelodge over the road & came across this Chinese as we were looking for somewhere to have dinner. Family of 6...X2 adults & X4 children. It was quiet & cosy in here & the atmosphere was lovely. The staff were very friendly & attentive. Chicken curry was delicious, salt & pepper chips were so tasty, chicken & pineapple was delish & the portion sizes were very generous indeed. We also ate chicken balls, spring rolls & they also served complimentary prawn crackers with a very tasty sweet & tangy sauce. We were very impressed that they had our drinks of choice...Bacardi white rum & fresh pineapple juice. Meal ended with some very cute fortune cookies! Such a lovely place to eat, lovely decor too & would highly recommend Seven Stars!! 🙂

We previously used Cherry House a couple of years ago and the food was great. We haven’t ordered many takeaways recently but then we ordered from them a couple of days ago - wow the quality has really dropped and all the dishes were bland and tasteless. We won’t be going back.

We were on holiday in Wooler. Got a Takeaway from here. I have to say that the English meal of Chicken and chips with mushrooms and gravy, is the best that we have ever had . It was absolutely delicious .

One of the best places to get Chinese food from in the uk in my opinion, just a shame that it close to stansted social club that’s full of nonces

¡La peor comida china que he comido! Pedimos carne de res rallada frita, que no tenía carne - ¡no bromeo! - con forma de flor pero consistente. La casa especial chiw mein era una versión pobre de lo que podías hacer tú mismo en casa, sin olvidar la tostada de gambas que era plana y quemada y parecía de 1 día de edad. Lo único positivo fue el pollo agridulce. Y eso fue positivo solo porque todo lo demás era tan, tan extraordinariamente pobre. ¡Evite a toda costa, ordene por su cuenta y riesgo!

Only one word. AMAZING! All of the available dishes were tasty and also a lot of choices for vegetarians. My personal FAV is definitely the Special Fried Rice

Very expensive for average food . £9 for a chow mien ,more vegetables than meat & £5.50 for salt & pepper chips out pricing themselves.
