Delivery drivers need to walk inside hotel not always call and try and make us come outside in rain for wet food!! FOOD ITSELF DELICIOUS

Poor selection of gluten-free food. The staff were helpful when asked, but it wouldn't have cost them anything to smile a little

Food was old and cold, whole bag was rejected and they came and collected, a refund is required.

although was later than first stated by 30 mins . the food was very tasty and hot and full of flavour . will use again

everything else was great but the chow main was awful.

It's ok The staff were ok. Food was ok. There's a big variety when it comes to the food, all sorts to please everyone really.. I'd be careful of cross contamination though if you have any allergies or intolerance. It's a lovely setting but the food itself is mediocre at best. I dont think we would return to be honest but I do see why people go as it's a relaxed atmosphere and good for families.

The staff were really friendly and we really enjoyed the food 🍱. The food was quick and really tasty. We ordered the mix bento and ramen and we bought enjoyed it
