Morrisons Cafe in Wiltshire

Been in two Fridays running now to take advantage of the Friday fish offer, very little to choose from, no fishmonger on duty either. Butchers unhappy to help. Used to be a good store, sadly not now

Great breakfast and the kids eat free. Friendly staff. Would recommend.

Ordered small fish and chips expecting the usual frozen, cardboard fish, but was served fresh fish in beautiful bubbly batter, absolutely delicious. We were sooo surprised and delighted. Thank you.

WHATEVER HAPPENED TO MORRISONS. What used to be a bright, cheerful, pleasant supermarket to shop in has become dark , dingy and downright scruffy, Friday 27th September 2024, Rubbish strewn outside the store, Rats on the path leading to Weymouth street, Entrance doors that barely work, dark, dingy lighting, empty shelves and no attempt made to remove empty boxes, few if any staff, if you want people to come to what used to be a great store you need to buck your ideas up , there is plenty of choice in Warminster and customers will vote with their feet, so sad to see a good store like this go downhill.

Only a quick trip in but had everything I needed

The petrol station is a decent size (8 pumps) and, perhaps because this is a garrison town, the selection of beers, wines, spirits, ciders, liqueurs, etc. is probably the best I've seen in any supermarket anywhere. Other than that, it's a supermarket, what more can be said?

Excellent store with all you need with a restaurant and plenty of parking

We visited the cafe and the macaroni and cheese was awful made with fake cheese and they ran out of garlic bread without telling anyone and was replaced with chips. The cafe and toilets were not very clean. Till staff were friendly and shelves well stocked.

Good offers and some items that other stores don't have. Also good to have actual counters for deli etc. Good bakery section. Managed to get a few things that other supermarkets don't have.

Always fresh and plenty of choices. The cafe also serves up some nice food which is not expensive.

Good place to shop, however the cafe needs a good deep clean , food is OK they don't appear to understand people ordering by the app for their meals strange but true I don't think we will eat there again.

Poo vegan meals selection, needs more vegan food. Very disappointed with the salad bar items poorly marked we are vegan. Lots of products not marked. Isles blocked with offers pallets.

As I got limited mobility issues I use my road legal mobility scooter round the shop while shopping staff are friendly and helpful and Jane or june at customer service she amazing and luke on self checkouts always polite and scans and pack my shopping for me.. very happy with warminster store..

Using the garage as a wheelchair user, I was helped in a matter of minutes. Thank you for taking the time to help. The team inside the store are always there to give a hand. That's teamwork 👏

Poorly managed...lack of cleanliness and attention to detail. Food average....it needs a complete overhaul from management down to improve this place!

waited around 25 mins for food, eggs were over cooked and had hair in it, no cutlery available, bacon was raw, no beans, queues were going out to the cafe entrance, staff not paying attention to the till. tables weren’t cleared away and wiped down. the rudeness of the staff was ridiculous, didn’t like the fact we said the eggs had hair on it, usually a nice place to eat, been let down massively. wasn’t even that busy.

Very friendly staff and good selection of products.

About as bad as it gets as far as food goes. Staff lovely even if they say food will take 45 minutes because they cant be arsed, i just say ok and it turns up in five minutes. The fat fryers are not hot enough leading to food seeped in oil, oven chips hot held and dry. Very often they say items are out of stock, if only there was a supermarket near by! They say they have to only use their supplier and yet their manager told me they can get items from the shop floor and there is procedure in place. My 7 and 5 year old daughters wont eat the nuggets, chips or sausages from there and they generally will eat anything!

To many large big trolleys blocking the Isles

This week I headed off on holiday to Longleat centre parks I thought it would be a great idea to pop into Morrisons to grab a few bits for the week woke up this morning to find my cheese I bought 2 days and kept in the fridge covered with mold it has completely put me off having any breakfast this morning thanks less reason to shop at Morrison

Pre booked bacon rolls for contractors, all done on time with a smile. Contractors very happy with their breakfast. Also great value for money.

Well stocked. Friendly staff. But I've only given 4 stars because there's a cafe which used to be excellent and now serves very little food. Very disappointing

The Morrisons breakfast is excellent value for money. Staff friendly and very helpful, happy to cook my egg the way I like it.

Its a shop but we went into cafe for a coffee. Breakfast is nice though. Tea was like dirty wasging up water lol. Hot chocolate was lovely though, friendly staff too.

Typical Morrisons store, although this one is a bit underwhelming and feels like it could do with some TLC and the staff could benefit from a drop of energy, it's a very sleepy store, the lighting in some of the isles is like your bedside lamp 🛋️ not very bright.

Cafe had stopped serving hot food when I arrived at 2.30pm. Short dates on a lot of items and rude staff

Used to go every week for the very good all day breakfast but it's not "all day" in December (although there's no mention of this on the menu). Arrived early to order before midday cut off time but no staff so couldn't order. Staff magically appeared at midday and we're told we missed the cutoff ! Next time arrived even earlier to be told they'd "run out" of breakfast ! What ?. We're in a supermarket for goodness' sake ! Clearly not true. Happy to report we've found a better local cafe for our weekly breakfast meet ups. Morrisons are the pits in more ways than one !

Not fit for purpose as a supermarket. Just visited at 10am on a Thursday and they had no fish or meat counter stocked, the lights weren't even on! and no packs of beef, lamb, pork, cold meats etc on the shelves. Two blokes putting some stuff out but not good enough when you are there to stock up for a week. The wine aisle was depleted too. When I left at 1030 having not got most of the things I wanted due to lack of stock or insane prices, I noticed there was now ice on the fish counter but still no fish. This place used to be decent but has really gone downhill since lockdown. Also the car park is a badly designed nightmare.

We ordered some sandwiches for a party to be collected at a later date, they were absolutely delicious, freshly made that day and were very good value for money. Still excellent value.

Self Service tills. I have no problem with them. I actually like them because I don't have to engage in mind-numbing chit-chat. But in this place they are awful - because there are never any staff around to do their stuff for all the usual hiccups e.g. alcohol. More staff in this area is needed. Instead of them blocking the aisles filling baskets for Internet shoppers.

Middle ranking Supermarket chain. The aisles are often cluttered with staff trolleys and now that they have partnered with Amazon Prime there are often staff members who are fulfilling Prime orders. I am not sure how that impacts on staff numbers at checkout and on the floor.

Tried chatting to lady on till - totally not interested and not friendly. Coffee was ok but sandwiches were so tasteless . Same packs from shop so won't be bothering getting one in store either. Used to use Morrison cafe a lot but they have got so expensive and standards aren't as good

A lovely supermarket with a varied range of products. Cafe is fine for a cuppa, but breakfast was a little overcooked and dry, and the staff in the cafe seemed to resent the fact they had to serve customers.

The cafe was in a right mess on our visit.Not a single table had been cleared. Cutlery was on the floor and food everywhere. We left along with others.Lots of staff around not one was interested in cleaning the tables. Been to lots of Morrisons stores, and they have been exceptionall.

We had breakfast in the cafe 2 days in a row. Other than being very slow when the food came it was lovely. TBF 4 stars for that day The second day however was not so good. The two cooked breakfast orders were wrong and considering they are set orders and we didn't change anything, have no idea how that happens. To be fair though the lady that we spoke to was really good about it, especially when my grandson decided to have a breakfast from the kids eat free deal after we had set and paid for our original order. Sadly though even that was wrong. How can you get 3 items wrong. Unfortunately though the worst bit was watching the man serving the food. He was continually touching he's beard then straight into buttering and cutting the toast. What was more stomach churning was when he took he's baseball cap off stocked his head a few times, repositioned he's cap and carried on with the toast and serving. He desperately needs to do a good hygiene course. 1 star that day.

Good decent priced supermarket. A bit shy on some products like lamb and cheeses such as block elemental. Good selections of wine and beer.

Only used for pay at pump fuel. No gloves available though.

Contactless pay, hooray! Plus I did go in the shop, to avail myself of the facilities and bought some vape juice I know, I know!). Guy behind the counter served me with a smile and complimented me on my car!

What can I say? It's Morrisons, a large supermarket. In Warminster, it's handy for parking for a wander around the town, then a wander round the supermarket

This is my local Morrison's and I can generally get everything I need. Staff are kind and welcoming and always ask if I need my bags packed as I'm disabled. Thank you all so much 💗.

Fabulous. Popped in to get some ice cream, pancakes and some other bits. Big store. Friendly staff. Big car park. Used the self scan till. Quick and easy. But shocked by the price of a bag..... 60p 😯 Toilets available. Wheelchair access.

Prices have gone through the roof.!!! Going back to sainsbury for my next shop.

Over priced for most essentials, go to Lidls, butter ,cheese, etc.

Clean and had what I wanted, what more can you ask of a supermarket.

Inside no heating all you get is excuses never shop there again AVOID for your health

Awful shop, bins of stuff and pallets blocking the aisles, staff that don't seem to give a toss. If you use the self serve checkouts, you often wait ages to get alcohol approved and don't even mention the policy of having under 18s on the regular checkouts who can't authorise alcohol purchases. Quite iften there aren't any baskets by the door if you're doing a quick shop and an instore bakery that often has no bread available even at 9am. Offers such as four canned beers for the price of three often not applied at the checkout as are bottles of wine that you're often charged more than the shelf price. Useless and never gets any better.

Good store but soooo expensive nowadays!

The Morrisons at Warminster is more less a village shop in bigger size. There are less option and items are expensive than other towns within the area. Only good thing is they have large space for carpark.

My usual supermarket. Friendly helpful staff and quite a good selection available for a smaller branch. Handy cafe for breakfast which is good value and tasty.

There's not much to dislike about this store. Friendly, chatty staff, good range of products and a fantastic café. (Breakfasts are great!! Mind you, Morrisons have always offered great breakfasts!!!) Enjoy.

In need of a complete refurbishment, shelves don't flow in order, stock all over the place, worst morrisons I've ever been in.

Went to morrisons Warminster for breakfast today has to be the worst breakfast i have ever paid for in my life burt sausages Well under cook egg cold beans bacon and hash brown the mushrooms were absolutely disgusting the toast was like bread hardly toasted and it took about 40 minutes to be served it with hardly anyone in the cafe. Avoid at all cost about time they got someone who knows how to cook. And it was served in a bowl 🤔

Went into the restaurant at lunchtime (1.30) to order fish and chips and told no fish,then I said I'll have a cheeseburger instead.....but no cheeseburger.I then ordered scampi and chips at £6.99 which arrived with a smile about 10 minutes later,all good apart from the tiny mean portions,there must have been about 50p's worth of food on the plate....if that! No wonder Morrisons restaurants are usually empty,bang out of order.They used to be brilliant in the past.

Gluten free selection is not as good as it use to be, also the cost has on some items has risen by 130%... Terrible..

A good range of butchery and seafood products not sold by other supermarkets. Shame they have ceased to stock their chunky chilli beef soup though.

Excellent shopping...as with all supermarkets...there toilets need to be cleaned more regularly.

I have spent time in the restaurant area whilst waiting for the windscreen to be replaced and apart from the staff being super nice and helpful I had to take the few stars down as: The sandwitch selection was very poor and not fresh - I had cheese and pickle sandwitch and it looked like it should not be on the shelf no more) The hot drink was nice but as the area was super cold there the drink went cold within seconds - i sat in my winter coat the entire time.
