Had a delivery from these to lay-by near Stone Henge while in our camper van. The food was lovely, best we’ve had in a long time and still very hot. Driver was really nice and found us amongst all the other vans Highly recommend

Great food as always but delivery driver has some lacking ‘people communiqué’ & whilst he may also think himself as an F1 driver in trashing my drive pots, he ain’t! Additionally, lady in charge at HQ had nothing to say other than her boss was away in China? Hilarious!

Ordered a few times now , normally for delivery , collected once. The food is lovely delivered hot have arrived a few different dishes and all has been lovely , staff are great and very friendly , will definitely be back for more

Ordered chicken curry with egg fried rice, chips and a pot of curry sauce for me and my partner, it was lovely. The only thing I will say is that the onion in the curry needed cooking more as it was quite hard

Worst chinese food I've ever tasted. Not chinese cooking at all. Not sure why the cooks call it chinese when it doesn't taste like it at all. Never eating from here again and will advise family and friends.

Ordered the takeaway today. Food was absolutely horrendous. Never ever eating from them again. As of taste, lets start with absolutely no taste in the food. Completely, zero taste no flavour and very bland. Ordered salt and pepper chips sent me plain chips. Having ordered pork ribs egg fried rice curry sauce and salt and paper chips. Couldn’t finish even half as it didn’t taste like Chinese at all. I am a big fan of Chinese and this was more like food for plain people. Absolutely gutted and feel sick now. Never order from here.

Absolutely vile! !, burnt rice , the chilli beef was so hard it was inedible this used to be so consistent, i don't know what's happened but that's 3 bad meals in a row and unfortunately that's a strike and I wont be returning

Second time I have ordered from here. Extremely late every time, no acknowledgement from the staff, "we're very busy, your food is with the driver" same response both times and the food turned up about 10 mins after the call. Food isn't terrible, but isn't great. Find somewhere else

3 times in a row the food has been awful. Used to regularly order here but recently the standard of the food has dipped to the point I’ve thrown it in the bin. Me and my wife order a variety of food and both agree it’s changed beyond recognition. Has it changed hands ? Very disappointed, won’t be back.

Shocking, ordered at 9.04pm, call at 10:30 to be told they have been to my house twice and called a number that isn’t mine, Been sat here waiting for my dinner the whole time… absolute joke….

We had the best take away meal foralong time, white chicken breast in a crispy batter, chicken chow mein and mushrooms. Definitely going back for more!

Food ok, bit expensive for what it is, nice local Chinese food

Food is good service is quick and pleasant for a take away its friendly atmosphere with a TV in the corner and few chairs fir whilst you wait..food is usually pretty quick unless really busy was a little disappointed last time ordered as food wasn't to the usual standard but put that down to being late order close to closing time.

Chicken has no taste whatsoever. Generally not very good

Takeaway took over an hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and certainly not worth the wait. It was a simple chicken curry, quite hard to get wrong ! The chicken was very dry obviously precooked and then added to the sauce, shan't bother again.

We ordered a takeaway to be delivered, one chicken curry, one prawn curry and one chicken and black bean, all with rice. Both curry’s were absolutely flavourless… I swore that the first time I ordered from you a few weeks ago that I’d come back every time but this round was absolutely awful 17/12/2022

It was my first visit to this takeaway & I was delighted with my Thai Green curry. Food was freshly cooked & piping hot.

Tonight we ordered a meal from the Noble House for my wife's birthday, so spent over £50 and in return received very poor food - Pork Balls that were nothing but grissle, Crispy Duck that was dry and hard and a special curry that was far from special. When I called to complain and received a call back, the young man was clearly not interested in putting anything right and I ended up telling him that after being a loyal customer ever since we have lived here, I was voting with my feet and would not order again. Then, ten minutes later I received a call from a young Chinese man who said "I understand the food wasn't all that" and then said "I am so sorry, I have never been more sorry in my life. In fact why don't you come down here and I'll give you a kiss, know what I mean". He then hung up. Clearly respect for customers etc. Is not something high on their agenda. Up until tonight, we have always had good food from the Noble house, along with efficient and wholly polite service. I can only assume they have been taken over?

Ordered online like we do every time. Had to leave contact details as normal. Selected a time available. Time came and gone. Called the phone number to ask where my order was. Oh we had a delivery further away so we’ve delayed your order. It will now be half an hour I was told, tbh they could have at least called to let me know, they had my number. But nothing. Asked for discount due to this and was told they can’t give discount or credit towards next future order. Not on really. Paying for a service and delivery that they can’t let me know has changed.

Took ages to arrive, the food was nice and hot however it didn't taste nice and fresh, prawn fried rice extremely bland, was like old egg fried rice with a few prawns chucked in, no vedge no seasoning nothing. Noodles bland and strange texture. Prices are too high for the quality. It's a shame because I've had decent order from here before.

Second time now i had their chinese food. Chicken was 2nd rate and tasteless, pork balls dry and hard pork, horrible, chips were cooked 2 days ago, just not worh ordering food from there, gave them a second chance, meals identical ,, awfull and they know it.. Sorry but true.

Quality food, there is a lot to choose in our area but this one stands out.

Absolutely rubbish! Gloopy curry sauce 🤮, far to sweet yellow bean sauce. Everything is swamped in grease so will give this one a miss in the future, seriously not worth the money.

Friendly staff and great range of dishes at reasonable prices. The online ordering system is very efficient. Its a pity the loyalty points system doesn't seem to work.

Just spoke to my Son, who said he ordered from Noble, chinese, against my advice, yet again food was late and crap del drivers who was rude aggressive , I tell every one not to eat there, one day people will listen

Delivery was 40 min late, and the scruffy looking driver in the grey Peugeot was very rude. I had to tell him to behave like an adult, rude little man.

Ordered a House Special with fried rice and it was all rice with hardly any meat and no sauce. Very disappointing.

Good portions, tasty and delivered in under 30 minutes on Saturday night. Cant fault the taste or the value, safe to say we (6 of us) were all happy and full.

Orderd using their website.First of all I thought "oh a chinese resturant with a online order system... must be good".Checked out , Orderd special rice, orange chicken, prawn balls, chips and mini spring rolls.For a chinese, it was quite expensive.Food arrived quite fast.Chips - a little warm and tasted/ texture was old/stale.Orange chicken was terrible, the chicken was hard and chewy, like it had been cooked, frozen, then cooked again. The rice was OK, little weird tasting though.Misses didnt mind the prawn balls. Although they all seemed to be cooked a little different.Wont bother with this place again.

Thought we would try this place as have read good reviews. Wish we hadn't of bothered. Chips were barely cooked. Beef curry was only just warm, had a nice flavour though, Roast pork and beansprouts, worst I've ever had, bland, watery no flavour whatsoever. Crispy lamb, not crispy.

Have just had a takeaway from Noble House for our 10yr anniversary and I can safely say it’s the worst takeaway I think I’ve ever had. Delivery time said 45 mins and it turned up 1hr 45mins later which I could deal with if it was hot and good but it wasn’t. The food was cold, burnt and chewy not one of the 5 dishes was edible!!!! I don’t think I’ve ever known a Chinese takeaway to burn egg fried rice but they managed it. We ordered from here due to our usual Chinese takeaway being closed on a Tuesday but will never return again and would advise others to avoid if you want a nice meal.

I have been ordering at Noble House weekly for 2 years and have told everyone who would listen, try Noble House the food is fresh and crispy and the flavours just explode in your mouth.I am also self employed and being ex catering trade know what quality and service is all about.In March 2020 after 3 bad meals I told the missus we would not be going back however after our new Chinese was closed tonight we thought we would give Noble House another chance reminiscing on how amazing they used to be..Chicken ball, Szechuan chicken, chips, egg fried rice and curry sauce (our usual) was ordered, 40 mins delivery time..Close to 2 hours later our food arrived, chicken balls wet, soggy and warm...Szechuan chicken chewy and not edible...chips, hard and crispy...egg fried rice burnt (how do you burn rice) I would mention the rock hard and inedible prawn crackers but they were FOC.Before posting I called and explained and was told new chefs and offered a free course next time..THE RANT.. Next time ? You joking !!! 4 bad meals in a row, personally think your success of offering delicious food is over, grown too big and you can’t deliver what you did.. I don’t want to hurt your business or future but your food is appalling, your delivery service is shocking.Anyone who reads this and orders and has a good meal, please let me know.

Absolutely love the food!!! Always a high standard!! Customer service has improved loads since there was a Young lad hired for front of house, he is a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the business.

Just had a takeaway and was disappointed beyond belief. Tasteless and stodgy rice. Price on i telnet is different to what they actually charge, wonder how many people notice that one. Quality has reduced from what used to be an excellent Chinese. Price up standard down im afraid. Shame

Great food. On the photo there is chicken chow mein, salt and pepper squid, chips, chilli beef, sweet and sour chicken balls, prawn toast and pancake roll. And yes I managed to finish it! Food wasn’t too salty which is good, usually when I have a Chinese it would be overly salty. Good quantity of food provided also. Average price but could be cheaper. Reasonable. Would recommend for people to try. I will be eating from here again.

I ordered online to be delivered at 7.30 this evening. Food turned up at 6.40pm. I placed this order after a friend recommended them. The food was stone cold. I think the food would have been better if it was hot. Has potential. Food needs to be delivered HOT and the delivery time you choice should be USED. Not almost one hour early.

Been a customer since they opened...I use to love their food. Haven't been there for a long time. Went last week..Asked for Salt and pepper chicken to be mild. Nearly blew my head off. Chicken batter soggy and burnt sesame prawn toast. Won't be going back.

Unfortunately as the recent reviews have attested to, both the quality and service have gone downhill. Delivery is consistently late, food has become sub par (new management/ chef, lack of interest)? They seem to only want you to walk through the door not to order otherwise, cash only. Having moved here a few years ago I was elated to have a great Chinese that delivered on my doorstep, now we only have a collection of barely mediocre Chinese. Over the last 6months have gone back to see if it was just a blip but even going for collection quality has not gone back to old levels and it’s never really busy anymore. Friends agree that it’s a shame.

The food is delicious.,portions is just right. Quick service and reasonable price. Has good choices. My favourite is the chicken green colour.

Ordered tonight 12/11, not only did the food take 1 and half hours to be delivered, after 3 phone calls, it was like warm , flavourless , and quite frankly a total waste of money, since trying to eat it because we were so hungry , we are both fighting for the toilet has it dont want to stay in bloody disgusting stay away from this take away food,

Absolutely disgusting. It was one and a half hours late, it was barely warm, and tasted disgusting. We ate it because we were so hungry. We haven't managed to get off the toilet yet! Avoid at all costs for the sake of overloading the sewers! One star is to much it should be minus.

More an FYI for everyone really. Food is still acceptable (used to be brilliant) however they’ve increased their prices by circa 10%. What used to be a nice mid week treat is now incredibly expensive. Loyal customer gone. Cheers.

Decided to have a take away as it had been a long day and decided to try this.We were all surprised at how much we enjoyed the dishes - especially the chicken sate which were lovely large pieces of a chicken with a lovely rich sate sauce.The chilli beef dish was the most disappointing as there didnt seem to be much beef in the batter and the sauce needed more of a chilli kick. The rices was very good and we look forward to trying more of the menu.

We walked up our local Chinese tonight and ordered Chinese Cantonese Style and rice. Returning home we had Pork with beanspouts, and promptly phoning them up. The chef argued that my meal was chicken and not Pork with beansprouts so much so that they didn’t believe me they sent around a driver to collect it. At the moment we have ate the rice dry as we are hungry with no second dish to compliment it. What sort of customer service is that???? Will not return!

We have ordered from this place for 2 year most weekends, I have recommended a lot of friends and family to this place since. For the last 2 weekends our food has partly been cold or items forgotten .. we live just around the corner so the coldness was most definitely not due to travelling afar! We let them off the first weekend and just thought “it happens , it’s a one off” but the second time especially when we would have been one of the first customers of the evening was quite annoying. I rang up and asked if there may have been a reason as I’m quite surprised and disappointed that after 2 years it seems to be going downhill, the young man said he would speak to the chef .. I could hear the chef swearing and shouting calling us liars along with other words I won’t repeat.. I explained that I could hear everything and that it’s quite unprofessional, I had also been what I would have called a “regular customer” for a while now and never had a bad word to say. An understanding/ recognition and apology would have been greatly accepted but to have been verbally abused without the owners thinking I could hear is disgusting. This evening I spent just under £30, our lamb was missing so got £24 worth received, earlier in the week I had friends around and persuaded them to get a Chinese from here which came to £45. Along with the weekends for the last 2 years there has been a lot of money spent and now feeling like has been wasted on rude, ungrateful people. I will tell everyone that i once recommended to avoid along with ourselves! Picture of the cold tasteless food even though apparently they haven’t changed anything ...

I have been a customer of noble house for many years, in the last year the place has really gone down hill. Deliveries late, food in broken containers and leaking losing half of the meals which have also been substandard. Tonight was the final straw, 2 hours waiting for our food and then when we rang they told us our driver was nearly 10 miles away and he would come to is next as our food had been out for a long time!! Never again, such a shame.

The Satay chicken is delightful. My nan died recently and her favourite food was the satay chicken from N.H. We all came to the funeral with a little pot of it and we put them in with her. A lovely peanutty, spicy snack for our lovely Nan. Since then I haven't been able to watch satay sauce. Good thing N.H have a wide variety of options. My Grandads favourite is the sweet and sour chicken balls. I really like these too so if my grandad dies I'll be genuinely fuming. RiP Nan. We will avenge you.

No menu online, how short sighted, or if it is we can not find it. Come on guys get into 21st century UK, you have just lost a £100 order from a party of friends, whilst I know the food is OK the ability to order is not, so an average score is given

I have been here a number of times its not as good as it was and it costs more the food seems to have lost some of its taste is a lot more plane than it used to be

This seems a good Chinese. The food we had at the time was really good, and the service was quick and efficient. Since this time we have also had food delivered and this was also good, quick and efficient. We are looking forward to the next time.

Best Chinese takeaway I've ever had absolutely number one.

Nice food, perfect for a lazy night in.

Premium price with thick batter and grease . Sweet n sour packed out with chopped onions with source so thick you could stand your fork in it . Nodules with strips of fatty unknown meat was off putting. All in all we would recommend trying another Chinese take away in the town as there is at least 3 within walking distance. So expensive for the low quality food . Had an old look to it .

We dropped in after a spot of baby sitting to save cooking on Wednesday last week. Ordered a beef curry & chips, chicken balls and egg fried rice and sweet and sour sauce.

Myself and my wife use this Chinese take away a lot the food is always fresh and healthy looking and tastes great, never too much oil like some.

An Amesbury local pal of mine insisted I had to try the "take away" from his local Chinese dig. Never one to doubt, I ingested my Tums immediately after ordering. Just in case.

Having moved out of Amesbury we had been using a chinese takeaway a little nearer to us, which was good. However it was closed for a week for Chinese New year and I really needed a Chinese fix! Noble House was open and I made the 20 minute journey to come and get some food.

Food was a bit bland but nice enough.

Have been a customer since they opened and never had any issues until now. First a longish hair in the hoisin sauce, only able to make 2 pancakes out of 6 from the soggy and mostly fatty duck meat, noodles and rice soggy and had the taste and texture of over cooked and then reheated, spring rolls chewy. Never again 😡😡 Am reluctant to even give one star but won’t let me post without it.

Never again, ever! Awful service and terrible food. Visited last week when we got in late, Noble House is just across the road. I would rather walk into Amesbury than visit this place again.

Of all the take aways in this area I’ve tried most but after ordering is meal from here I found it to be pretty bland to be honest. Lack of colour as well , it just didn’t look or taste fresh and certainly was crispy

Really friendly staff, big kitchen and a lot of chefs so they don't take long to get your meal ready, great choice of food, Chinese, Thai and English dishes , hot and spicy or mild to regular. Good variety and cooked well, always amazing quality and inexpensive. One of those places where you want to try a new dish every time you come! Also they are happy to add extra ingredients or take away what you don't want, great for fussy eaters (ahem, like my girlfriend...) Hands down the best local takeaway around, cannot be beaten on quality, price, taste, value for money, hygiene or customer service (and they have fortune cookies too!)
