The food was unsafe to it. The meat was cold and grey in colour, the container was hot which indicates it may have been microwaved. The chicken tasted like chemicals and was clearly unsafe to it.

Asked for extra sauce and I don’t get it as they give a very small tub and don’t give the option to buy more which is very disappointing. There was not much chicken in the chow mein they definitely didn’t feel like working today

Food was a little late but the szcheuan I ordered was cold, it was like it was pre made in advance in a sealed container and removed from a fridge and heated only a little bit in a microwave. Won’t be ordering again from here.

finally a decent Chinese place, it's not a top tier level but in the 'bang for your buck' category definitely a winner, more than fair prices, solid flavours, nice size portions and best of all a quick delivery, I just had a lovely dinner and couldn't be happier.

As stated on Google maps, this restaurant is NOT permanently closed. Confusingly, the sign on the door says Shi Fu, which may mean Fortune in Mandarin. My wife and I went here following a trip to the Ideal Home show. We had the set meal for two at £28: crispy duck, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and beef in black bean sauce. It was very good. Tasty, plentiful and well presented. The waitress was courteous and efficient. The fact that most of the other customers were Chinese must be a good sign.

The delivery and service was great. My takeaway arrived 20mins early. However, my Malaysian chicken fried rice was tasteless and bland. No seasoning detectable, whatsoever. I had to add salt, black pepper, soy sauce and lazy red chillies to make it worth eating. The dish was mainly boiled rice, minimum small pieces of chicken, a sprinkle of peas, and some tiny pieces of chilli which added no spice to this dish.. I will go elsewhere next time.

Absolutely loved this restaurant for 19yrs but tonight wasn't a good night for them. Food quality was way below their usual standard and always their delivery drivers have been the sweetest most chilled out guys but this dude was more agro than Tyson on an 8ball. Dissatisfied with the restaurants response to the experience too. Hopefully, they will sort themselves out and return to being worthy of their high prices.

Shocking delivery. Idiot was going round in circles and I had to walk down stairs (we are on the fifth floor) to find him. If delivery is like that again will not order. The food was good once it finally arrived. Fire the delivery guy!

The order left on time but for some reason took ages to deliver (they couldn’t find the address when it’s really straightforward). Therefore food was only tepid. Generally it’s an ‘ok’ restaurant but not great considering the cost. Disappointed today.

It's a bit pricey but it's worth it for the quality of the food and service. After 16+ years of using this restaurant, there's probably only been a couple of occasions where they didn't get it right and were always quick to resolve any problems. The delivery team are a stressless joy and the food so tasty we're happy to pay that bit more for it.

The service was good, the pork belly dish was a bit too oily, other than that, the food was good I would order from them again.

Delivery man very polite, food was hot and tasted nice. We thought we would get free prawn crackers so we didn’t order any, but we didn’t. Also, - sweet Thai chilli sauce wasn’t available on the sauce list. This is where we always purchase our Chinese Food, will definitely order again.

This was a provider promoted by you. I asked you to call when you arrived and I would come down to reception. Your driver didn't call. They dumped the food off in reception without my surname even being on the receipt so the hotel could call me. I used your website to say the food was late. The restaurant didn't reply despite you saying they would within 5 minutes. I found my food 40 minutes after your latest delivery time after the receptionist went rummaging for it. Unacceptable. Food was stone cold and unedible. I want a refund please

Great service from this Chinese restaurant in the Kensington area of London. Signs on entry state 50% off menu prices eating in, but the prices on the menu seemed to be a little inflated, but still good value. Made slight changes to set menu which wasn't a problem, food plentiful and tasty, service quick and with a smile. A good experience overall.

In spite of my note explaining that I did not have a phone and requesting the meal to be left with the concierge at the hotel, my food was left at the door without a message for over 40 minutes...the concierge had to guess who it was for. So the food got to me cold. Also, a couple of the broccoli were slimy...even though the rest of the food was generally fresh. I can only hope the food was not tampered with during delivery.

My favourite Chinese <3 It's is pricey but tbf the delivery is quick because I'm nearby and 9 times out of 10 the food is perfect and non-greasy.
