They sent the wrong food, I ordered lemon chicken and they sent ribs

Unfortunately I have found a fly in my sweet and sour chicken. I have messaged for a refund. What a shame. I really liked this restaurant. My king prawn rice and ribs were ok though

Always was my favourite always MISSING FOOD!! Can’t even get a refund where were the spring rolls 6 of them!! Please check what we order and pay for before you send delivery with no tracker also thanks!

chicken dish wasn't what I thought it so didn't eat, rice wasn't very nice either, very stodgy so didn't eat much of that. The only good was the Chow Mein, was very disappointed with food

No tenderness in the chicken which was clearly overcooked or reheated to dry pieces of something non-descript. Overall very poor quality meal. I'm very tempted never to ever tip again.

Egg fried rice was bland rice tasted watery, chicken balls had under cooked batter on all 8, veg spring rolls you can get better from any supermarket!! Don’t won’t be ordering anything again from here!!

There was only 1 problem. I ordered a portion of curry sauce but in it's place I got sweet and sour sauce. The rest was good!

This is actually the best Chinese l’ve had in over 4 years, so I can guarantee that l will ordering this restaurant from now on.

It gets more and more difficult to find superlatives. The food is always beautiful and the delivery service is second to none. If you want Chinese cuisine, this is undoubtedly the place to go.

PAID FOR PRAWN CRACKERS NONE THERE and to get re embersed just eat ap said they didn’t accept it at store yet am a regular it shows on payment etc. also delivery tracker never works always wrote the same thing driver can’t be found so never know where it is plus they always call when we always say leave at reception inside. Food arrives warm not hot too. It’s my very favourite Chinese but this isn’t good enough sorry had to be said

Portion sizes are ok and you do get a decent amount of meat so that’s good. I found the curry sauce and the chicken curry to be very watery to the point the sauce doesn’t even stay on the chicken and you’re just eating plain chicken. Other than that, the other dishes were good and as expected. I’d order again but I won’t be getting any curry next time.

Did not follow instructions on delivery also the curry sauce was watered down

The food was very nice.... could have done with a bit more soup.. some of it had leaked. Prawns delicious, beef with mixed veg nice but slightly chewy,. Would definitely use again. Loved the toffee bananas!!

Food was good 2hrs for delivery was appalling. called the restaurant when it hit an hour and half they said the food was on the way The app stated it was delivered, still no food. I chased it again and I recieved a message stating they had to delay the message also stated that I could request money back due to delay and it wouldn't cancel my order. food arrived as I sent money back req, the driver came back 10 mins later and asked if I wanted a refund, Poor customer service for a loyal customer

One of my favourite chinese&thai restaurants to get a take away. Very clean and very good portions for the price.

This was our favourite new Chinese place until last night! I found a mouse dropping in my food and just eat has refused to refund me!! We order from here a lot and was highly disappointed especially when we’ve just spent £75 and have had to throw the food away!!! I want my money back. I have the photo and I will take this further if this is not resolved!
