The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

Ordered a delivery last night the person took my card details and once he had taken my money he proceeds to tell me that delivery would be about an hour and twenty minutes because he only had one delivery. Surely it would be better practice for him to have given me that choice before taking my order, however it was delivered on time. Before ordering I asked if the meat apart from the pork was halal and was told it was. My sweet and sour soup unknown to me had pork in it. I rang to double check, same person asked the chef and said yes it had pork in it. My argument is when I’m asking about halal I’m a Muslim so surely he should have questioned my prefer for soup and asked “if I was aware there was pork in the soup”. His menu does not list the ingredients in any of the food so we are relying on him to inform us using his judgement, not calling back later in the evening as an after thought offering a replacement dish which fair play to him kind of redeems him to a degree as it was a kind gesture. My problem know is that I have a lot of food left over but can I trust this person who has told me “it’s halal” to eat what I haven’t yet opened for lunch today? It beggars belief how quickly trust can be broken!!

Had numerous takeaways from here and every time we hope it's going to be better than previous one.. but no! Used to be lovely a few years back but now it's basically gone to pot..please get a new chef!!!!

We visit here a couple of times each month for coffee and sometimes also take away scones. Quality is good and the young girls are friendly and helpful.

La comida aquí es increíble, vivo literalmente en el camino y siempre hago tiempo para venir aquí con amigos. Recientemente recibí la comida de tres platos para 12. 99 y tuve que llevar la mitad de mi casa principal conmigo estaba tan lleno. Las ofertas aquí son fantásticas, sin embargo, si pide platos por su cuenta, son bastante caros. Debo admitir que el ambiente era muy tranquilo a pesar de que solo había otras dos mesas comiendo. El personal, por otro lado, fue muy servicial y más que feliz de ayudar. Seguiré comiendo aquí ya que me siento bienvenido y la comida es impecable en mi opinión. Mucho mejor que cualquier otro chip barato que puedas encontrar, es la palabra que la pareja adicional quid.

First time and last time for jade garden soggy fried rice beef curry full of onions and pre cooked beef wasn't good never again.

Disappointing. I gave them a second chance as they used to be fantastic. Unfortunately still not good. I have no words for the vegetable mini rolls 🥺. Now looking for a new Chinese takeaway.

We use this Chinese takeaway every few months & always same standard! Not the best we’ve ever had, but better than ones in our village so we travel 5 miles to use Po Lee! Some items a little pricey. Could do with some more vegetarian options, chose fried bamboo as we love bamboo, but wasn’t keen on the clear sauce it was in.

Recommended by friends. FANTASTIC!! The restaurant is immaculate. We were greeted by a lovely lady, we chose our food (there is much to chose from & for the price per head?, amazing value!). The food chosen was beautiful, fresh, well presented. The mains were just as hot, beautiful flavours etc... Check this hidden gem out 👍

Poor prawns inedible in fact shope wanted me to leave my house and return prawns for a refund but I couldn't get there so no refund

This is a take away only ...they do not deliver so you have to drive n pick up We ordered a meal which included sweet n sour King Prawn Balls ...when bag was opened was obvious they were VERY well cooked the batter was brittle and when cracked open the prawns were hard n dry , we phoned the restaurant to complain and after a few words were told if we drove back to the shop we could have more prawns ..my husband said two journeys was too much and we would prefer to call in next week and except a refund ....they offered no refund just said they were "very busy so hadn't noticed they were burnt "(and inedible ) and repeated we should drive back and collect another portion of prawn balls if not satisfied ...which we were not going to do, would make a very mediocre meal very expensive .......customer service non existent ...so .not on our takeaway list any longer !

Unfortunately I ordered a take away so my family could enjoy a nice meal once my wife return home from an exhausting day. The order was accepted, and via an app was told it was on its way. It never arrived, but rather than apologising and offering to sort and make sure my family received the order, they just told me it had been deceived and then kept hanging up on me when I started to complain. In the end they claimed it was my word against theirs; obviously not understanding my rights and their responsibility. I have now submitted a refund but my family has been left hungry and upset by the incident. To add insult to injury when I asked to speak to the owner they refused and hung up again, obviously more interested in stealing our money than having a satisfied customer.

My wife and I decided to dine here as it was one of the very few restaurants that served Vegan dishes. Despite being a bit shabby in appearance, the food was definitely good! We loved the dosa pancakes as well as the Baingan Bharta. We also had some really good Chilli Mushrooms and Jeera Rice. We had a great Vegetarian and Vegan Feast.

The “Crispy Special” from KK Takeaway is anything but special. The pork was like chewing on an old boot—dry, tough, and completely flavorless. The chicken tasted like it had lost the will to live, mushy and borderline inedible. And the shrimp? Might as well have been rubber bands soaked in fishy water. I’ve had better food at gas stations. Complete waste of money and an insult to the word “crispy.” Avoid this disaster at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting- chucked it straight in the bin when we got home. Now find out their hygiene is not too clever- never again
