Parks in Redditch

Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a yuk sung and Singapore fried rice on Christmas Eve. And I got something that tasted like chicken casserole instead the yuk sung. Since when ? The fried rice tasted like there was washing up liquid in it . I Called up to complain for the bloke working there to have him put the phone down on me. FIRST TIME IVE BEEN SINCE NEW OWNERS, I miss the old food !!! I even gave the delivery driver a tip too . No wonder they only take cash, I would be asking for a refund from just eat

Went in this evening and ordered Chinese I have never had a problem with parks before it was absolutely vile. The chicken fried rice was hard and dry, chicken ball might as well of been rocks, chicken satay skewers was burnt, and the duck was dry chow mein. All the sauces curry and sweet and sour was like water. Everything was also extra salty and disgusting. Tried to call to get refund as didnt eat any of the meal but couldn't get through!!!! I have used parks for years and definitely won't be returning

I will not be eating from here again I would not ever again and don’t eat from here food is dirty. 🤢

Vile! The girls on desk were useless, mixed up orders, we waited over an hour people were complaining, the food was awful the onions in the curry were raw it all went in the bin £37 wasted! 👎

Absolutely disgusting - the food is awful. A black bean which was floating in fat. But to top it all off the attitude from the female front of house is a completely different level. Didn't even apologise, had the cheek to tell us she would charge us to deliver a refund or replacement!! Stay well away!!

Absolutely disgusting one thing I can't stand is bones in my chicken curry and had the skin on it threw it all in the bin waste of 35 quid never again

We had a takeaway from here last night and it was excellent. The lady who served me was lovely and polite, the food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Even my mother, who is the worlds fussiest woman loved it! Will definitely eat from here again. Strongly recommend salt & pepper dishies and curry! the best Chinese in Redditch!!

Had a delivery yesterday no complaints at all food piping hot and excellent quality. I am a fussy mare with Chinese and 10 out of 10 :) Just ordered again tonight :) strongly recommended~~~~

We have been going to Parks for nearly 10 years, the new owners that have taken over and clearly have new chefs too. I have to say the food is now terrible, way too much food colouring to the pint it spoilt the food. Both of our favourite dishes have changed so much. The terrible food and with price increases is left us no option to find somewhere else to eat. It is no longer a joy to go to Parks. My recommendation would be to not go here.

First time using Parks after being recommended. Ordered online and our meal was delivered within the allotted time which was impressive for a Saturday evening. Very pleasant delivery driver. The food arrived hot and was delicious and we shall be using again. Thank you for filling the bellies of 4 very drunk friends.

I tried Parks for the first time this weekend and I was very impressed with the vegetarian menu. They have almost every dish available with vegetables, tofu or Quorn. I opted for the Salt and Pepper Quorn and was not disappointed. The food was very tasty and I will definitely be ordering again.

Lovely friendly people Food delicious and fresh especially the egg fried rice salt and pepper beef and lemon chicken The request for chopsticks was graciously acted on with a friendly smile

Thanks so much for restoring my faith in Chinese takeways. Had so many negative experiences with local takeaways lately. Not with you. Great food, great service, delivery on time and everything was lovely. Will recommend.

I have had take away from here on many occasion and it has always been ok, however on today’s order the Food tasted like it was all re heated. Beef in black bean sauce swimming in grease and the sweet chilli sauce had the additional extra of a black hair. All in all the worse ever take away I have ever had!

Sorry to say that our takeaway was just full of onion & not a lot else. The other stuff in it was nice but overall, it was just onion-tastic & not worth the money.

Possibly the worst chinese food I’ve ever had. Every dish was padded out with huge lumps of spring onion and sliced white onion. This is how restaurants and takeaways save money, throw in loads of onions and skimp on the proper ingredients.Everything tasted of the worst quality and cheapest oil, barely managing to cover the taste of the poor quality meat. We only ate some of the food and threw most away, it was that bad.One star is way too much, but at least the staff were friendly.Might be good to eat from here if you’re really drunk and are beyond caring what you have.

Omg they do the best prawn toast and spring roll I have ever had it's was amazing,the lovely lady that served me was very nice and chatting she even went in the kitchen and let me try a sample of the curry that they do and it was just how I like it can't wait until the weekend to go and order our family take away deffo order chicken fried rice prawn toast and a large spring roll.so glad I found a Chinese take away I like. AMAZING

We have used this restaurant many times and had no problem. However tonight the meal was terrible. Undercooked chicken and some very strange tastes. My stomach is making some strange noises so I think I may see some of the meal again! I won't use this restaurant again.

Ordered from the menu and it was almost £5 more than the menu prices. When the food arrived the prices on the menu had all increased and delivery had tripled! Nice food... But not sure about these prices increases and rip off delivery charges.

Poor meal tonight , the rice wad over done and stuck together like stodge , not good for an egg fried rice, ruined the rest of the meal SHOCKING !!!!

One of the tastiest Chinese takeaways I've had in a while- really full of flavour. Salt and pepper wings and ribs are good. Delivered in the hour, food nice and hot still. Came with free crackers.

This was for a takeaway meal and I must admit that the service was quick. Meal was hot and to be honest, this was the best takeaway we have had in this area.

Hemos usado Parques para comida china en Redditch, muy rara vez encontramos un problema. Esta noche era nuestra última llevar tan conmovedor mañana casa, así que decidimos por un chino. La mayoría estaba bien, pero tenía el plato especial de chefs pato y no creo que he probado comida tan salada, un trago fue todo lo que podía soportar, asqueroso, como si alguien hubiera derramado sal en el plato. Tuve que llamar para hacerles saber, todo lo que podía decir era "se supone que es dulce, le ayudaremos con su próximo pedido", muy decepcionado, por decir lo menos, y obviamente no será pedir de ellos.

Pedimos muchas veces y la comida siempre era agradable. Poco molesto cuando usted lo picante y a veces no lo hacen. Sin embargo, ya hay un nuevo propietario la comida siempre es muy aceitosa y nunca cuando pides urghh picante no es el mismo de los parques.

Trabajando local chino me apetecía una comida para llevar. Comí un curry de ternera con arroz y plátano frito churro. No toma mucho tiempo para preparar y venía con gambas galletas saladas. Me ofrecieron un tenedor que he aceptado con una servilleta. Arroz estaba muy bien con sabor y la salsa de curry era un rico, marrón, un poco más dulce que estoy acostumbrado, pero agradable sin embargo. Cuatro pequeños buñuelos de plátano seguido con amplio jarabe. No tengo ninguna queja, y voy a visitar pronto.

La decisión de tomar una comida para llevar impulsivo nos condujeron a china con parques para la primera vez. La chica en el teléfono era agradable y servicial y la entrega estaba a 45 minutos (como ya se ha dicho) y el conductor era también bastante agradable.

Had a Take Away Duck in Black Bean Sauce - meal very poor, sauce what little there was was burnt.This used to be an excellent take away but seems to have gone down hill.Won't bother again.

A perfect little chinese takeaway within an ideal spot for those who either want something before or after a night of drinking or anything else, good selection of chinese cuisine just a pity they dont have a restaurant.

Order arrived quickly and food was excellent with good sized portions. Reasonable price especially for the high quality. Variety to choose from on the menu and staff are helpful. I'll be ordering from here again.

Ordered a take away other night had one before.was quite nice. This one was awful more chunks of onions than anything else prawn curry 7 prawn thick powdery tasting sauce.same with chicken curry.ordered egg fried rice got boiled rice few cut spring onions.sesamee prawn toast almost burntt

If ever I am in need of a Chinese this is my first point of call. The food is always excellent, and there is always plenty left over as the portions are generous. I do find it a bit pricier than other Chinese's in the local area however I'd rather pay the difference as the quality is so much better.

Home delivery available on telephone orders if required, or you can opt to personally collect your order. Menu choice extensive & well layed out with brief explanation. Staff are always helpful over the phone and will confirm what has been ordered and advises you of the costs.

Of all the places we have tried in Redditch for a good chinese takeway I am pleased to say we have finally found this excellent one. We have ordered from them sereral time both just for ourselves and for family and friends and everyone has commented how good the food is. We have never once had a disappointing dish and are always very pleased with what gets delivered. The price is good compared to other takeaways and the delivery time is generally between 30mins and an hour depending how busy they are. We have stopped looking for anywhere else to go to order a chinese takeaway.

Have not had a takeaway meal for ages. Must say the meal I had was delicious and the prawn toast is to die for. Worth the month staff are friendly will be back soon x

Always great food from Parks, we are always made to feel welcom the staff go out there way to help. Last time we ordered we used the delivery service and the food arrived hotter than if we had collected it ourselves.

Food is consistently good, and well priced for the quality. Parks are always generous with there portions. Friendly staffs, great service.

Parks has a great range on the menu. Never had a complaint. Waiting times are good. Owner is very nice.

Often order from this eatery, food is always faultless and tasty, I often order a Duck dish, most take aways you often struggle to find meat, Parks are always generous with there portions.

We regularly use the rake away and have done for almost 6 years now they even answer the phone with my name. Used restaurant a few times same quality food and prices.

the food at this chinese is consistently good, and fantastically priced for the quality. years ago it used to be a restaurant, such a shame that it is only a takeaway now. food and atmosphere was great.
