Have been eating Chinese for many years and this is one of the best I have eaten. Very good portions and very tasty. The one thing I think this food stands out from all the rest is because it isn’t creasy.

Delivery 2 hours and 40 minutes from ordering. Food cold and bland, disgusting service, phone off the hook so can’t even phone and complain but no contact or apology was made for the extreme delay.

Called because item missing from a regular order…and when upi say regular I’m talking at least 11 years! I was polite etc but then a rude lady took over the phone blantly told me she wasn’t interested in customer service etc, was very rude despite the fact we order £40 worth each order, I tried to explain I worked in customer service and it was abouts listening to customers…….I was told to shut up! Such a shame as before this I was recommended them to everyone…never again!

Just had a chicken curry with chilli's. Really flavoursome, up there with the top 5 best I've ever eaten. Delicious. Thank you.

New to the area and based on recommendations, decided to try Norman House. We pre ordered on the website and was delivered on time. Food was hot, very tasty and fresh. This will be our go to for Chinese 👌🏼

Great Chinese tonight. Delivered on time nice and hot. Love the crispy chilli squid and the chicken in yellow bean with cashew. In fact all of it was nice. Not all gloopy like other takeaways in Reigate. Highly recommended.

Went to Normans as our usual was shut, the service was very friendly and they had everything that we needed, and the food was lovely, even threw in a free bottle of coke! Will definitely be our new usual.

We've used Norman House many times but tonight we were extremely disappointed. Standards have dropped through the floor. Food was inedible, we threw it in the bin. The sweetcorn and crabmeat soup had crab sticks instead of real crab - slimy, watery and tasteless. The prawn toasts were overcooked and bore no resemblance to prawns. The sweet and sour pork was lumps of fried fat - disgusting! Ordered egg fried rice and got boiled rice. Altogether rubbish, will not use them again.

Been using these guys for years, best Chinese we’ve found round here and they always come up trumps. Never had a disappointing order and they always deliver really quickly! The mixed hors d'oeuvres is properly tasty and the duck was awesome!

Called in to this lovely little Chinese takeaway and had chicken curry and rice been back since and had a few other things of the menu they do all the traditional Chinese favourites but I can honestly say it’s very tasty and is always really hot will be back for sure

Have been using NH for some time and a few months ago had a couple of mediocre take outs then one awful one. Didn’t have one for about 6 months. It’s apparently under new management and I have to say the last couple of take outs we’ve had have been really good. Tonight we decided to stay in for Date Night & ordered dim sum and some soup. It was absolutely delicious, dare I say even home made and not a Wing Yip offering. We love dim sum and this was genuinely brilliant. Thanks, and would love to see a Dim Sum night once a month maybe... we would be in for sure!

Did take awhile for delivery but hey ho it was a Saturday evening food was tasty but a little cold so we had to reheat average for a Chinese takeaway

We decide to have a family and friends evening and ordered a Chinese. We ordered and was informed it would be with us within 45mins. 45min had passed and nothing. We called only to spoken to disgustingly, the lady just wants us off the phone and states “it’s on the way”. Another 30mins had passed and nothing. We call back and a gentleman is so rude and states “just wait”. Do not pay in advance, because it’s debatable whether it will turn up.

I was visiting a friend local. tried the take away. i ordered from their app,was really convenience. speedy deliver and tasty food.nice and hot on time. you can't complain too much about a takeaway. but overall was really good and highly recommend.

It is sad to say this but Norman House has gone very badly downhill. We have been using them for a long time but we think the food we got especially the chicken was inedible the.beef also was not the quality we have come to expect. We will be looking for somewhere else.

Gone downhill was a 10 now it is a 5. Probably the chef changed or they are just getting cheaper ingredients.

Ordered from Norman House whilst at work. Delivery very fast, and food fresh and delicious. Had a Chicken Curry with Egg Fried Rice. As others have said, not overly salty, but still very flavorsome. Thoroughly enjoyed and would recommend.

I have to say I was very disappointed this time round with the food we got.we always have chilli beef and it’s usaually good but it had a burnt metallic taste to it and the Cantonese sweet and sour chicken was also over cooked . Not sure If it was a new cook but my sons girlfriend had travelled far to get to us and the meal was just ok, hopefully next time is better

Good satay chicken. Main meals nothing spectacular but would recommend for takeaway. Portions are fairly big and delivery quite swift.

Don’t bother 1hr 45 min and still no food Phoned twice and told the driver was lost !!! Perhaps they don’t have satnav ? Phoned again and told we would get a 10% off next order 😂 Well that won’t be happening. Utter disgrace

We have try other places to get a takeaway from in the area but always seem to end up coming back to the Norman house. Delivery always seem to arrive a lot sooner that expected. Good valve,tasty takeaway.Thumbs up.

This takeaway sells very amateur Chinese food. I have eaten Chinese food for 40 years, and know. Some of the commonest most basic Chinese dishes such as Gongbao Chicken ar difficult to cook wrong, but they manage to do it. And every dish tastes the same, which Chinese food is never meant to do. It's a no from me.

The quality of the food was not as expected. The quarter of duck was dry and had obviously been kept for some time. Very disappointing won't be back

Recientemente tuvimos una casa de Norman varios platos diferentes de pedir para la familia. Todas ellas parecía contener más de lo habitual, que el ajo era muy desagradable, como los platos que pedimos que hemos tenido antes, pero en esta ocasión también probado completamente insoportables con ajo, y menos carne, gambas y más. Un abrazo. Todos nosotros que tenía el chino se acordó que no era tan buena y buscaría otro sitio para nuestra comida para llevar china.

Offers great choice that is of good quality and a very reasonable price. Have been going here for years and they always deliver to the same standard. They also offer a great delivery service with friendly service over the phone too.

He utilizado este llevar chino desde que puedo recordar, sin duda uno de los mejores en esta zona, la comida es alucinante y nunca te lleva demasiado tiempo para ser entregado y se toman tarjeta! Me encanta Norman casa de amor

I've used a lot of Chinese take-aways but this one is my favorite.The hot & sour soup is the best I've had anywhere and I've tried it in a lot of different places.Never had one bad meal from here. Food was delivered within 25 mins last night. Staff are nice and friendly too if you go and collect.

You know when you get that sort of dyed with soy sauce, fried rice and you think urghhh. Not here! Light and yellow with fresh egg and a curry with light, delicious sauce. Fantastic

Great takeaway, great food and friendly service. I have been using Norman House for years and they have never disappointed not even on the busiest day of the year Xmas eve !! Recommend the Honey Ribs and lemon chicken well worth a go.

I picked up a few simple dishes for takeaway, the food is not bad at all, I quite enjoyed it, not too sweet and not too heavy on the salt. Service with a smile. If the opportunity arises, I would visit again.

We have ordered from the Norman house for a very long time and they have constantly produced Delicous food! Their king prawns were so tasty! Also the lady on the phone is very friendly and polite! Will definitely be ordering from them again soon!

Chips weren't great and sweet and sour sauce was tasteless. Prawn crackers were nice. Overall not worth it.

We always use Norman House, Redhill and Reigate's offerings of Chinese takeaway are sub standard in comparison. Always fresh, hot and plentiful and tasty. Always order way too much!

This is our local Chinese takeaway and we think it's brilliant. Always polite on the phone and when they say it'll be delivered in 45 - 50 mins it's usually about 30mins! Great service, polite and friendly delivery drivers. Never had bad service.

Tucked away in a busy service road off the A23 London-Brighton road, this little Chinese takeaway is a gem. The service is quick, the staff smile, and there are prawn crackers to help yourself from on the counter. The food is extremely good, freshly prepared on the spot, which you know as you can see the cooks working away in their spotless kitchen. It is both tasty and plentiful, and as we can never finish it on the evening we buy it, the leftovers, heated up in the morning, make a lovely breakfast.
