Great food, great service. Highly recommend to all.

The food and service were excellent. I have multiple allergies, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my needs with a custom order. I had the chicken corn soup, which was flavorful and delicious. The attention to detail and care in both the food and service made for a great dining experience. I highly recommend this place, especially for anyone with dietary restrictions.

Ordered last week and was great food, best Chinese in the area. Hunan beef was excellent, would defo go back again!

Tried our local and were not disappointed, really great menu which we look forward to trying more of ! Ordered over the phone there is no delivery really friendly and quick service. As we collected the food was good and hot and very tasty.

Our first order here and it certainly won’t be our last. We had to phone in the order and collect which is a bit old school but not far from us so was easy and the food was hot and fresh. Very friendly ordering on the phone and collecting was so easy!

Got my order wrong try to blame me then took responsibility. Wouldn’t come out and deliver the right food. I had to leave the family meal to drive back to get it sorted when I got there. I didn’t even get an apology. Very rude first time and last time I will ever use it.

Chips a very well done and like eating oil, rice all sloshy, salt and pepper chicken is over cooked. When phoned to make a complaint told our food is the best and they will not help out and give any sort of refund or replace of food. The lady was very rude

Food was over cooked and disgusting salt and pepper beef and chicken was burnt , my noodles had a hair in it and when we complained we got nothing but pure rudeness I’d rather eat dog food then go back there

Don’t know why I haven’t given a review sooner, I just love Bento Express as my go to Chinese takeaway. Consistently good quality, always hot when delivered and never have been disappointed. Never been let down, orders are always correct and usually delivered sooner than they estimate. Friendly and happy on the phone and when they turn up. Perfect.

The food was not fresh at all and in my opinion not edible. The pad Thai was disgusting with no spring onions or fresh veg as the menu has described. The chicken satay was cold. The duck and pancakes was ok but the special fried rice was boiled white rice with the smallest prawns I’ve ever seen and no other meat and definitely not fried. The chips were ok and vegetable spring rolls were ok. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone and regret giving a try, I chose this based on other reviews.

My favourite takeaway from the area, and the best Chinese takeaway food I’ve tried in London!! Every time they are super nice too, best example of a lovely family run business. Wish you the best!!

The first time we ordered everything was done efficiently but this time it was totally the opposite as we are still awaiting our order to be delivered after 1 and half hours only to be told that it is on it way.We are only five minutes away by car??

Food was nice. Woman behind the counter was very friendly and helpful, But salt and pepper chicken was a bit hard.

Top Chinese takeaway. Best we’ve had in years. We’re not from these parts but my wife and I thought the 2 nights we went there it was fantastic quality and value for money. Highly recommend.

Bento aren't on any of the food apps! Don't let this stop you using this first class restaurant. We have encouraged all friends and family to try and without fail all have ended up loving. Their Salt and Pepper dishes are amazing, treat yourself you won't regret!

This small takeaway is a real find. A wide choice on the menu. Delicious, tasty food. We’ve had Bento boxes and Chinese food all of which have been of very high standard. I ordered to pickup at 7 pm and it was there on the dot. Hot too.

A fabulous find! Excellent and delicious food with adequate portions. Notably clean. I was served by Peggy whom I found very helpful, polite and friendly.

I have used this take away regularly for about the last 12 months. They took over the business from a Chinese take away that I would never use as it looked so rough, but the current owners are very friendly, helpful and the premises are clean and welcoming. We have tried the various Bento boxes and also the more traditional Chinese takeaway dishes (noodles, crispy duck, chilli beef, sweet& sour etc) and have loved everything we have tried. Wouldn’t go anywhere else locally now.

Delicious food, lovely people and fantastic prices! Honestly I’ve lived in the area almost my whole life and in all that time, this is my favourite place we’ve had. I especially like their egg fried rice and vegetarian Singapore noodles. Really hope the local community supports new businesses like this one so they can stay and grow 😊🤞🏻.

Just ordered for the first time I live a few doors down from this shop all the food was cold and food was bland never again 2 small spring rolls £3.50 WOW

OMG! Finally there is an Asian (Chinese) takeaway in the KT20 6*! Had our first takeaway last night (Sept. 2021) and it was magnificent. We have lived in the area for 10 years+ and have never had a “Good” Chinese Takeaway. That all changed yesterday. The Hot & Sour Soup was delicious. The Teryaki Salmon was Devine. The Sea Bass Bento Box was exquisite. I’m running out of superlatives for the rest…… Wasabi Mayo Prawns. Shredded Beef. Singapore Noodles. Pork Ribs - Salt & Chilli Style. Special Fried Rice. Crackers. Sauces…… all amazing. I’ve been happy all day because of the feast we enjoyed last night. It’s not cheap - Good! Coz we’ve finally got a great Asian (Chinese) experience takeaway. Let’s hope they keep up the standards.
