The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

The most fantastic place for a special occasion. Beautiful setting and location. Brilliant food with generous portions. Team were very accommodating, starting with Carmel who was our point of contact for arranging our event. Helped with menu tweaks, and catered to all dietary requirements, including kids. All staff on site also attentive and helpful. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you all for a fantastic experience that we will never forget.

The salt and pepper chips were hard and some were over cooked and it was cold but the egg fried rice and curry sauce was nice

Empecemos diciendo que habría clasificado esto 4 estrellas, pero el servicio los decepcionó. Paramos en Panda alrededor de las 5: 15 pm para una cena temprano, ya que nos fuimos al teatro. Esta hora del día estaba vacía. Nos dieron la bienvenida y elegimos mesa. Se proporcionaron menús, pero el camarero no se ofreció a tomar pedidos de bebidas hasta que se dijo que estábamos listos para pedir comida. Pedimos House Mixed Platter, que consistía en algas crujientes, tostadas de gambas, rollitos de primavera, pollo satay, costillas decoradas con cilantro, pepino y zanahoria. Esto fue muy sabroso. Para nuestra red, pedimos pollo picante, pollo satay y arroz frito con huevo. El pollo Szechuan era sabroso, pero no tan picante y la salsa de pollo satay era mucho más delgada que la salsa encantadora que venía con los entrantes. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS.... TO BLAME! Twice I ordered the same three items and twice New Lotus got the order wrong, missing items and then blatantly claimed he never heard me, despite repeating the order back to me twice, apparently to avoid repeating the SAME mistake, twice. Ironically they've got a picture on the counter warning customers to check their change, because they believe in accuracy, what a joke!

We compared prices and availability times for various deliveries online and John Lee, although they don’t deliver that I’m aware of, came out best in terms of price and quick service with collection in 20 minutes on a Friday evening. The food was clearly freshly cooked, had lovely flavour individual to each dish and the man who took our food order was polite, double checked each item and was helpful. A highlight was the chicken satay skewers. 100% will only order Chinese from John Lee in future.

One of the best I have experienced very helpful, delivery on time, food was A1. Definitely recommend this place.

I always order Mongolian Beef. Delicious sauce, tender beef and great vegetables.

Really great egg fried rice !!! The best I've had from a takeaway Chinese ....and I've had a lot

We were staying in Rockley park for a holiday and decided to have a Chinese takeaway there were a few to choose from but we decided to go for this one as it had higher ratings than the others. The lady who served us was very friendly and polite. Came back to our pod and the chicken chow mein was amazing (hubby said the best he has had) the Singapore fried rice… the chicken was lovely but the rice was very dry chips and curry sauce was delicious too. Overall a nice Chinese restaurant!!
