Had takeway. All food was bland, no flavour and unappealing!

Food was bland and pretty much tasteless , not my local Chinese thank heavens , I just happened to be on the area on holiday

This is the first time we ordered from Golden Chopsticks but it won’t be the last! Every single dish was fresh and tasty. Good prices.

Standard takeaway. However 5 star food. Service was slightly delayed but understandable due to being so busy. An indication that this is very popular Takeaway service. Phone never stopped whilst we waited. Time to receive food was half an hour.

Staff were really lovely. Food was good quality and not a bad price. Especially enjoyed the chow mein.

Used to be nice, the chow mein was always great and a reasonably priced menu, went last week for the first time in a while and it was disgusting, prices have been ramped right up to a level which is a joke for portion size size and quality, the chow mein was awful not like it used to be , the fried rice was a white boiled rice that had been slapped in a pan quickly and gone all sticky overcooked (they used to do old school brown fried rice) £7.20 for a curry and fried rice in small tins , everything was over £7 for rubbish portions !!! , will never go again sadly , absolutely shocking for the amount of food and what it cost now in there now , probably be out of business within 6 months , must of had a change of owners and or chef , horrific food for the cost

Delicious!!! So good I ate seconds. They are based in Southbourne not Emsworth and have no website or delivery so we drove there, ordered and waited. But omg, such great food. Will become a family favourite.

Honestly, the best Chinese in the area. No delivery, but worth the drive .. Soup, generously stuffed prawn toast, coated Hong Kong style chicken sweet & sour and good rice. I haven't had anything from here that hasn't been better than other takeaways. Always my 'go to' ... apart from at a weekend when it's too busy to get through on the phone! Recommend ordering there and waiting instead!

Great takeaway. They do smaller portions if you ask. That means you can have more variety.

The place doesn't look inspiring, but it's easily the best Chinese takeaway in the Emsworth area.

Have been getting chinese from here for years and am always happy with it. We have tried other restaurants over the years but always end up coming back to here

By far the best Chinese takeaway in the Emsworth/Havant area! Very tasty I'm sad we have not used this place before, it is definitely our go-to now though. Very friendly staff.

Very disappointing after complaining at the takeaway. The food was terrible and the chicken was tuff and grey looking. We will not be going back.

Tried twice because the first time was so bad and I couldn’t understand how this place stayed in business for so long with such horrible food. Second time was worse. Fried rice has no flavor and greasy. Tried several dishes, just rubbish. Should be no stars.

Delicious food, well flavoured and good value - ordered the roast duck and four season vegetables, really tasty!

We have come to this takeaway since I was a small child and it is my favourite takeaway in the whole world. The team are so so lovely and the food is always delicious! Big fan :)

Avoid this place at all cost I’ve been using it for the last 15 years I went in to get a duck and rice the duck was like jelly Absolute rubbish also she have a pest problem in the kitchen stay away at all cost

Came here a second time and again sub par. Food was greasy and unapatising. Chow main was uninspiring and foo young has a lot of liquid in box.

Having used this take away for a few years now it has on avarege been just that, average. However last night's was awful. Had been looking forward to it as we had hardly eaten this day. The prawn and the chicken balls were so hard had to break them apart with my hands. The prawns were quite frazzled within the batter. The chicken chow mein was stuck together with a soy sauce I don't think they had previously used. I couldn't recognise the tiny slivers of meat didn't resemble chicken but am sure it must've been. You couldn't taste that it was chicken as the rank soy sauce blasted out any flavour. The sauce had a resounding taste of stagnant water. The Singapore noodles seemed different as well in consistency. As well as they had two prawns within and hardly any peppers etc. Won't be returning.

Staying at a nearby Touring park, this was an ideal place to order by phone, then nip out & collect piping hot food. lovely lady took the order, and served me with it (including a change to one of the dishes as requested) & free prawn crackers too. Nice clean shop, small amount of parking outside.

I use this Chinese food take away regularly and can recommend it. The young lady is always pleasant and helpful, the food is always excellent.

Had a Beef chow main along with a Beef curry with rice.The chow main was all stuck together, it was so bad i just could not eat it and the Beef was like rubber.The Beef curry was also in edible and tasteless along with the egg fried rice.i will not be returning to this place as i have better things to waste my money on. a also waited 30 mins for the food.

We have been getting takeaways from here for years and never had a complaint - always OK quality. Last week's meal was frankly a disgrace. The Beef and Onions contained virtually no beef, the sweet and sour chicken balls were almost inedible as was their vile bright orange sauce. Noodles and rice OK but tasteless.

This was my second takeaway from here. The food is plentiful, very tasty and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

Have had takeaway from the Golden Chopsticks on several occassions recently. Excellent chinese, freshly cooked and piping hot. What more could you ask?

Friendly service, good menu and really tasty food at a decent price. A great choice when visiting Emsworth.

Had a meal from here and it was an average chinese taste. Nothing sang out to us but it was ok. Had to wait longer than our normal 10 mins at home we dont know why as we were the only ones in there.

Nos alojamos en el camping caravan club local y sitio en Southbourne (llamado Chichester sitio) para el fin de semana festivo. Probé el llevar como un cambio y tengo que decir qué super encontrar, a poca distancia del sitio, menú amigable personal estupendo y la comida estaba deliciosa. Todos demasiado a menudo estamos decepcionados con China takeouts ya que tienden a tener duros blandos de pollo en los platos. No aquí, teníamos carne de pollo platos de carne era abundante pero no bien cocidos en todas o blanda. correosos Absolutamente fantástico sin duda lo recomiendo. Utilizaremos de nuevo cuando volvamos.

Good honest take out that is really good value. £50 fed 6 hungry lads with some to spare. Can take sometime as dishes all cooked fresh. Well worth a visit.

Had food from here a few times the food is very nice but even when I've rang in an order it still seems to take quite a while to get it mind you it always looks busy and the poor lady on the front of house is answering the phone constantly bless her but she is always very nice and courteous

My daughter and I get food from here regularly. Granted we usually have the same things but we are never disappointed. Always well cooked, hot and tasty. The curry sauce is hot!! Nice treat for us.

Este lugar nunca parece tener mucho servicio local, vivo y es prácticamente siempre estaba vacío. Yo no había regresado en 10 años y sinceramente, nada había cambiado, el servicio era amable y me tenía pequeños tentempiés y fueron al igual que recordaba echo este lugar tan contento, fui ☺️

This is the best Chinese takeaway ever! Period! When visiting my sister in law with the wife and kids we always have a meal from here as there is nothing in Cardiff that can match this place!! Always consistently tasty and good portions!! I highly recommend this place and I hope it's stays the same!!

We have just moved to the area and are trying out all the local restaurants and takeaways. The food from this takeaway was excellent and by the number of cars pulling up this is a popular outlet. When my husband collected at the appointed time, our order was ready and he said they were very nice people.

This Chinese takeaway is very good, love their sweet & sour chicken also beef chow mein. You can ring your order through and then collect which helps to stop having to wait a bit due to how popular they are.

Don't be put off by the '70's style stark decor, what sets this place apart is the skilful use of fresh vegetables and herbs. This is the best Chinese takeaway I've found in the area.Take away only and sometimes they deliver too!
