Ordered through just eat they got my order wrong took 45mins to get replacement items by the time it came rest of my order was cold terrible service

Best Chinese food around and not expensive

The food was lovely but the vegetables springroll wasn’t what we expected and they only accept cash

I must say this is one of the most authentic and tasty Chinese takeaways I've had in the UK. Friendly staff and quick service. I will definitely recommend it.

Don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to me n partner had meal from here this evening it was Amazing delivered after 20 mins of ordering it was piping hot and such generous portions and was so tasty can't fault a thing think I've just found my go to Chinese well done guys highly recomend

We love the golden rice bowl! We moved to Stourbridge over a year ago and this has been our go to chinese ever since, great portion sizes and great value for money. We’ve tried other chinese takeaways when this restaurant has been closed but we always come back here as it’s our favourite . Also love the freebies you get for spending over a certain amount!

Lovely chinese this. It's a shame they have suddenly stopped delivering to me on Just Eat even though its only 5 minutes away as this would be our regular choice for delivery. Any chance you guys can extend the range again? 😅

Me and my friend ordered from here for the first time on Thursday, the food was absolutely first class, so much of it we could each have made 2 meals. Delivery was on time, food was red hot. The young lad who delivered it was so pleasant and polite. Sometimes delivery drivers dont even want to enter the block, he had no qualms about that. If I had cash on me I would have tipped him, but I will be using this take away again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND next time my friend you will get a tip. Thank you for the top quality food at a brilliant price £15.50 for 2 amazing meals delivered. Of course the fast and friendly delivery guy.

Was a loyal customer but not after to night! Food was not what we asked for and so grease! When my partner called them to complain they offered 10% off next order!!! I DONT THINK SO!!!! After spending over £25/30 each time? NEVER AGAIN!!!

It’s not often we visit the Golden Rice Bowl as we don’t reside in the area. However, I wish it were our local as we don’t think there is anywhere better. The staff are always really friendly, the service is quick, and the food is of a fantastic standard. The portion sizes are more than enough and could easily satisfy two people. Just be aware that it is cash only.

Amazing delicious food and plenty of variety. Food is always freshly cooked and it is a delight to eat here. The staff and cooks are very friendly too, so it tops off an already great experience. Food portions are also very large and the food is very good value.

We’ve had lots of lovely food from here but last night we fancied a change and ordered, chicken omelette with rice chips and curry sauce. The omelette was basically 2 fried eggs with a bit of chicken thrown on the top. Not your usual standard of food !

Used this place weekly for over a year and was the best Chinese in town but the last 8 weeks have seen a serious decline in quality, taste and portion size to a point tonight's was inedible, curry tastes like powder cantonese chicken tastes like its gone off and ribs just pure fat, tough and under cooked will not be using this place again, loyal customer lost.

It is my second time coming here, and I can say that this place is just amazing. I personally really enjoy the food that I have had so far from this takeaway. And it not just the food, I am really happy for the price I had to pay for it.

I absolutely love ordering from the place the food is so good and sometimes the food comes faster than they say. The food come very hot and fresh. Love it.

After trying to order our food from the restaurant on the Just Eat app for about twenty minutes , we continuously faced issues and were forced to contact the restaurant via phone. When contacted we were originally told that the food would not be delivered as it was too far away, even though we live less than a mile away. We then told our order to the person on the phone and heard them read it back to us correctly. When we asked the price the person didn’t seem sure and told us more than the order would have been via just eat. Unfortunately, when our food had been delivered it wasn’t correct and wasn’t very warm. We contacted the restaurant straight away and told them the issue. The person on the phone then apologised and said he would have it sent out as soon as possible but then went on to tell us would then cost us an extra £3 which doesn’t make sense as this was their mistake? They then continuously appeared to act as if they couldn’t hear us when we tried to express we were unhappy with this so we just had to tell them to leave it and put the phone down. This is upsetting as no issues any other time we have ordered from here but we are now quite put off from the unprofessional behaviour. Food was okay otherwise but the sweet and sour sauce was very vinegary.

This review will be short because I don't want to ruin the experience for others. The front desk girl is friendly, funny, pleasant and a reason on its own to come here. The food is amazing. Trust me, try anything and you will not be disappointed at all. I am a regular here because the competition don't even come close to being able to get near to the same league as these guys.

If I could give them less than 1 star I would. I’m vegan so I spoke to them over the phone and explained and specifically asked for completely plain rice noodles. Half way through eating them I realised they’ve put fried egg in them. I phoned to complain, they interrupted me had nothing to say other than ‘you can have 10% off next time’. Absolutely disgusted.

Absolutely shite! Ordered off just eat lastnight to this restaurant. Order was confirmed. Waited an hour and half called up to see where my food was. To be told the order wasn't taken and I needed to call just eat? Why would i call just eat when its you I wanted to order off. I then ordered over the phone. For them to get half my bloody order wrong. The bbq spare ribs were sweet and sour. My crispy beef was soggy and chewy NO CRUNCH AT ALL! never ordering from here again.

Tried the salt chilli prawns with rice and curry sauce. Really good. Nicely cooked, good portion size as well. Will definitely use again. Staff were polite and made the food quickly with a smile.

I've treated myself, a couple of times, when staying over with work. I've always had a lovely meal and good service. I would recommend it.

The food here is alright but when I had my food delivered the delivery driver was abrupt and rather rude as she left. Probably will not use again for this reason. Shame as the food tasted okay.

Have used this take away for nearly a year and used to rate it as the best in the area. Unfortunately I've had an awful experience and will never ever return.
