Best Chinese I ever had. Anyone who puts below 5 stars is a operative of the Taiwanese government. Saw this boy called Daniel Chen working on maths homework too.

Rank. Will never order from here again. Chicken had a disgusting jelly texture, Singapore fried rice tasted stale and the mixed starter was overcooked, dry and in a pizza box. Overall grim. Don't waste your money. Awaiting an upset stomach tomorrow

Had a chicken curry from here with some sweet and sour chicken balls , it seemed they attempted to mix the chicken in the curry with last week's left over chicken absolutely disgusting made me gag from the rotten taste they try to disguise will never go here again (DO NOT RECOMMEND HYGIENE STANDARDS THIS PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN )

Nice tasty homemade, non gluepy sauces. However, no egg in the egg fried rice and the deal breaker was the duck. Should be a Chinese specialty, i.e nice slices of breast with a crispy skin. This was 80% hard inedible gristle. Such a shame!

I love welcome Chinese, I’ve had food from them for many years and they are always super quick and offer a wide range of dishes. Staff are very polite and offer good value for money. There has only ever been the odd occasion where the food wasn’t nice but this is very rare. Thanks so much

Really delicious food. The best chow mein we've had in a long time. The crispy duck was yummy. I tried the pork dumplings for the first time and I will definitely get them again.

Have used Welcome for many years and always been happy. They made a small mistake in order tonight and on phone woman very helpful and quick to resolve. Unfortunately this great service was utterly ruined by the guy who came to bring correct food. He was surly, rude and unpleasant and treated me as though this was my fault. Severely put off ordering again as a result.

Always on time and the food is so tasty

Delivery driver struggled to find the house, despite us giving the postcode and being clearly labelled on a main road. One dish was not as ordered (had chicken with some kind of chili & pineapple rather than chicken satay).

Food was nice with the exception of it being far too greasy. It did arrive slightly early and the delivery driver was very polite.

Overcooked, bland and poor quality ingredients. Delivery was on time.

The delivery driver was very pleasant but the food was lukewarm when it arrived and didn’t have much flavour. Not too impressed but saw good reviews so ordered from there, not sure I’d order again.

Food was below normal standard. Mostly bland except one (Salt & Chilli Prawns) which was too salty.

Always order our Chinese and so did my parents from Welcome when it’s open food is gorgeous and always comes hot and early. The Beef and Brocoli is amazing here

It was the first time we had ordered from “Welcome” & we were not disappointed, all the meals were absolutely delicious! There was plenty to go around and even the delivery man was very pleasant. We will be ordering from there again & we highly recommend this Chinese restaurant to everyone! A*****

Good food fast delivery but let down by the terrible diluted curry sauce which had no flavour too much cornflour and water no spice taste so just ok

First time ordering from Welcome and everything was excellent. Piping hot and nothing was greasy. The chicken satay skewers were the best I've had from a takeaway in Notts. Will definitely order from Welcome again.

Food tasted very cheap Curry was like water and chow main was very plan and no flavour

Really disappointed with tonight’s meal, 3 of us thought the same that it tasted cheap, especially any chicken elements, even the chips tasted reheated and the duck was quite tough and dry, not what we were hoping for.

Tasty, hot, food, really nice and good delivery.

Foods always great just one lazy delivery driver that always ring saying he cant park and tries to get us to walk out to him.

WELCOME norminally deliver well in advance of estimation, but on this occasion the order was both late (had to call to chase) and the food was luke warm. We shall order again, but were disappointed this order.

Love the food. Was disappointed with the service hence the 2 stars. Placed the order @ 6:10pm but the food wasn't delivered until 7:37pm. Admittedly it was a Saturday night but 1.5 hours is, nevertheless, a long time to wait. I can only assume that many orders had been placed before they opened at 6pm. I'm not sure if the delay was from the kitchen or from the delivery. Previous orders haven't taken as long.

Well curry was like water and chicken balls and chips the oil need changing and noodles was bland and burnt bit in .ordered 2 chip only got 1 .will not be ordering again

Food was great and cooked as expected. Calling the restaurant to make amendments to my order was easy and well accommodated. Delivery time was longer than would have liked albeit a Friday night so could have been that.

Delivery was later than stated but worth the wait - generous portions and very tasty. Very accommodating on adjusting items on order too.

I order from here all the time and have done for well over 9 years they have never failed with their food or service until new years eve the only thing that was wrong was the chow mein it was overcooked to the point the noodles were soggy kind of like overcooked pasta and just falls apart. However this has not put me off I will keep ordering from here just hope no soggy chow mein next time. Chicken balls and chicken wings excellent!!

Waited 2hrs for the food to arrive. Rang to find out where it is to be told it'll be 5mins, 20mins later still waiting so rang again. When it did eventually arrive, it was cold and we had a missing item. Didn't bother ringing as it would probably arrive cold and didn't want to be waiting another 2hrs!!

£29 and most dishes (vegetable kung po) were bulked out with onion and little else Thin overcooked prawn toast. The king prawn in breadcrumb (£4.80) was dry and we've no idea what the lemon sauce to go with it was?! It didn't taste very good at all. The problem isn't just this Chinese take out. We've yet to find any locally with good quality veg and sauces. When are we going to get real authentic fresh chinese takeout?

Chicken Rice had Prawns in it to which I am allergic which was a nice touch. Won't ever be ordering from here again, ever.

Took a chance on this place as our usual Chinese was closed for Holidays. Food was really good, only complaint was the sweet and sour sauce was not really sweet or sour. Would recommend to friends and will consider using again.

Tasteless!!! I took the takeaway back to my room took 2 mouthfuls and put it in the bin! The only reason I didn’t go back was because I was tired!!! There are enough reviews on here telling me it was bad but I didn’t listen!! I’m listening now!! Absolute garbage!

Really like Welcome, i like that the food is often early. It arrives piping hot with good fresh ingredients i always order veggie stuff so cant review meat options, but i like the flavours of food i get. Consistently good meals

Rice was very oily, this is the 1st time we have had this happen as we order from here all the time so hopefully this is a one off.

Good food, fair price, good delivery! The seaweed was exceptionally nice!

Lovely food as usual. The only negative is that the crispy shredded beef can be hit and miss- sometimes it's crispy but this time (and others) it was just chewy. So it's not as nice as from other takeaways, although the sauce has a lovely flavour. Great vegetarian options here though!

Good was heated through making some of the dishes dry. Only thing that was nice and fresh was the sweet and sour chicken balls.

Actually my best experience on just eat. Communication with driver was ace and the food is the best tasting chinese ive E V E R had. AND it was delivered early! Thank you for making a rubbish day a really good one.
