The best restaurants serving Chinese food in England

We recently visited this restaurant and it was an absolute disappointment. The staff was extremely unfriendly and unprofessional—not a shred of hospitality. When we objectively and constructively addressed the rude behavior of the staff with the manager, she immediately became rude and insulting. Original quote: "Where are you from? From Germany. I don't like you anyway." Furthermore, at the end of the menu, it states that you have to add a 12% tip, which is completely unjustified given the abysmal service. Food and service is beyond excellent and has remained that way all the years we have used it for our irregular meals out!! Last visit was yesterday evening 21 March 2025, when I personally received such kindness due to immobility and having forgot to bring my walking stick‼️ From moving our booked table to a one much nearer to the food containers, Giving me an arm to steady me to it, taking my chosen plate of food to the table and making sure we were given special attention by the lovely waiters. All of which made a special night out with my Daughter in Law even more special. Thank you all.

I ordered for roast duck chowmein and chicken vermicelli. The food was extremely blunt, with no flavor at all. The sauce on the duck was watery. The vermicelli was burnt, I ordered it for my son and he failed to it. It’s been binned. I could overlook the burnt aspect if the food had some flavor. I got the vegetable spring rolls as a complimentary which were the only delicious part of the meal. The sweet chill sauce that came with them was also very watery. Water is clearly added. DISAPPOINTED

It been a lest 4 week now iv been going past it and every time it not been open 😒 as it saying on ther Website it opened at 16.30 to 23.00 as this place been shut down do we know

Absolutely loved this place! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked—especially the dumplings and the kung pao chicken. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere felt cozy and authentic. Great portion sizes for the price too. We’ll definitely come back!

Good fast service, great food, ordered salt and pepper chips with batter and got plain, but besides that we were very hsppy with our food.

Food is always hot and delicious.

Staying in Huddersfield as i work away from alot (Scotland) and been here for a few months now so i came across this hidden gem and i will say that the chicken biryani was delicious full of chicken tikka and veg and to ve honest it was one of the best meals i have had in a while, seriously try ur self n not trust other horrible comments you see and pop in like i did to try ur self, HIDDEN GEM MASHALLAH
