Have been going here for more than 10 years! Could not recommend enough, good quality Chinese food for those Friday nights in.

Ww normally go to the Miramar but its closed Monday so is New Lee Garden so we gave this one a go. Pleasantly surprised, good food and if you go to collect, you can see the chiefs making it i n front of you. Does say cash only on a little note but don't let that put you off they have a machine for cards/phone payment. Will be going back

First time we have ordered from here. Our mixed starter was huge and tasty. Main courses of fillet beef were to a very high standard. Highly recommended. Our favourite Chinese ( and there’s plenty of them )

Best Chinese takeaway in the Heatons

Absolute chaos!! The delivery took over 2 hours to arrive, phoned three times during whilst waiting to hear the staff shouting at each other and the gentleman that answered the phone said 10 mins every time. The place is a joke avoid…..

I ordered a singapore fried rice noodle, very tasty, just the taste like those you can eat in Hong Kong.

Food is generally very good but delivery can be unpredictable. Quoted 45 mins - called after an hour and told another 10 mins. Still waiting after an hour and a half.

Good quality but asked for no prawns in special fried rice. When I opened it their were prawns, thankfully I’m not allergic, just don’t really like them.

Best in town. Try it , if you do not know what you want explain , you get help .

Old and dry taste. Somehow they messed up the fried rice which is one of the easiest dishes to make. Do yourself a favor and learn to cook, or eat elsewhere like Heatons Tandoori.

This takeaway shop keep changing chef and food taste very disgusting and food is very dry and overpriced .

This is our go to Chinese takeaway. It is always cooked fresh and we have never had a bad meal. Staff are polite and friendly and if you ring in advance, they give you a time to come and collect - which is usually about 15 minutes. We won’t go anywhere else for a Chinese at the weekend! Just give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

I travel nationally and try Chinese takeaways wherever I am. Boho is, without doubt, my favourite. I stay in Heaton Moor whenever I’m in Manchester so that I can be close to this wonderful establishment.

Great Chinese take away, food always pipping hot and tasty, delivery can often take time during busy periods but that's to be expected, I find it just as easy to collect. Chicken fried rice, crispy chilli beef and vermicelli are always good options

Had BO HO a few times previously and always been impressed but last night's was outstanding. Ordered set meal for 3 plus some dim sum which did 4 people plus more for today. Quality of food was amazing. It was for my sisters birthday and she loved it. Thanks very much.

First ordered from BoHo 5 months ago and EVERYONE absolutely loved everything we ate, so much so that we ordered a few more meals from the menu straight after for friends to take with them. I've been ordering my Chinese only from BoHo ever since & they have not disappointed one bit. Food is always fresh (the prawn crackers are addictive. You won't stop eating!) I've had nearly all the rice dishes & my fave is Singapore fried rice, spicy & delish. Service is amazing too, friendly but professional. My children's faces light up whenever I say "Boho Chinese for dinner". BoHo is now definitely a family and friends favorite takeaway.👌🏾

Just sat down with our food, the salt and pepper chips are VERY dry and are McCain’s oven Chips with the slightest bit seasoning, the chicken in the chow main Tasted microwaved, and the salt and pepper chicken was as hard as pork scratchings

Horrible!!!! Crispy shredded beef has no beef in it. Just burnt, dry, batter that’s tasteless. Salt n pepper chicken wings had clearly gone off! Soon as broke through the skin, could smell they had. Chips was cold, dried out and tasted like they’d been kicked round the floor for a week or two. The prawn crackers was the only edible part of entire order!! Do not eat from here, you will be left very disappointed and hungry 😔

Excellent quality of food. Very tasty indeed with authentic flavours. The food was delivered within the estimated time. Most of the food packaging was recyclable too rather than using lots of plastic (although some plastic tubs were used). Highly rate this place and it will be our new ‘go to’ Chinese takeaway in the area.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!! I am so happy to have Bo Ho as my local Chinese take away. I have lived over 10 years in Asia and am quite picky when it comes to Chinese food. The owners are a lovely friendly couple. It’s an open kitchen: you can see everything! Especially that they keep the place spotless, and that’s very important to me. The food is delicious, I particularly love the dry beef with chilli. It’s so authentic! They only use really high quality ingredients and you can really tell the difference with other take always. In one word: the place is PERFECT!

Fantastic Chinese. I'm vegan and the choices was endless with mock duck, chicken and fried tofu. The mock duck with szechuan sauce was particularly amazing. Lots of vegetables in the dishes and they are all fresh and still have a bite to them. Thank you, highly recommended.

Really friendly staff, food prepared in front of you and super quick! All seemed pretty fresh as well. They kindly offered prawn crackers free of charge since we’d forgot to ask for them before paying, which was really nice. Food was mixed. Duck in plum sauce great! Egg fried rice and spring rolls delicious. But chicken in satay sauce not great - was a sugary, clear sauce with peanuts in, not the creamy thick sauce you’d expect. Salt and pepper beef was mostly batter, couldn’t really tell it was beef inside. A lot of the menu is great, just got a bit unlucky this time but would definitely return.

First time ordering from Bo Ho last night and Will certainly be ordering again.. food was delicious and delivery super quick !

Have been going to this chinese takeway for more than 20 years. First when it was the lotus house and then the bo ho. In that time I have never been disappointed by a meal there. Recently it has changed ownership and I have been about 4/5 times since the change. At first I thought I would give them a chance as they had just taken over but to be honest the food quality is now poor compared to the old owners. It’s menu has changed and the quality that i was used too is no longer there. Sadly after being a customer for so long I will be trying other local Chinese takeaways. The business was sold for a high price and the new owners must have accepted this based on the businesses high turnover and success. It’s a shame they didn’t have the sense to carry on running the takeaway as it was and continue that success.

Best Chinese in the Heatons, prawn toast is fab.

I Always order from here, the food is fantastic. I love the fact that the kitchens are completely open so you can see how everything is made and how clean it is. I’ve never had a bad meal and they do some really nice here ghee quality dishes such as fillet steak Cantonese style which you don’t get at other places. The prices are slightly higher but the quality of the food and the speed and friendly service mean it’s the best value for money Chinese in the area.

Avoid this place unless you like bad Chinese food. It was overpriced and we were charged a delivery fee when the order was already £40. It also took over an hour to arrive. Chow mein was like a Tesco ready meal.

Food is always good here, been eating here for over 2 years now and the best chinese around. Prices can get a little bit high, but I don’t go everyday!

Ordered from here for the 1st time thought id give it ago. Ordered the same dish i usual get from the chinese containing prawns hense tge reason i ordered it. This one came without prawns. Also we spent £30 thinking they would chuck some prawn crackeres in with it like most chineses do ....No prawn crackers fot the price i thought it was very poor and i wont be ordering from there again.

Really good from a food point of view, usually fast and a.nice touch that the chef is right in front of you! Is expensive though.

Ok I hate writing bad reviews, but here goes. I haven't been to BoHo for a while, 2 years almost. As I've gone to the near-by Buddha Express which is delicious. For some reason I fancied a change and thought i'd give BoHo a go. Upon ringing, the lady on the phone, was blunt, uninterested and impolite, and after placing my order, the dinner was at my house within around 10/15 minutes. This seems great, WOW fast service! However my food was bland, boring and even the noodles were still raw. I would have taken the stuff back but I wasn't able to drive. Very dissapointed, and I shall be MOST DEFINITELY going back to Buddha express, where the staff are lovely and the food isn't rushed. Sorry for the rant.
