Absolutely disgusting! I have been a customer here for approximately 20 years, but never again! What a let down. I was told 10 -15 minutes, I arrived within 5 minutes and it was ready and waiting for me! The pancake rolls were hot but there wasn’t much filling! The Cantonese chicken was lukewarm and not very nice. The King prawn curry was lukewarm and the prawns were undercooked as if they had been thrown in last minute! If I wanted a microwave meal I would’ve bought one for a lot cheaper than this! £20 treat wasted! Very disappointed!

Ordered tonight. Delivered quickly. But wasn’t told it was cash only when I ordered. Delivery man taken food back to take away no doubt to be wasted. Nowhere on the menu does it state cash only. And I’m going to bed hungry. Thanks.

Been using this takeaway for the last 2 months, ordered various dishes, all have been fantastic, only downside the chips are very dry for some reason, so after ordering them three times, finding them to be the same, no longer order them. But still highly recommend as the quality of the mains and sides we've had have been excellent.

Best Chinese in the area always cooked to perfection friendly when ordering and friendly delivery drivers would highly recommend. The only thing I would suggest is to arrange card payments.

Ordered ahead for takeaway order of pork chow mein, special fried rice, sweet and sour chicken balls and mini spring rolls. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Everything that was meant to be crispy was crispy, and everything that was meant to be juicy was juicy. Friendly service, and delicious food. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I’ve tried a lot of Chinese take-aways around west hull and this is the one I always come back too. The food is always delicious. Especially the chow mein! It’s definitely my favourite in hull. Always fast and polite service In shop. Delivery is quick to when ordering.

This has been our choice for our Friday night takeaway for a few years now. Always been excellent. However, just recently something has happened to the quality. The chips are almost inedible. Dry and tasteless. There also seems to have been a decline in the other items. Almost feels like a chef change. Such a shame. Was our favourite. Now we must find another place.

all i can say is prepare for a bad belly ache following with the squits the morning after you have ate this. Yuk

Best Chinese food ever. However on recent visit the sign says 2 customers only in shop they do not enforce this. There was already 2 of us in when a family of 5 came in & they just took the order. Not good at all

We had our first takeaway from Hing Hua yesterday evening. The quality of the food was outstanding. It was the best takeaway Chinese meal that we have tasted. The food was fresh, the meat and prawns were both excellent quality. The premises were very clean and the kitchen could be observed from the waiting area, which is always a good sign. I recommend 100%

Just want to say, I've worked around the country and frequented many Chinese restaurants and takeaways . Have to say this one is the best. All freshly cooked meats veg and spices are absolutely lovely. Even better than restaurants. Our favourite dish is Lamb and ginger with onions and gravy. followed after our starter Salt and pepper spare ribs. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm not no way affiliated with this Chinese takeaway and I will respond to any contacts to recommend this place. Give it a go and try for yourself. So full after our buitifull. Ordered a chicken chow mein and chips over a week ago now! And only just recovering after what doctors have described as a terrible case of food poisoning! I have never felt so poorly and dehydrated! Having now discovered that you have been rated by Hull City Council as a 2/5 with cleanliness and food hygiene rated as poor! Safe to say I won't be returning

I ordered a delivery special fried rice with Spring rolls and a carton of Curry sauce a hour and half later 1:30am and still no delivery Even though they precisely knew my address and gave me the price £10.60p and I rang and rang and rang they just closed and ignored the phone and my delivery very very very unsatisfied and I will be contacting them tomorrow to give them a piece of my mind I'm livid!! To not even answer the phone what a disgrace obviously they don't need the money or custom probably a front for laundering I dont know but I'm hungry it's now too late to order elsewhere and I'm absolutely fuming. If they rectify the negative experience and send me a free meal tomorrow night IL update this critique fair is fair but I highly doubt it steer clear!!! Rang the next night to ask then to rectify the situation was told politely no so I warned them this report was being made active steer clear!! Disgraceful customer service!!

First time I have used this takeaway after afew good reports from friends I ordered something simple chicken and chips the chicken was very very poor thd worst i have ever had the outside skin tasted like gritty sand and once you got to the center it was like string Gets the 1 star from me for the chips I will not be eating there again

I'm afraid to say that I just experienced the worst meal of my life. King prawn chow mein? They were cheap cold water prawns! Tasted old which made me feel sick. Chicken skewers satay with curry sauce? Wth yes really curry sauce not peanut sauce. I own a food business and I am not a snob but this was just utterly disgusting! Shame on you.

By chance I stopped there on my way to London and didn't take a menu! The food was so good, on my next visit to Hull I spent almost an hour trying to find the place by retracing my route as I didn't have their address! Found them in the end :)
