Ordered take out as was staying a few miles away at a lodge, returned back to lodge to find the chios were missing so rang back to be told sorry mistakes happen (i agree) so can we get some chips? Yes if you come and collect them, ok but im 10 minutes away so 20 minute round trip!! We can send the driver but will be 45 minute🤔.... erm no just remake the order and i will return this..... to be told no chance. So returned all the food for a refund, the girl behind the counter has no manners or customer interaction what so ever. Long story the boss did appologise and offered new food and a discount. To be honest im glad i agreed as the food was really really nice and the portions massive. So in all, make sure all your order is there before you leave and you will enjoy your meal!!

Lovely staff and lovely food.The Building has a beautiful atmosphere and design with seating as well.The food is excellent with the best food that they sell being there brilliant boiled rice with curry sauce but obviously that’s in my opinion and everyone has a different opinion.

Ordered a curry with no veg sent it with more onion the beef rice was cold beef was chewy would avoid at all cost worst chinese I've had for a long time

I will never order from here again. Absolutely disgusting! Great lumps of gelatine found in a vegetarian dish, smelly (off) prawns and everything was cold. Very, very disappointing considering how highly this place was recommended. An absolute no go for vegetarians.

Ordered a delivery at 4.30 today rang back at 5.50 tobe told it had the wrong address on Was told it would be remade and sent again had to give my address 3 times. The girl on the phone has no idea. Food finally arrived after 2 hours and 10 minutes after I first ordered it. First problem we’ve had and the food is good

One of the worst Chinese I’ve had food was bland tasteless sauces was like water and the munch box was mainly chips piled with salt it all went in the bin even tho dog turned his nose up at it

Shocking service on the phone, food was lovely however missed off an item on the delivery rung to complain. Some cocky 16-17 saying he was manager had bad management and spoke to customer in shocking manner, he needs re training or just training and learn his manners when in a professional manner as he has no idea at all. Laughable really. Not very good management if he's left to run it. It's such a shame as always a lovely ran place and now gone down in estimation. Bring back the management from before.

Slow awful service. Waited over an hour for our food. We spent £62 and got 1 bag of free prawn crackers. Won't be returning.

Tried it for the first time and was amazed how big portions were !! Food was brilliant and hot n tasty will defo order from there again keep it up !!

We ordered this to Burton constable holiday park it was quite a big order and it arrived quick and the delivery driver was lovely and friendly. Everything was accounted for . Food was great 👍 so much left . Definitely order again :)

Been using Longhill Chinese for over 15 yrs now and the food as never been so poor ....They must be cooking everything in Gelotine or flour cos chicken , beef so slimmy, chow main the same ect , throw last 2 meals away !!!

Generous portions, fair price and the special fried rice is the absolute best.

They forgot our extra curry but I love it.

Best Chinese by far won't use anywhere else

Absolutely top class food ,had lots of Chinese in east hull this is the best,quick delivery polite drivers will not go anywhere else chips to die for x.

Very rarely had a bad meal, I usually have meal deal 1 which is a bargain for what you get me and my partner share it there's that much, I can't comment on delivery as I always pick it up, staff are always pleasant if there's any issues they always sort it whether it's at the time of ordering or on a next meal

The food here is delicious and very authentic. The portion sizes are very good as well. Value for money is very good. I've had the Thai curry, kung po, satay, all of them tasted wonderful. I highly recommend this Asian takeout.

Five Star to me, my 2nd time (I went once years ago) faultless for it's food imo.

Waiting an hour for food when it finally arrived half the order was missing and what did arrive can only be discribed as dry left overs from the day before. Was really disappointed as use this takeaway alot. Not again though il never order from there again absolutely discusting service

Very good food from here every time I've been. I live a short walk from her for the last year and it's a regular place for me to get for a weekly treat. Highly recommended for there authenticity and flavour.

Lovely beef curry and also try dry beef chow main with carton curry sauce ? V good. Would got 5 star if not get order wrong one time out of 4

Payed a visit to this takeaway last week and can say it was quite nice it makes a change that the food is not loaded with loads of salt like some you can go to so yes if your in the region I would recommend the portion sizes are big so one meal is more then enough for two unless you haven't eaten all day

Worst Chinese I have ever tried to eat never again

The best soft noodles and curry sauce in the town. Very tasty not to greasy, lovely. Pancake roll was nice as well, tasty filling.

Good Chinese Takeaway at a fairly reasonable price. The curry sauce and rice is perfect every time. Chicken sometimes dry and chewy which is disappointing. Really fast delivery and also great service over the phone or in the shop.

Best Chinese takeaway in East Hull on my humble opinion

Not as good as it used to be some of the staff quite ignorant

For me it was average.. first time used .. May try again something different ....

Food is good, cant fault it. However I think they need to work on a good ordering system. Deliveries are usually very late although the food is still warm! But when you go instore judging by the other people ive seen waiting for their food to be cooked you can just tell its not well managed as ive seen people waiting just for Chips and Curry sauce wait longer than those who are ordering 4 or 5 meals. Maybe a new machine or till is needed.

Benn using this Chinese for years now. It got slated about how low marks on hygiene, believe me food it hot service is great and delivery is very good.

Favourite Chinese massive portions and beaut

This is one of the best Chinese takeaways that I have used in Hull. The food is really tasty and great sized portions. Staff are friendly especially the girl who goes between kitchen and counter, the boy on the counter can be a bit off but Ok. the crispy chilli beef is to die for. Still can't get used to being asked if you want chips or boiled rice with everything lol.

Ended up being sick during the night one of our friends was ill with the runs. I didn't eat all mine I'll give it a miss in future not recommended. Shame cos we always used this one.
