Panda kitchen in Stoke-on-Trent

So far I’ve only had the ho fun noodle dish with roast pork and hot and sour soup but it was honestly lovely and I’m quite picky with food. Can’t fault it. Flavoursome and fresh tasting. Excited to try more dishes!

Always have from panda kitchen excellent food , but tonight was a massive disappointment then when I looked at the menu delivered with the food the name has changed for the business to Wok n Roll so I can only assume it's changed hands Such a shame but won't be having again

Ordered food from Uber which was accepted and took money from the account . Then the order was cancelled . I called to the restaurant and asked them if they take orders. They advised they do. So I questioned them why my order was cancelled. The girl on the phone tried to say they took themselves out from Uber hence the order is cancelled which is not the case as it doesn’t cancel previous orders but stops future one. I understand if they were busy and didn’t accept the order but they did and payment refund take ages . I advised the lady I run a business myself and what they done was not nice at the end of the call . The girl ….very “politely “ advised me to F off. Not even once was rude or offended here so well done for ruining the business . Never eat there, customer service is shocking . Read other reviews it didn’t only happen to me .

I recently had a dreadful experience with Panda Kitchen. After placing an order through Uber Eats, my order was immediately cancelled so I directly called the restaurant and their reason for cancellation was that my location was too far. I understand that it might've been far but I would have appreciated if they called me BEFORE making the cancellation because I think that's unfair on my behalf. Thanks.

The food is usually really good from panda kitchen but unfortunately when ordering tonight the rice was so undercooked, it was rock hard. It has put me off from ordering there again now. Shame.

My food came open. The delivery guy smelt of cigarettes badly. Just disgusting the Chinease man was not helpful. My food is contaminated with germs. The dirty rats. I don’t eat shit like this you nasty tramps

Wow! First time trying Panda Kitchen and it did not disappoint. I've tried so many chinese takeaways around here and none of them compare to panda kitchen. Especially the chicken curry which is my favourite dish! Will certainly be ordering from here again :)

Excellent! Every dish was fabulous it's my new go to everytime, they did the best kung po I can remember.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Credit where credits due, every item I ordered was EXCELLENT. If the owners are reading this keep that chef and don't change a thing. That is the best Kung po chicken I have had in the UK from a take away.

Ordered of uber eats orderd salt and pepper chicken muchie box worst tasting no flavour food was soggy and bland ,only about 10 chips in the box and the muchie box was tiny compared to most chinese in stoke and more expensive, wont order from here again

Ultra fast delivery, top quality food.

Ordered via uber eats at around 8pm. Original wait time was 30 - 50 minutes. That was then updated to add on an extra 30 minutes. 1 hour 45 minutes later called the restaurant as no food arrived. Driver apparently stood in alleyway having been driving with food for over half an hour and cant find the address which is just outside hanley. Told them to cancel as don't want to sit eating a cold Chinese at 10pm having paid £18 for the privilege. Never again!

Absolutely dreadful, took over 2 hours to arrive, chow mein tasted like grease, chicken tasted undercooked, chips where cold and stale. Literally the worse Chinese ever!

Ordered from here tonight. Waited 15 mins after the scheduled delivery time and then my order was cancelled. Shocking service and won't be ordering from here ever again!!

Honestly the best chinese in the Stoke area. Staff are lovely and the food is devine. Very rare that you can get a good salt and pepper chip nowadays but they make them perfectly. Chicken balls? Delicious. Everything they do is amazing

We visit Stoke on Trent occasionally and love the food from Panda Kitchen. It is always freshly cooked and very tasty. Whilst we were waiting for our food the phone was ringing constantly with orders and the delivery driver was taking out plenty of food orders. The place is very clean and staff very pleasant. Would highly recommend you try Panda Kitchen.

good food for the prices, i really enjoyed eating chicken chow mein from this restaurant. and i tried several Chinese restaurants around the UK and the panda kitchen chicken chiw mein was the best for me.

My partner and I are both very confident home cooks, so when we dine out or take away it has to at least match own standards. Panda kitchen have been brilliant. Customer service has been exceptional and we are always greeted with a smile and friendly pleasantries (they will remember your name also) The shop has always been clean on every visit and you can see the kitchen from the shop front also (also clean every time). They currently hold a 5 star food safety rating also which is a very welcome feature (other local take aways have had as low as 1 and even 0 stars!) Onto the food, They do not shy away from using stronger hotter spices in their meals where noted and you can tell the vegetables are freshly prepared. Our favorites are their smoked spicy chicken, salt and pepper squid and the hot and sour soup (which is often spicy, thick with fresh ingredients and meat, without being sickly or gloopy from too much corn flour or sugar) Portions are generous and every main also includes a separate boiled rice (or fried rice for an additional surcharge) as a rough guide ~£20 will feed both of us a starter, soup (one splits perfectly into our own soup bowls) and main course each, we will often have left overs too for the next day. We'd love to see some other dishes added to the menu (rest assured family favorites are here, we just love exploring new food) perhaps some signature dishes and something unique to make Panda Kitchen really stand out. Panda's at this time (June 2017) do not accept credit or debit cards and so do not have any online ordering service however they do operate a Facebook Page, where new menus are posted and have also posted about major road disruptions that may delay deliveries. Suggestions to the owners continue as you have to keep the customer service and quality high, we would rather pay an extra few pounds for the best take away in the area than cheaper frozen and reheated fodder that's available from most other places. Perhaps introduce different monthly specials of less often seen dishes, you could promote these on your Facebook page as well as introduce them on the phone to your local fans who may be more willing to try something a little different (eg yuk sung, special dim sums, enoki mushrooms or lotus root)

Had Singapore chow mein. Tasted foul, meat was rubbery and there was little of it. The whole thing was very gloupy. Most of it went in the bin! The food here is cheaper than other Chinese takeaways, but do yourself a favour and pay the extra elsewhere for something half decent!!!!!!! Never again!!!

What can I say? Singapore noodles = Four prawns and some very chewy chicken, utterly void of spice or taste. Large portion, shame it was so dull. Chicken curry also grim, same very chewy chicken and not a pea or onion to be found. So, just chewy chicken in standard sauce. Very disappointed.
