Great Chinese and never have to wait long for delivery also comes very hot ! Highly recommended

Very little meat in the portion - used to be full of meat but now mainly vegetables. A disappointing change.

I ordered from here and was really disappointed the soup was really sweet and flavourless and the satay sauce was sweet, and flavourless. My main dish king prawn satay was cold… I won’t order from here again really disappointed !!!

Food was good and everybody enjoyed. Quick service. Reasonably priced. Definitely order again.

The phone order was efficient and recieved very courteously. The food was excellent and delivered in next to no time.

Not the bestest chinese I’ve ate from, chicken balls rock solid could play rocks with them, curry sauce runny and green doesn’t even taste like curry sauce, the portion is ridiculously 2 pieces of scimpy shredded beef and chicken in the salt and pepper box. Hardly any veg and 1 chicken wing. £11 for a tiny small box. Joke . No chicken in chicken balls hardly full of just oil

Salt & Chilli Chips are the best absolutely peng. 10/10 service and the food is the best all round stoke.

Avoid they preheat the chips in the day and just reheat Wen required at night and the owner son serves behind the counter and is rude they charge for salt and vinegar but won't tell u then wen u question it are rude again and Wen asked for a refund on my food and just asked for chips just for my son he dropped the money in my hand and turned his bk and walked off and then give my son rock hard over cooked chips if that's wot u want then go here if not go a different Chinese

i grew up just around the corner from this place and my family used to go almost every week i live in london now and their chinese food is better than anything i’ve tried in london, next time i’m back in stoke i’ll be visiting, staff are always absolute sweethearts you guys deserve so many customers!! The best chinese takeaway in stoke by far

Well we have had a few bad experiences with other Chinese takeaways. But tonight we thought we would try somewhere else. Recommended by my brother in law. Wow!! Food it hot and absolutely gorgeous. Will be ordering again. Thank you so much.

My first time at KF Chinese takeaway. I ordered salt & pepper chicken wings and house special chow mein which was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for quality and freshness 👍

Salt & chilli chips are the best in the area, Tried a number of their dishes and all have been excellent, one point dropped for it being cash only and their Thai red/green curry is nothing like a traditional Thai curry, more chinese stir fry with a modicum of Thai seasoning.

Fabulous food, friendly and experienced staff in Chinese cuisine. My favourite 'Spicey Noodles with Curry Sauce' absolute delight! Well worth a visit, you'll be back!

Lovely place and very accommodating lovely food

Fantastic food now deliver . I can recommend the chicken chow mein in particular. Delivery was quick and plesat driver. New owners and new menue.

Average food chips burnt the curry sauce and the meat was very gloopy had much better going of the reviews I saw on here I thought it would be much nicer

Friend can be picky with food, and we both agree this takeaway provides the best quality. Clear view of the kitchen, nice to be able to see your food being prepared. We live local in Stoke-on-Trent, and always will pick this takeaway to treat ourselves to. Chicken within our dishes was nice and tender, flavours were good and we both enjoyed our evening takeaway. I had the Deep Fried Shredded Chicken, friend had Sweet & Sour Chicken Balls and we shared a rice and noodles. Worth a try and staff are always friendly.

Great food shame they don't deliver

I just love restaurants/takeaways with open kitchens. You can stand and watch your food being prepared and cooked. The food is beautiful cooked and favoured to your taste. Plus lovely staff. What more could you ask for. Excellent!!

Great food, fast delivery and friendly staff.

Just moved to the area and I was worried about finding a new good Chinese! Tried this one and we will definitely be going again! Absolutely delicious, tastes and looks fresh and hot - I honestly cannot remember a time we enjoyed a Chinese so much!

I was really poorly for two days after having a takeaway from here on Wednesday 2 May. The dishes weren’t very nice anyway and not like my preferred regular Chinese. This is only the second time in two or three years I’ve used this and the first time, although I felt ok after eating, the quality was awful and it was tasteless. I don’t know how places like this stay in business. I’m writing this review on Friday 4 May and still have bad stomach and diarrhoea (which I never ever have from anywhere). It’s put me off takeaways. Note to self: I must start cooking my own food fresh.

Best Chinese Food in the UK. Shame they don't deliver. You can watch your food been cooked and with an Official Five Star Hygiene Rating, your sure not to get something not on the menu. Highly Recommended.

The food here is very very nice !! Top quality food at good prices. Quick at making up your orders and a polite service every time.

We phone ordered 4 dishes, and were told to expect a 10 minute wait. We got to the takeaway within the 10 minutes, Our food was already waiting. Polite and friendly service at the counter. Paid and got it home within 5 minutes. Free Prawn Crackers was a nice touch. It was lukewarm. Not a good start for Chinese food, due to the sauces being a bit oily when cool. Nothing specifically wrong with the food, It was OK - we were hungry, we ate it. But it was very underpowered in flavour. Quite bland - and we both thought it was rather too salty. Perfectly adequate, I suppose, if you are within walking distance. I don't expect to use KF again.
