One of the best chicken in black bean sauce I've ever had, full of flavour not just in the sauce but also in the chicken itself. Fast delivery, arrived hot. Will certainly use them again and try other dishes.

Great food, at a decent price. My favourite item on the menu is the Soft Shell Crab, which is quite a unique item they don't do everywhere else. The special fried rice, special chow mein, and the Peking ribs are good too👌. Orders come with a complimentary bag of prawn crackers.

Best Chinese! The food is delicious, always comes hot, very very tasty and never disappoints. We have been using them for at least 8 years and we will continue. Not greasy or oily, great service and very quick to deliver too.

I love whale and dolphin watching and did my research before arriving in Madeira. I booked the trip and surprised my niece as she had never seen whales and dolphins in their natural environment before. She was blown away by the experience and thoroughly enjoyed the whole thing, the rib, the views and even the fun ride back. Thank you H20 team for this memorable experience.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had, so bland everything was watered down and soggy. Such poor quality. Do not waste your money here if you like decent Chinese food.

I specifically asked for spicy rice. They gave me the complete opposite. Aside this, the rice was tasteless no salt & the food is overpriced. Wont be coming back.

Very polite staff and quick delivery. Food was everything you expect from your local chinese, not too greasy either....HOWEVER...the plastic trays are smaller than your usual chinese so you do get a bit less than you normally would, so for that reason, i give it 4 stars.

After discussing with my husband how much we like H2O, I mentioned to him that on Trip Adviser the reviews weren't so great. He's nudged me to write this as we completely disagree with their score. This Chinese takeaway has been our favourite for about 8 years now. The food is always fresh and ready to collect within 10 minutes. We enjoy their menu and cannot rate the service highly enough. More locals should leave their reviews, I truly believe that the moaners are bringing down such a wonderful business, more reviews for H2O!!!

I have been using this Chinese restaurant for more than ten years and I have never had a bad experience. Today the meal turned up 5 minutes early and the nice man had the right change for us. The food was hot and the dishes we ordered were very good.

Excellent. Perfectly cooked rice and noodles, yellow bean chicken one of the best I have ever tasted and the chicken satay avoids the excess peanut that so many have and has a gentle but delicious heat in the after taste. Take away ready spot on time. Very generous portions - I'd shared the meal with my adult son and he took the rest home for the next day! Highly recommended

I have passed by this place several times without really noticing it, but was recommended by a friend. And very glad they did. The food was great and the portion sizes right with the cost savour averaged in Hayes/West Wickham area. I went in and ordered and didn't have to waiit that long. I will definitely be going back.

Ordered from this chinese based on the review that it was “the best local Chinese” however this is not the case at all. I picked up my order and went home to find my chicken balls were still raw pink in the middle! I Had to then call the take away 5 times before someone actually answered the phone🤦🏼‍♀️ To which I got the reply “what do you want us to do” from an arrogant women. I then said I would be leaving a review and she then said “bring the chicken balls back so I can show the chef”... in what world does showing the chef help the fact I could have got seriously ill from eating the products? Not once was I offered a refund or received an apology.

Had a home delivery last night. The staff were friendly & efficient. Very quick service & the food was delicious & very hot. The tempura prawns were fabulous. Would definitely recommend H2O.

If you like Chinese food H2O is first class. It was once an eat in restaurant but has been converted to take away only ,I imagine because of parking difficulties and away from the main high street never the less ,the food is always so fresh and cooked to order , friendly fast service . Only downside is they do not accept card payment over the phone so cash only on delivery or pickup to use credit card so although the food is worthy of 5 stars the limited payment option let’s them down a bit.

I’m a regular customer of H20 & today ordered the chicken satay appetiser, beef in black bean sauce & egg fried rice. I went to H2O to collect my order & asked if it came with prawn crackers as I’m accustomed to normally receiving a small bag of complimentary prawn crackers but was told I had to spend £15. My order came to £14. The guy at the counter was short with me & for the sake of £1, he & H20 have left a bad impression, I hope it was worth it.

After being a regular customer for two years, I WILL never used these again. Poor FOOD, And the lady on the phone was very rude . And after me asking her "is this how you treat your customers " She laughed and put the phone down on me. Absolutely discussing behaviour.

Generally ok, ordering was efficient, with explanations of individual dishes. A little disappointing were the small spring rolls, they were small! lack of filling..... Also the sweet and sour sauce, was more sour than sweet, to much vinegar me thinks. All in all, passable, but lacking in old style Chinese flavours, spices, herbs and oils being rationed....

Despite several people ordering their meals, both in person and by telephone, our meal was ready exactly at the time advised (12 mins). All portions were of good size and as ordered, together with a complimentary pack of prawn crackers.

Very, very good. Professional, quick and tasty. Definitely recommend. I was worried it wouldn't be hot because it was waiting on the desk when I arrived but it was fine and very well presented with lots of fresh tasting vegetables.

H2O has recently gone 'takeaway only'. It's a shame but I am so glad it didn't disappear all together. Most Chinese takeaways shop at 'Win Yip' in Purely Way for all their produce so standing out in a crowded market can be hard. It is simply the best 'box standard' Chinese takeaway in town. I am still amazed at what they do in such a small kitchen!! The service is super quick and I have never had cause for any complaints. Well done guys and please never close your doors as I will truly be lost without your Chicken and Black Bean and Chilli.

Used to be a restaurant but is now a takeaway. Very lovely food and never had a bad meal there. Food is always lovely. Service with a smile. Would say as a restaurant the alcohol was very pricey but that is their perogative. Definitely a regular place to eat.

The actual restaurant needs a bit of a spruce up, its pretty sparse. However, the staff are really lovely and helpful and the food is delicious. We also use this as our takeaway/home delivery Chinese as its simply the best in the area.
