Absolutely awful chinese ,curry sauce that bad threw away ,egg fried rice tasted stale ,chow me in ok , would never use this Chinese again ,wish I coul give no stars ,waste of money ,thrown most of it away

Perfect on a Friday after a long week, never disappoints

The kitchens are rat infested so is the basement.

Sauces very bland no taste. Egg fried rice was more like boiled rice. We're recommended asked to be delivered in one hour, was here within 20 mins. Too many onions.

Very good menu options and flavourful dishes

I have been using Maxims for years and always found the food to be good and the service reliable. Unlike some local food establishments that have caused me near death experiences I have never had any problems with Maxims, hence the fact I don’t order from anywhere else.

As a person with sensitive stomach This is the only place I trust to order my food from, very tasted always on point but also amazing customer service, I leave out of their are but they never refuse to delivery to my address and I really appreciate that so Thank you so much

Hate to say as it is my local but this restaurant is awful. From the food to the cleanliness this place needs to sort itself right out. Don’t waste your money.

we have ordered a couple of times now from maxims and enjoyed the food each time. the spring rolls are so crispy. the sweet corn soup was declicious and so were the noodles and chicken

This is our go to Chinese take away, most Saturday nights we use their delivery service and we’ve never had to complain. Nice and hot and very tasty!

Have been using for a while now, always great service and good price for Chinese food. Sometimes can be busy at peak times but worth the wait as the food is great. Not had any problems with them so far, would recommend.

Nasty, used to be nice wouldn’t order again

Oh how I long for a decent Chinese or Thai restaurant in the locksbottom area. There is certainly a market gap and this restaurant is far from inspiring. Greasy cold takeaway food that is bland and uninspiring. They have a captive audience due to the dearth of competition but no way are they capitalising on it. It's been open for many years and I think they now need to pull there socks up and cook fresh, hot and tasty meals. Such a shame. They also need to do something about their LBB food hygiene rating as it has dropped again.

Had a meal delivered recently, how to descibe this. Awful, tasteless, bland, chicken tasted bolied with sauce covering. Ordered several dishes eaxh and eveyone thrown away after one taste.

Rice stodgy, chips soggy, chilli beef not beef, pan cake wraps that come with the duck were all stick together, spring onions had a terrible smell. First time ordering and definitely last.1 star for the can of coke

Large order of food always delivered in good time, nice and hot and decent portions cooked to a high standard. Always very friendly and get fortune cookies if you ask.

Have been using Maxims for years and always have a good service. Home delivery is sometimes up to an hour wait at weekends but if you know the busy times you should either collect or phone a bit earlier. Food is good and arrives hot. Pleasant to speak to when ordering and on delivery.

Had a take away from maxims last night very good food is great and delivered within the 1/2 hour reccomend to all

My family have been ordering a Chinese from the past 5 years and would never go to another Chinese after they discovered Maxims. It is one of them 'hidden' and 'not much heard about it' takeaways, but once you have tried their food you will find out it is a gem! My regular order is quarter duck with pancakes and chicken satay which gets delivered straight to my door (min spend. £10). The duck is always of high quality with less fat than other Chinese takeaways i have tried and chicken satay can normally be very salty from other takeaways, however at Maxims it is just right and i have nothing to complain about. Delivery is very speedy and I honestly recommend anyone in the Locksbottom/Farnborough area must try Maxims.

Having looked online for a takeaway delivery services I came across Maxims We were very pleased with our first order and loved the food

So I am fussy and decided to ask for four dishes that were not on the menu. They made them, charged a sensible price and were fantastic. Hats off, you want the customer to leave happy and I sure was!

Popped in with my dad a couple of Friday's back, still lush, Chicken Curry is something to behold. Staff friendly and they do seem to really like their jobs! Food outstanding for such a little take away.

I used to live in Farnborough, parents still do, and I used to go here when I first started working in the chippy down the road. Popped in here the other week when visiting the parents and was not disappointed, very nice food and staff still helpful. Good all round
