Probably the best Chinese we have ever had. Everything was perfect. Taste was amazing, delivered on time and no complaints from anyone.

Old School chinese food only does takeaways, prompt order taking and delivery. The food is excellent not oily - I highly recommend for those evenings you are not in the mood for cooking or going out!

I’ve been using this takeaway since the new year as it impressed me so much when at a friends house. Ordered 4 times to date and every time - although slightly more expensive than most places - the food quality, taste and delivery have all been excellent. Unfortunately ordering yesterday was a different experience. Delivery took 1 hour 10min which seems quite long for a normal Wednesday night. The food was luke warm. Some tasted over cooked, one dish wasn’t what was ordered and some felt a very small portion. It is a real shame as until this it felt this Chinese takeaway was on another level to all the rest but last nights experience was average at best.

Ordered a takeaway, as my wife is Gluten Free, after speaking with an employee. The food was outstanding as was the service. Food was still hot once we got home and very delicious. . We will 100% be using this takeaway again.

Me and my family have regularly ordered food from this Chinese takeaway over the last 10 years plus! They have been here as long as I can remember, nice friendly staff, fast preparation plus the food tastes great, better than some Chinese restaurants I have visited. Wide selection of dishes on their menu from Chinese and Thai, personally I always order the Chinese never tried their Thai food, although I heard it is good too. This place is extremely busy on friday evenings and weekends with the locals, they employ several drivers who are constantly in and out of the door which should explain the quality of the food and their reputation. Definitely worth a try if you fancy a takeaway, hands down the food tastes miles better than any of the other local Chinese takeaways in the area.

New Lotus House serves wonderful fresh takeaways with a nice range of vegetables, compared to some in the area which are limited. Me and my family all feel we can taste the difference when we treat ourselves to a meal, and are treated as a valued customer by the staff.

Food is awful too salty and disgustin. Service was rude and unprofessional. Not recommended. Waste of money.

All the dishes we ordered seem to please everyone. I ordered vermicelli Singapore style it was very tasty. My husband had a than curry this was very good as well. They delivered good takeaway and service.
