Honestly so disappointing, after ordering a meal was told in the lounge order was messed with and no food as kitchen was closed although we ordered on time, no accountability taken what so ever. So disappointing also very cold in the lounge. Poor service!!! Will not be coming back ever! Especially travelling as far as I did!

Amazing food, can't fault any of the dishes. The experience is always made even better with Priya hosting and making sure our custom requests are met.

unfortunately there were missing ingredients in our dishes. in the punjabi samosa chaat there wasnt any chickepea curry in either of the two purchases.

I came here last night to watch the boxing, really nice vibe here, multiple screens to view the fight and after the fight there was a dancer, she was great! Me and my friend had a good time and we will definitely go back again

Food was nice and hot and delivered on time

The indo- Chinese chicken was delicious. Butter naans were rubbery. Butter chicken was spicy but nice. Lamb chops were okay. Spicy flies were very dry, maybe over cooked. Pinna collada was really tasty. Coke seemed watery. Passion peach was okay. Ferrero Fantasy was delicious and Gajar Halwa with ice cream was okay, very small portion though. Service was okay. The atmosphere seemed cafe style, there was no restaurant style vibe though.

I have been there with friends many times. It is convenient for us as they have a good variety of veg and non veg dishes. The cocktails and mocktails are lovely and refreshing. Food is great, it can be a bit on the hot side sometimes, so just mention when you order. We were served by Priyal, who always suggests different things we can try based on what we like and serves us with a friendly smile every time.

Loved this place and the food is so tasty. Staff are welcoming and they cater for all ages.

Food was nice and fresh. We ordered a mixture of starters and drinks. Service was good and quick. Staff are friendly. They also have a shisha area at the back and you can also orders drinks / desserts. Plenty of parking on site and on the street. Quite pricy for its location but I could t fault the food quality so it’s fine. Chili chips and spicy chicken was delicious. The samosa chaat was the only thing that could’ve been improved as it was pretty basic.

Usually, I don't write reviews. On Friday we was visited Central Lounge. We been served one person name Naz. He service was amazing 👏, the Shisha he suggested was so lovely 😍 👌. Menu knowledge 10/10, Friendly approach 10/10, shisha flavour 10/10. Feel to visit back coz of Naz outstanding service. And then we went to eat and the manager was there, the manager served us the food very nicely with a smiley face and we were so happy to see the atmosphere there that we are still having a very good experience of our Friday night. And I liked the staff there too.and 10/10, Atmospheric😍, food🥰 , restaurant manager 😍 and all staff members.

the food wasn’t nice,didn’t cook my prawns properly,didn’t wash plate properly, my chicken chow mein bowl was oily.

Absolutely shocking experience. Ordered desi chicken which was raw. Chicken was pink on all the pieces and some parts still had blood. Waiters had the audacity to offer to remove the mains from the bill and offered no discount or apology for the raw served dish. Very bad experience

Waited over 30 minutes for the shisha I ordered to arrive it never came was told 5 mins 25 mins ago. Atrocious service. Paid for my water and left. No attempt by manager or owner to rectify the appalling lack of any service. This happened on Saturday 13th June at 6:14pm when a huge party had left and 2 other customers were in the whole establishment. I appreciate they were busy but when I arrived it was mostly empty so either say you are not ready to trade than why I experienced. Don’t waste peoples valuable time. Respect your customers time. Time is money.

Probably one of the worst lounges I’ve ever been to. Food is terrible, it either had overpowering flavours or was just so bland. Service was abysmal, rude manager and clueless staff.

Just wanted to say highly recommend this place for birthday party celebrations if you are looking for great vibes, ambience, great atmosphere, great food and great service. Cannot thank Guarav and his team for catering to our needs from the immecable food and drink service (always had at least 2 staff to cater for drinks and food delivered quickly), played the background music we wanted at cake cutting and even when it rained and we thought we wouldn't be able to use the green leaves backdrop for birthday pics. Gaurav and his team did an immeccable job waiting for the rain to stop then cleaning the floor to allow the pics to be taken against backdrop. Also made some good suggestions on welcome drinks and organised tabling arrangements as we wanted. Excellent service. Guests throughly enjoyed the excellent quality food (some good choices don't often seee on menus like Palak chaat and lamb chops) and ambience and dtaffing service. Will definitely be looking to organise next party at this venue.

I don’t recommend this restaurant as they pick and choose who they want to collaborate with. I dont personally know them but they have come across rude. They re-invite the same bloggers who have 70/80k followers with the same engagement as a 10k follower! Overpriced!

Central restaurant is one of the best places for Indian food .specially staff called primal very efficient very polite hard working always right advised for food lovely smile on her face.

We went yesterday for a night out to central in ilford, we enjoyed every part of our experience. The food was amazing and the service was lovely from everyone working there. Ankita was mainly serving us she was very honest with portions sizing that was just right for 4 of us and she was very friendly her service and hospitality was really nice. The staff set up the table nicely and made the effort to make the table look presentable for pictures and videos. Will defo recommend to others!

I did not have the best experience at this restaurant. For mine and my brother’s birthday, this year, we decided to come here and dine with loved ones. Despite booking a reservation earlier on during the day, all eight of us stood waiting at the entrance for ten minutes. I felt embarrassed and disregarded. We were then eventually taken to a squashed area with restricted space, and there were customers behind us who were very drunk, screaming, loud and boisterous. There was also an absence of prayer facilities, in which I felt extreme discomfort, as I was unable to pray. However, the food was lovely and freshly made, so that was the only positive remark I have to comment on.

I don't normally write reviews unless it was exceptional !!. We decided to host an 80th birthday party in the Central Lounge & Bar. On my arrival before the party started the place was super clean and shiny and i felt I had walked into a brand new restaurant. The staff were super attentive especially Anjali, Naz Priya, Gurang and most importantly Raval to every need I had. They helped from setting up things till the end making sure everything ran to plan and the Family was happy. Gaurav your team are a true credit to the company The food on the day was very tasty from starters to mains and desserts. Everyone really enjoyed the Veg Manchurian. Since then I have received so many messages saying how wonderful the event was. I cannot stress it enough nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend you try the the restaurant out. Had a lovely time celebrating a 40th birthday at Central. The customer service was amazing and all the staff members are extremely attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and all of our guests complimented the food and drinks. The venue is lovely and the best we have visited in the area. Thank you to everyone at Central for your hospitality.

The service was very good here last night, Ankita was very attentive and helpful especially with my partner whom had an extensive list of allergies. They were able to create a dish which accommodated his allergies well. Would definitely recommend this place. The starters were tasty.

Excellent in everything. The lamb shank was exceptional- everything a top Indian dish should be. Our waitress, Anita, provided fast, efficient and friendly service.

Visited yesterday to the restaurant, we went to shisha first so one guy named naz instructed very well to us and diya and jay both are very friendly as they served everything with smiling face and talk very politely,, then we went out other part for the dinner so Priya and Jay both helped us very nicely like she took order very politely and served food very nicely. Everything was good , food, service . Enjoyed it .

Service is good and the atmosphere is comfortable and relaxed, but sadly the food is quite average. We've been here a couple of times before, and the food definitely tasted better then. On our most recent visit, many dishes tasted the same, leading us to believe that they were all given a similar preparation/seasoning. It was cooked nicely, but the dishes themselves tasted pretty average. Not cheap either, so I don't think we'll be returning.

Had a good time , excellent atmosphere, service was great his name was Gaurang, bit expensive but the Shisha was good value for money. Food was good, only thing was below par was the seekh kebabs they were not sizzling they were cold. Also customers should be allowed to order from restaurants menu too.

Came with my friends to celebrate a birthday. We had such a great time; food was top tier, great quality & very fast service. The service is exceptional - huge compliments to waiter's Sunny, Ankita and Jay Jr - they went above and beyond to cater to us. Despite our late arrival they were so lovely, attentive and accommodating! Helped take photos and plan a small birthday surprise! Such a memorable experience due to their service. Special thanks to the waiters once again, we left very happy and are very appreciative ❤️

I went with my friends for Eid celebrations and the food was 10/10. Everything was seasoned very nicely. The service was very good too. Especially Jay, He was very sweet and kind. Jay needs a raise for sure💕💕💕

came on a busy saturday evening for an iftar bday meal (6.04.24 @ 7:30pm) service was fast and efficient, sat at 7:23pm, ordered and food came at 7:39pm (iftar was at 7:46pm) the server Jay & the tall asian lady with the ponytail (forgot to ask for her name) were prompt and made sure we was good at all times. they even gave us dates for us to break our fast and i love how the restaurant priorities those who are fasting (as they should) will deffo visit again! thank you guys!

I recently visited Central Lounge and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and what made it even better was that my sister and I were fasting & The food arrived right on time, and we were served by a lovely server named Jay. He made sure everything was prompt and took great care of us. Highly recommended

Hi We have had an amazing party at central lounge , it was an amazing day , very tasty food , brilliant service We loved our Trio chicken -style , mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive . I wanted to thank The central lounge for making my newborn party celebration such a memorable time!! Everything was sooo beautiful and the staff was amazing! Special recognition to our chef who was an extraordinary animator! You guys are very well experienced in hosting a party, I didn’t have to move a finger!. Probably one of the worst places I have visited on this trip to London to catch up with friends. A clown in a clowns waistcoat decided to slap the £200+ bill on the table without us even requesting it. He then said this table was needed for 10 customers. There were a few staff members that were great but most working there were definitely on a power trip. Any way definitely a pathetic excuse for a lounge. We would've continued to drink more but then shisha that's £20 is more value for money for them.

Went here to break out fast and they brought the food out right on time. Everything was delicious and the servers were all lovely

Food was ok, but for £95 for three starters, two mains and two naan and one desert is a bit excessive for green lanes. It was only two of us. Dry lamb chops and lolly pop chicken were great. Sheek kebabs I would pass on. Lamb biryani had a weird smell and after taste. Desi chicken on the bone was OK, nothing special. I probably would come again just for the lamb chops.

Honest review, the food is good but not as impressed as it's made out by others, the atmosphere is really good, service was great, personally find it too expensive for the quality of food, not somewhere I would rush to come back to and this is my second visit.

Appalling service and they didn’t have the courtesy to apologise. Took over an hour for 3 deserts to come. Everything was super slow. Food was just about average. The pani puri was not nice at all. Lamb chops was the only decent thing.

Central is an amazing lounge, good food and good shisha. Excellent friendly customer service, always well taken care of by Naz, has become a regular spot.

Sorry to say that this place just felt like a very dull pub with bad food. Visited on the strength of the good reviews but could hardly have been more disappointed. We had a mixture of small plates as starters and Koray, Chow Mein, rice and naans for the main. None of it stood out as particularly special and some of it was just plain bad. Even the portions were tiny and pretty poor value considering the prices. Service was pretty uninspiring and the venue had no atmosphere at all. Couldn’t get out of there quickly enough. The food is halal but definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for a halal family meal. Just felt like a pretty standard pub with food that’s way below the expected level when you consider the quality of some the good halal restaurants in the area. Felt like a complete waste of money.

Date Visited – 9th February 2024. Food Quality: The food quality was good, including the portion for 4 people. We ordered Avocado Chat but honestly telling it was not as expected, they have just used the outside skin of Avocado and then filled it with Chat ingredients. So technically it is not an Avocado Chat. In terms of Menu, they have a large varieties of food options to choose from. Table Booking – You can book a table in advance via their website or follow this link for easy access - Table Booking. You will receive a confirmation via text shortly. The Restaurant gets busy after 7:30pm so worth booking well in advance. Price: We paid £93 for 4 people including starters and Mains. However, they charged extra for Onions (which is normally free in other Restaurants). My personal opinion is that the prices are bit high compare of other key restaurant within 3km of radius. Location: The Restaurant is on the Green Lane; it is on the Main Road so you can locate it easily. Parking – Free parking available just outside the Restaurant. Customer Service: The customer service was good, and all the staff are well mannered. Toilet: Only one Toilet for both, Men and Women. It was neat and tidy.

Went today for Lunch, the food was not as good as i thought it would be. It was visually pleasing. But The chow mein needed flavour. The meat curry was not flavoursm & the nan bread was not soft. I wouldnt recommend this place. The bill was a total of £80 and I am sure that this place has given me food poisning.

I just had the worst experience at this establishment. I pre booked for a reservation here for drinks and shisha and when we arrived they sat us at a table right next to the outside section with no heater. All the other tables had heaters, and we expressed that the table was very cold and we were shivering we asked to be placed elsewhere as there were loads of other seats available and they refused. We expressed there was a very cold breeze coming in and we physically were uncomfortable there and they went to ask management but came back and said he refused to sit us on a table with overhead heating. We had to leave as we wouldn’t have been comfortable. Their attitude towards this was horrible and their customer service was 0/10. Would not reccomend at all if you’re looking for a place that cares about their customers. Also it’s not as nice as it looks online

Avantika and Diya were great with their service, food was lovely and perfect parking available for convenience. Just one feedback regarding the music that it was slightly loud cause of the speakers bass.

I popped in here for lunch with my parents, The service was lovely and the food was very yummy. They offer a few vegan options and are knowledgeable. Good size portions and level of spice. Would come back for more and drinks selection is good.

Lovely place and great food. Ankita was a really nice person serving us. I would recommend this place. Their sticky lamb chops are so nice, lovely biryani, butter chicken not generally my type, chaat was really good.

Do not come here if you're here to have a relaxing time catching up with friends on a Friday or Saturday. The music is so loud you won't hear each other even after shouting and will leave with a headache. 2 stars were given solely on the fact that on the other days it wasn't as bad as today.

Really good food and great portions. The service was impeccable thanks to Ankita who always had a smile on her face the whole evening and was ever so helpful throughout. Will certainly return to the restaurant again. Given 4 stars for the atmosphere but that is purely down to noisy people sat next to us playing loud music on their mobile and not down to the restaurant.
