came on a busy saturday evening for an iftar bday meal (6.04.24 @ 7:30pm) service was fast and efficient, sat at 7:23pm, ordered and food came at 7:39pm (iftar was at 7:46pm) the server Jay & the tall asian lady with the ponytail (forgot to ask for her name) were prompt and made sure we was good at all times. they even gave us dates for us to break our fast and i love how the restaurant priorities those who are fasting (as they should) will deffo visit again! thank you guys!

I recently visited Central Lounge and had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, and what made it even better was that my sister and I were fasting & The food arrived right on time, and we were served by a lovely server named Jay. He made sure everything was prompt and took great care of us. Highly recommended

Hi We have had an amazing party at central lounge , it was an amazing day , very tasty food , brilliant service We loved our Trio chicken -style , mains which were amazing with lots of flavour, very impressive . I wanted to thank The central lounge for making my newborn party celebration such a memorable time!! Everything was sooo beautiful and the staff was amazing! Special recognition to our chef who was an extraordinary animator! You guys are very well experienced in hosting a party, I didn’t have to move a finger!. And to the wonderful manager Gaurav for being so sweet and Helpful and for answering all questions in such a prompt manner. Will definitely recommend you guys to others and we will come back soon! A

We had a great night, the staff was so friendly especially Priyal! Food was nice and the shisha was nice as well. Also nice variety of music. We will be back.

Probably one of the worst places I have visited on this trip to London to catch up with friends. A clown in a clowns waistcoat decided to slap the £200+ bill on the table without us even requesting it. He then said this table was needed for 10 customers. There were a few staff members that were great but most working there were definitely on a power trip. Any way definitely a pathetic excuse for a lounge. We would've continued to drink more but then shisha that's £20 is more value for money for them.

Went here to break out fast and they brought the food out right on time. Everything was delicious and the servers were all lovely

Friendly staff, and service was brilliant!

Food was ok, but for £95 for three starters, two mains and two naan and one desert is a bit excessive for green lanes. It was only two of us. Dry lamb chops and lolly pop chicken were great. Sheek kebabs I would pass on. Lamb biryani had a weird smell and after taste. Desi chicken on the bone was OK, nothing special. I probably would come again just for the lamb chops.

I absolutely love this place, always really good food and fantastic service! Shisha is really good as well

Honest review, the food is good but not as impressed as it's made out by others, the atmosphere is really good, service was great, personally find it too expensive for the quality of food, not somewhere I would rush to come back to and this is my second visit.

Appalling service and they didn’t have the courtesy to apologise. Took over an hour for 3 deserts to come. Everything was super slow. Food was just about average. The pani puri was not nice at all. Lamb chops was the only decent thing.

Central is an amazing lounge, good food and good shisha. Excellent friendly customer service, always well taken care of by Naz, has become a regular spot.

Sorry to say that this place just felt like a very dull pub with bad food. Visited on the strength of the good reviews but could hardly have been more disappointed. We had a mixture of small plates as starters and Koray, Chow Mein, rice and naans for the main. None of it stood out as particularly special and some of it was just plain bad. Even the portions were tiny and pretty poor value considering the prices. Service was pretty uninspiring and the venue had no atmosphere at all. Couldn’t get out of there quickly enough. The food is halal but definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for a halal family meal. Just felt like a pretty standard pub with food that’s way below the expected level when you consider the quality of some the good halal restaurants in the area. Felt like a complete waste of money.

Date Visited – 9th February 2024. Food Quality: The food quality was good, including the portion for 4 people. We ordered Avocado Chat but honestly telling it was not as expected, they have just used the outside skin of Avocado and then filled it with Chat ingredients. So technically it is not an Avocado Chat. In terms of Menu, they have a large varieties of food options to choose from. Table Booking – You can book a table in advance via their website or follow this link for easy access - Table Booking. You will receive a confirmation via text shortly. The Restaurant gets busy after 7:30pm so worth booking well in advance. Price: We paid £93 for 4 people including starters and Mains. However, they charged extra for Onions (which is normally free in other Restaurants). My personal opinion is that the prices are bit high compare of other key restaurant within 3km of radius. Location: The Restaurant is on the Green Lane; it is on the Main Road so you can locate it easily. Parking – Free parking available just outside the Restaurant. Customer Service: The customer service was good, and all the staff are well mannered. Toilet: Only one Toilet for both, Men and Women. It was neat and tidy.

Went today for Lunch, the food was not as good as i thought it would be. It was visually pleasing. But The chow mein needed flavour. The meat curry was not flavoursm & the nan bread was not soft. I wouldnt recommend this place. The bill was a total of £80 and I am sure that this place has given me food poisning.

Amazing experience, this is my second time back and will gladly come again! Would recommend the butter chicken and sticky lamb chops, perfect portions and so delicious. All Staff are so lovely and welcoming!

I just had the worst experience at this establishment. I pre booked for a reservation here for drinks and shisha and when we arrived they sat us at a table right next to the outside section with no heater. All the other tables had heaters, and we expressed that the table was very cold and we were shivering we asked to be placed elsewhere as there were loads of other seats available and they refused. We expressed there was a very cold breeze coming in and we physically were uncomfortable there and they went to ask management but came back and said he refused to sit us on a table with overhead heating. We had to leave as we wouldn’t have been comfortable. Their attitude towards this was horrible and their customer service was 0/10. Would not reccomend at all if you’re looking for a place that cares about their customers. Also it’s not as nice as it looks online

I popped in here for lunch with my parents, The service was lovely and the food was very yummy. They offer a few vegan options and are knowledgeable. Good size portions and level of spice. Would come back for more and drinks selection is good.

Lovely place and great food. Ankita was a really nice person serving us. I would recommend this place. Their sticky lamb chops are so nice, lovely biryani, butter chicken not generally my type, chaat was really good.

Do not come here if you're here to have a relaxing time catching up with friends on a Friday or Saturday. The music is so loud you won't hear each other even after shouting and will leave with a headache. 2 stars were given solely on the fact that on the other days it wasn't as bad as today.

Really good food and great portions. The service was impeccable thanks to Ankita who always had a smile on her face the whole evening and was ever so helpful throughout. Will certainly return to the restaurant again. Given 4 stars for the atmosphere but that is purely down to noisy people sat next to us playing loud music on their mobile and not down to the restaurant.

I don’t recommend this restaurant as they pick and choose who they want to collaborate with. I dont personally know them but they have come across rude. They re-invite the same bloggers who have 70/80k followers with the same engagement as a 10k follower!

They made it a memorable experience with Ankita bringing out sparklers and smoke for the birthday cake, this was a lovely touch for my sister-in-law's birthday. Really tasty food, we ordered the mix grill platter, indo-chinese chicken chow mein, shikandari lamb shank. The tikkas and the kebabs were very well cooked, not dry - very juicy. The lamb shank melted in our mouths. And everything was spiced very well, so not extremely eye watering spicy, but instead delicately flavoured. We were served by Ankita, who was very attentive and cheerful. Plenty of parking available in a parking lot.

Very bad customers service! The staff have terrible hygiene and spitting on my face while talking. BEWARE of the shisha offer. They say its buy one get one free but has more terms and conditions than the items on menu. They need to look up what buy one get one free mean. Scam!

Well, where do I start. Was told when we sat down that there was a 2hr dining. But it took longer for the food to arrive, doesn’t that cut into our dining time limit? Also we couldn't even offer our guess any afters. Which was embarrassing. Now we come to the drinks. How can a beer and a Shandy be the same price off £6.00, does the lemonade actually cost £3.00? I think some of staff need to learn some manners, in serving people, not put the drink anywhere on the table and walk off.

The food was below average. It looked and tasted like everything was reheated frozen food. The music here is super loud so not a place to socialise with friends. As you won’t be able to hear each other speak unless you’re always shouting. The Shisha quality was good. Has on-site parking which is a plus. Advice to management: turn down the music a bit. This is a restaurant/Shisha venue not a techno rave. When I asked a member of staff if they could turn it down I was told that it was only going to get louder as the night went on… poor customer service… Also focus on the quality of the food.

I recently dined at Central Lounge, and my experience was quite positive. The standout for me was the food – the butter chicken was simply fantastic, and the nan was consistently cooked to perfection. I opted for the mixed grill, and it exceeded my expectations with its amazing flavors. The menu offers a lot of choices, which I found appealing. In terms of pricing, Central Lounge offers a great deal with a 50% discount for NHS staff, making it an excellent value for money. Additionally, they have a Shisha deal of 2 for £25 for savacco, which adds to the overall experience. The drinks were decent, although not a highlight. However, the focus on food made up for this in my opinion. The ambiance at Central Lounge was pleasant, and I enjoyed the overall vibe of the place. All in all, I would highly recommend Central Lounge for a satisfying dining experience.

Nice decor and seating nicely spread out, not to cramped. Unfortunately, music made me feel like I was in a club rather than relaxing meal with family. The food was ok, ordered a mixed grill n vege biryani n veg stir fried rice for little one. Mixed grill came within minutes of order, wasn't piping hot, and no way did that get cooked within 5mins, more like a microwaved. Husband gave it a 5/10. Vege stir fry rice was far too oily, so a 4/10. Vege biryani was ok, 6/10.

Very nice restaurant overall the staff are really nice at the beginning we were not able to get a booking but they managed to find us a space the food is nice and there is parking.

Food felt like it was microwaved some parts of the food was cold and some parts warm. And then we we're rushed to pay the bill and we asked why are we being rushed the waiter said you need to leave becouse we need the table(when half the restaurant was empty)

Went to celebrate my bday. Service was 10/10 all my girls loved it. Manager was soo humble, she calmed me down as I was panicking for the day. Definitely will go there to try there shisha.

Pain puri was disgusting, did not finish it. Chips was hard as a rock. Butter chicken was just about okay. Atmosphere in the restaurant is depressing.

Visited this place on my visit to the UK, and the food here was amazing! It reminded me of the Indian dishes from home! Priya was an amazing waitress, and she took care of me and family soo great! She had a great nature, and was very keen on hygiene and made sure that we were well taken care of! I would recommend this place for anyone visiting , looking for good Indian food to eat, and enjoy shisha while you’re there!

Went for dining only. Food was decent Indian, service was average but the prices were quite high! Happy hour is a little deceiving; make sure you order a drink that has a H with a circle around it! Whoops I didn't pay attention on this occasion but the Old Fashion I ordered was impressive.

Nice looking place, but service was absolutely rubbish. I mean, orders were taken, but No one ever came with our drinks, and this happened with every order we made.. Gave up in the end and decided to leave, during which on seeing our bill we were charged for drinks we never had.. Doubt I'll go again as much better places around. If the service changes and they stop trying to scam you on your bill, then maybe....?

Firstly as you come in I found the place to be a bit too dark and dingy. Food was ok, had the prawns stir fry starter, papdi chaat, paneer dirty fries, chilli fries and mixed grill. Mixed grill was not nice, only thing decent on there were the lamb chops. Papdi chaat was yummy definitely recommend that. Prawn stir fry was ok. Chilli fries were nice and my husband enjoyed the chilli paneer dirty fries, however the paneer was cut so tiny felt like there wasnt any paneer there at all. Would have been better if the paneer was actually chunkier. Overall ok not amazing.

Food took a long time and was served almost cold and couldn't really rate the food but lamb chops were of a poor cut quality with more fat then meat. The place was half empty so they were not rushed off their feet. Couldn't be bothered to reorder or stay for the main we left and don't think we will return.
