Lady owner is always so happy and nice, always go here at work for a break or dinner, never had an negative review going there. People have issues with just eat etc. Well get up and go get your food yourself then, will be back

Egg fried rice was stale. The meat dishes were OK not great but portions small for the price

Wouldn't know what the food is like as it never showed up. Wrang the shop up and got a very rude lady on the phone. Was very quick to take my money but, never got the food or my money back

Honestly hands down the best chinese food i’ve ever had. I’ve been having food from top wok for over 10 years and they’ve never disappointed. The people are amazing, all super friendly and genuinely nice. Great prices too. Highly recommend

Fantastic take out. Great service, incredible vegetarian options. Satay sauce is perfect.

Their delivery service is very prompt and lots of options on the menu as you'd expect. The satay sauce the veggie satay comes in is probably the highlight.All items are done pretty well but the post Chinese meal feeling of dread still exists. Better than the mandarin on Gants hill roundabout

The delivery was great they didn't take long. The food had to much salt but other wise it would had been great. I think the cook need training and they may do a good job. For me I will gave 5 star for delivery and 4 star. For the Food

Lovely lovely food! We’ve been using TopWok since they opened and I tell you they are the quickest home delivery takeaway service I’ve ever tried and you can order direct, not none of this Uber eats adding on £6 etc rubbish! Lovely people, never need to go anywhere else, AND they never get it wrong! Cheers guys 👍👍👍😊

In all honesty I’m in shock Being a regular customer here always ordering for myself and the family but the food had a massive hair in it and a lot of salt in 3/5 dishes to the point it got sickening and was inedible Ate as much as, as we were hungry and didn’t make food to order from this restaurant. I called to tell the restaurant the issue and I asked for a refund because of the hair and this is a health and safety issue and in general the food was just very very very salty, the first worker said that’s fine a driver will be with you shortly with a refund for the food The driver arrived and said we need the food back in order to give you a refund. I said unfortunately we threw it away and we weren’t told to give the food to process the refund I had to call the restaurant back again to ask them regarding this information and the second worker answered saying yeah we need the food back my colleague told you. I said I promise you, your colleague did not tell me to give the food back for the refund It was practically inedible and your food had hair in it She then responded saying we won’t be taking your order again ever, you think £40’worth of takeaway will make me rich? I responded in a rude manner considering I was being spoken to the same but I was simply shocked at the service from this place as we have been customers for over 3 years! The food is always amazing and I understand sometimes it can go wrong, considering it was very salty initially I let it be because I understand sometimes these things happen but then seeing a whole hair in my food is a different ball game and considering I was very calm and collected when I spoke to the worker I was simply disgusted with the way I was spoken to Never coming back here again, you’ve lost a loyal customer!

Always a pleasure to deal with the lovely owners and staff, great service and consistently delicious food - with plenty of excellent vegetarian options. Food is full-flavoured and good value for money. Sooo happy that Top Wok is in our neighbourhood! Thank you!

When you walk in and you're greeted politely and see the cooking, and the food preparation in front of you it is refreshing to see. Some others you can see a little bit but here your food is cooked prepared and sorted in front of you its amazing. The value for money and the quality of my meal is lovely thank you. I enjoyed the conversation from the lady who took my order a very kind and warm person, it was lovely to be able to pay on card unlike others who refuse card, and when I spoke to you about this particular issue I had this evening with 5 other restaurans, the honesty from you about why others do this and everything you do to support your family and children, I did over order because I would rather pay into a honest tax paying establishment supporting their loved ones instead of those, the staff say make you look bad and upset you because your honest and its hard but remain honest. I will be a long standing customer. Thank you for smiling talking to me making me feel welcome being honest the quality of the food and offering a hand shake as these kind standards are important I fear others have lost their way but I have found a regular place that I look forward to visiting 😊

Called on Friday to order 😳Found our best Chinese in ilford are taking a well earned 2 week break. No way can I complain. I'd like to thank Top wok for serving us meals during the pandemic. Always answering the phone with a smile. If you feel just like me that they need to know we appreciate their meals and delivery service. Why not pop a thank you card in the post to top wok. Great veg options. One of the best veg Chinese I have had to date. Had the veg chicken chow Mein with vege chicken salt and pepper. Not too oily and asked for extra spicy. Nicely done !

Best Chinese in ig3. Regular customer never disappointed. Friendly staff and always happy to help. Ordered food today was hot fresh full of flavour and portions are always very good. Don't have to wait to long for food to be delivered. You will not be disappointed with the food. The lady took my order today its usually the man but she was very friendly. We would not order Chinese food from anywhere except Topwok.

Best Chinese Takeaway I've had for ages. Every dish was full of flavour and was still piping hot when we got it home. Clean open kitchen that you can see into when you walk in.

Amazing food, excellent vegan and vegetarian options, staff all aware of dietary needs of local community (i.e. vegetarian for many South Asians mean no eggs either). Always a friendly service.

Good quality authentic Chinese take away. Crispy chilli beef is spicey, has a kick. Quick delivery. Would buy again. Good size. Free prawn crackers. Highly recommend.

Ordered food via Just Eat from Top Wok. By far the best Chinese food I have had since moving to the area almost 2 years ago. A little pricey but worth every penny.

I called to make an order on the 1st January for my family, I had asked for my usual order which was to change one of the dishes as I usually do on a set menu, the guy who answered was shouting to his colleague in his language and said we can't change any request for today. I said I was a regular customer and make the same order every other week and asked to speak to the manager, he rudely hung up. I called back very unhappy asking why he disconnected the line he said ok what do you want? I asked again to speak to the manager he said it won't make a difference if I spoke to the manager and I would get the same answer. A women came to the phone very abruptly saying we can't change even though I had said I would pay the normal price for it and she said to go elsewhere. Extremely rude and abrupt staff that clearly don't value their custom. The women probably the owner has no respect or manners! Really upset the way I was treated and humiliated!

Good food and well worth the money! Will order again. No need to go china town any longer;) delivery also rapid.

I've been going here to get my vegetarian Chinese it's so tasty and amazing slat and pepper fake chicken is great.

Usually, I insist on getting my Chinese takeaways from Chinese restaurants, but on the recommendation of a friend gave Top Wok a try. My favourite dishes are their excellent salt and chilli squid which is not overcooked or overly oily and their amazing sweet and sour chicken balls. Lovely chunks of chicken breast meat in crispy batter with fluescent sauce which I wish they would stop dying red. Singapore noodles have been stricken from my ordering list because they have been consistently bad too oily and overcooked prawns. Service is efficient and human and it is fascinating to watch food being prepared in their open kitchen. It has improved my own wok cooking.Thanks to my mate. I hope you will give them a try too.

Some of the nicest Chinese take away food in the area , the open kitchen lets you see what is being cooked , I had the Singapore noodle mixed meats which were really tasty , highly recommended

Food is absolutely heaven... and at a decent price......love it! Not much on the menu that isn't tasty... staff are polite and courteous.

Excellent Chinese takeaway which as well standard tofu offers other delicious meat substitutes for vegetarians, like chicken, duck and prawn made from soya protein and tofu. All cooked to order in their open plan kitchen area.

This is by far my favourite " Take Away " Chinese restaurant . It is spotlessly clean plus they have an open kitchen, so you can see everything being freshly prepared and cooked in front of you. I have tried quite a few of the dishes from the menu and so far I have not found one that I don't like. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very pleasant and polite. I would highly recommend this take away to anyone who likes

Great take-away Chinese restaurants. Always friendly. They have a very extensive menu, especially for vegetarians (veggie chiken, lamb, chrimps, ...). I loved it!
