Food was left outside with no door bell ring and by the time we noticed it the food was completely cold

Worst Chinese ever, inedible and went in the bin.

Order went through at 18:44 and food arrived at 20:17. I get it’s the weekend but the restaurant is less than 2 miles away and twice Just Eat changed the expected delivery time. First from 19:15 hrs to 19:40-20:00 then after I rang the restaurant via the app at 20:10 it changed to 20:20 suggesting that the restaurant reacted rather than processing my order earlier. I paid for delivery and a service charge on top yet 1.5 hours to deliver locally is a poor service and unacceptable in my opinion.

Due to my usual Chinese takeaway being closed I took a risk and ordered here and I am so glad I did! The barbecue sauce was excellent and the salt and pepper chicken had a kick, which I am all in favour of! Delivery was quick and service friendly. I will 100% be back!

Curry’s and kebabs are bang on 👌👌👌

Placed an order on Uber Eats. After an hour and a half’s wait with no delivery, we were told it would be another half hour. Nothing arrived. Tried to phone back and they had taken the phone off the hook! After continuously trying, the phone started ringing, they answered and then put the phone down on me without even speaking. Food never arrived. Will NEVER use these again!

Ordered the house special chow mein, very bland and the meat didn't taste right at all.

Absolutely terrible, waited over 1 hour and 45 minutes for delivery. No call to say there was a delay, had to call after 1 hour and 15 minutes to see where the order was. For a place that charges for delivery (£3) and 75p for processing fees using card is diabolical. For 4 items including delivery and processing fee for paying by card it came upto £38.25. Complete rip off and the food was mediocre. Definitely not worth waiting nearly 2 hours for and definitely not worth the price. I don't mind paying for good tasting food and service but this was neither. I would advise to give this a miss and spend your money elsewhere.

Worst Chinese I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had, food came soaking wet and soggy from condensation and items at bottom of bag crushed, salt and pepper chicken tiniest portion I’ve ever had

Arrived at booked time for food 7 pm ,some twenty mi uses later still waiting to go in others had booked and was waiting like us ,not overly impressed

Restaurant claim a driver came I think they went to wrong address as they did not ring my buzzer. No one apologised the same food was sent back so quality was poor arrived almost an hour after restaurant claims they 1st delivered.

Very good food, fresh, hot and tasty.
